Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 6 nov 2012Rapporto qualita prezzo ottima,con 25 dollari in taxi si arriva al centro di boston oppure con 2.50 in metropolitana.Pulizia dell hotel perfetta,piscina piccola ma carina e colazione abbondante.Se pero vi recate dall aeroporto in metro all'uscita della fermata non troverete taxi percio occhio!Lo consiglio!

Camera curatissima, un'atmosfera incantata eppoi ti coccolano veramente: ogni sera trovi davanti alla camera biscotti fatti in casa con burro e cioccolato, in camera cioccolatini e poi, la mattina, una colazione ricchissima con quiche fatta in casa, uova, prosciutto, formaggi, marmellate fresche, latte e caffè e la simpatia della signora Joan che ti fa fare un tour della casa. Se volete un perfetto punto di partenza per gli outlet di Wrentham e Attleboro, non cercate altro.....

The rate from Hotels.com was great value for money. The hotel is within a short walking distance to the "T", shops, restaurants, and Boston Common. The staff was very friendly and helpful. On the negative side, I wasn't able to find a safe for my valuables and the air vent had a broken screw which caused it to protrude a bit. We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt regency Boston. Hotel staff was helpful and pleasant. The restaurant was very good, although guest services quoted the wrong price for the breakfast buffet. We were told $20.00 per person ( it was $22.00 which was a bit more than expected for 7 people). The room was clean and we appreciated the complimentary coffee maker. "Don't check your laptop-bag at this hotel"
1) My laptop didn't work when I got home from the trip. The only time it was out of my sight, was when I checked it (in my backpack) at the hotel. I cannot prove it, but I'm really afraid they must have thrown the bag around. 2) A fridge and microwave should be provided in such expensive rooms. 3) They shouldn't charge extra for internet int the rooms. Amazing service, very friendly and accomadating. The hotel was full and they gave me a room with one bed instead of the two I requested but changed the 2nd night. The staff was very accomadating though as they made sure we were compensated. Pool is amazing, restaurant and bar were terrific. One downside, the bar closed early and the surrounding neighborhood […] was more businesses and lacked the pubs of other areas of Boston. Was a 20 minute walk to a nice little watering hole. Hotel was a quick walk to the T (tip: use the more populated roads to get back and forth) which put the entire city of Boston within easy reach. Freedom Trail and Boston Common are within walking distance as well. Staff was excellent, hotel was modern, beds were comfortable. Fitness center was very nice with cool towels and free headphones. Pay-per-view […] movie reception was bad but I called and they refunded the money. Mini-fridge available for a nominal fee - worth it to save lots more money on drinks or food. "Scrappy For Price Point"
OK for a hotel. Not so good for the price point. The bathroom was worn out, where the faucet was loose, the tub was over-caulked, the door had rips in the bottom of it (peeled), and the paint was 4 coats deep. The hotel was very nice and the location was good. THe staff was very nice and the breakfast was outstanding. However the room temperature was unacceptable. It was exceptionally hot and uncomfortable and we were unable to sleep for most of the night. When we first arrived we called the front desk and they came to check it out when we went out. When […] we came back they had raised it to 80. We called again and left and when we came back it was cooler bit still warm. We called again and were told the a/c is not officially on for the rooms and it couldn't be lowered. The hallways however were quite cool so I don't understand...a/c for hallways but not guests? For that price, I should be able to turn it to 50 if I wanted. Also when I went to take a shower in the morning, the soap from the previous guest was still in the soap dish. "Nice place to stay"
Overall a good place to stay for a short getaway. Alot of attractions are within walking distance of hotel. Trains were also easy to get to. Hotel offered a nice gym and pool area. Hotel offered breakfast free only for one person (had a party of three). Parking should be at a discounted rate while staying at hotel. I would definitely go back.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

Well I booked the hotel through Hotels.Com and I stated in my reservation I needed a room for 3 people. Up came the Lafayette Suite with description of 2 king beds for 3 adults. We get to the hotel we were told that the Lafayette Suites do not have 2 beds only one however, they could send a twin bed up for my daughter who was home from college and has […] to sleep on a little bed at school so I was not too happy about that. Plus on top of that we had to pay to park. Even though my reservation said 3 Adults 2 King beds we were told that we went through Hotels.com so I had to take that up with them. We were offered nothing else at all. Honestly, though your bell boys and door men and room maids were all very awesome even the man who was at the pool doing the towels helped us find a lost shirt from the night before that was left at the pool so thank goodness for those people which really made your hotel STAND OUT for customer service because the bartender had no personality at all, the front desk well they were not empathetic at all to our room situation, and the man who ran the buffet breakfast on Friday 3/29/13 was so RUDE and we even heard him tell our waiter a man around the corner stop talking get the plates give them a check and get people in and out very rude, we were very uncomfortable after that Continua a leggereRecensioni obiettive Hotels.com
