Sono stato spesso in questo hotel/casino, e consiglio la camera "Premium", che con un piccolo osovrapprezzo rispetto alla Standard e' migliore, ma anche la Standard, per chi non si fa troppi problemi, e' soddisfacente e ha un buon rapporto prezzo/qualita'. I prezzi sono vantaggiosi, l hotel non e' sulla Strip, e a piedi e' una bella sfacchinata, ma […] ci sono le navette gratuite che protano avanti e indietro sulla Strip (fino alle 23 o 24 non ricordo). Altrimenti con un taxi ci vogliono appena 5-10 min dipende dal traffico. L' Hotel/Casino' non e' uno dei piu' lussuosi, ma si sta bene e ripeto i prezzi sono vantaggiosi. Continua a leggere

I was in vegas to play the world series of poker at the Rio; the room at the Gold Coast was wonderful, nice big, king bed, great shower and bath, nice flatscreen, ac worked great ... no complaints, a tremendous value. Got a great deal on the room for a conference across the street. I was very satisfied. TGI Fridays in the casino had great service and meals. Typical casino, rooms were good. Nothing fancy, but nothing negative to say either.

Before you can go to your room, you have to walk and pass by the casino slot machines first with my 6 yr. old son. It will be good if there is a straight path to the hotel rooms from the registration counter not passing the casino. I asked if there is another room available with refrigerator for my son's milk. I was told I need to pay an extra $15.00. […] I thought I would rather buy milk for my son somewhere costing me over a dollar than pay the extra pay. The bathrooms needed to be swept as there was a tuft of hair left under the sink and after a 2 day stay it was still there when we left. Overall the front desk personal were very helpful and our stay was fine.

I usually stay at the Gold Coast when I am in Las Vegas, as I feel it is a good value and have never been disappointed in the cleanliness of the rooms. They have a free shuttle to the Orleans or to the strip. You can walk across to the Rio for food or entertainment or to take their shuttle to the strip. At 1/3 the cost of the Palms on a holiday weekend this worked great for a quick weekend getaway. Great service, fast hotel check and a nice remodeled room. Low brow and casual but you can go across to the Palms if you want to want upscale.

The hotel was a great value, nice, comfortable & clean rooms. Good bars, great casino! Stayed here for one night only, to see Billy Idol which was playing at the Palms, short walk across the street! The hotel has a TGIF's! The only reason I rated the hotel a 3 under Hotel service was because our room was almost nearing the end of the hall, so it was […] a long walk to the elevators. Gave us a suite on top floor to make up for the wait. Room was not ready until 3:30 pm. If you have a car, it's convenient; otherwise long walk to strip. Next to Rio. Long walk to front desk, have to go through 2 escalators if you park in parkade.

Stayed here for 3 nights due to location and previously stayed here and of course the price.... cant be beat... Friendly off strip hotel next door to Rio, for us Brits within walking distance to strip bout 15min walk brings you to Caesers palace. However shuttle bus runs frequent (only gripe on inbound trip goes via The Orleans then back past Gold coast […] to Ballys) only small gripe.. Back Ballys to Gold coast first stop. Check in easy and quick deluxe rooms which think are cheapest? lovely and clean and very modern like 4 star london hotel. Bustling lively hotel comfortable and feel at home. The rooms are very comfortable. Newly renovated. The location is convenient- just minutes away from the strip and next to the Palms and Rio Casino. You definitely get your money worth at this place. The pool and Jacuzzi were clean. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Good value for the money! Older hotel east of the strip. Has a free shuttle to the strip. Taxi trip to the Fremont area is about $22 one way. Pool closes at 6 pm which I did not like. Beds were comfortable.

While this hotel is off the strip and the casino is not as refined as those on the strip, the price you pay gives you a hotel room that is a modern and clean as anything you'd find on the strip. There is a shuttle that drops off at the Flamingo that is included in the resort fee. For my money, I'd stay here over the PH, Trop, Exclaibur or NYNY.

Disappointed when we arrived at 2:00 p.m. thinking we could check in and were told it would be 1 1/2 to 2 hours. We had to return to the desk to obtain our keys at the end of the wait and had to wait in line again just to receive them. The desk clerk that originally waited on us said we didn't have to wait in line when we came back to just come to her, […] but she wasn't there so that is how our luck started. I had read the reviews and decided for the small additional cost to choose the Premium rooms. Was glad I did they were nice sized, clean and bright. The noise level was low. There was shuttle service to the Strip. The hotel casino was quiet the night I was there. I would have liked a few more quarter slots instead of so many penny & nickel ones. During the time spent gambling on the game floor I was never asked if I would like a complimentary drink although supposedly it was available. Although there were a few quirks, the overall stay was good and I would definitely stay again. I booked through Hotels.com and was pleased with their service also. I liked that they accept Pay Pal and I liked that I received a follow up email just prior to my trip confirming my reservations thus saving me any extra follow up of my own. Continua a leggere

Place was very clean. The sliding door on the bathroom was a little strange and it seemed like we would rather leave the hotel the stay. Good place to sleep. We received a knock on the door for house keeping pretty early too knowing that we have not checked out yet. To get to the strip it was a two mile walk with saftey in question.

Great place - bathrooms are very nice, the rooms are super clean and very comfy bed. Also, casino is smaller so you can get from the parking garage to your hotel room in less than 2 minutes. Restaurants are the lower priced fare so great if you are not interested in expensive food. I personally have stayed here 3 times. It's a great place.
