L'hotel è impeccabile. Le stanze praticamente sono monolocali, pulitissime e spaziose. La colazione, ormai rara che sia compresa nel prezzo, è discreta. All'arrivo di danno anche una Welcome Bag con delle cose da mangiare. Di negativo c'è che è lontanuccio da San Francisco e intorno a parte un Denny's non c'è nientel.

Abbiamo passato 20gg a Santa Cruz per un corso di studi presso l'Università. Avevamo l'auto quindi la distanza dalla città e dall'università non sono stati un problema. La stanza 317 era posizionata sulla destra del grande parcheggio dal lato opposto dei campi da golf e verso il bosco, quindi distante dalla strada 17 di grande scorrimento. L'albergo ha un ristorante molto buono, tra i migliori della zona, ovviamente riferito al cibo americano. la stanza è stata pulita tutti i gironi con cambio degli asciugami. C'è un frigorifero vuoto ma funzionante per eventuali necessità, e la macchina del caffè americano con 2 cialde al giorno. L'unico grande difetto per noi è stata la colazione,yougurt, dolci, uova sode fredde tenute nel ghiaccio, no pane, no cereali, no cibo salato (prosciutto, formaggio, ecc.), ovviamente caffe e latte. non abbiamo avuto particolari necessità quindi non possiamo dare un giudizio sul personale dell'albergo. Quello del ristorante, dove abbiamo mangiato diverse volte è molto gentile, e il locale è accogliente. Se vi capita approfittate del brunch la domanica, con 20$ a testa potrete assaggiare un menù ampio e ben cucinato.

Ottima base di partenza per visitare la costa che da San Francisco arriva a Monterey. Non c'è il ristorante ma la reception puo' consigliarne molti ottimi in riva all'oceano a meno di 5 miglia. Unico neo: sono sprovvisti di lavanderia.

Breakfast was delicious and the sun room where it is located was just splendid. Overall the experience was terrific and the price was quite a bargain for what was expected.

This hotel was pretty convenient overall. Free wiFi is surely appreciated at a time when hotels are typically charging you for anything and everything possible. Only thing I would say is a bit odd was the WAY old tv in the room.

"Wild Palms Hotel on Fremont"
We have stayed here before and thought the rooms were very nice. However, this trip, we seemed to have been put in a room that was not up to par. The TV was not the same as in other rooms and the furniture appeared to be makeshift.

I only stayed here one night, but it was very nice. They have a ppol, a hot tub, a pretty good breakfast, and nice rooms. The lobby is cool--open to the outside. The hotel has a good vibe.

The Wild Palms in sunnyvale is a great hotel. I stayed there because there a a wedding reception down the street that I attended. The location was great and the rooms gave a carribean-vacation vibe. Rooms were very clean and overall it was a great stay! I would definitely stay there again for that price.

I requested a dvd player for fitness video, they ran put called another property in am they delivered it with a gift basket full of fitness stuff and a hand written note, that they were sorry for the delay. "Not worth the price"
This hotel appears to be a refurbished motel with air conditioners hanging outside the walls. All rooms have a door facing the outside. I walked into the room and was surprised to see a space heater on the floor. That didn't affect my stay but at 1 am at least 20 emergency vehicles went by with sirens blazing. The room was so porous you'd think the […] door was open. The best thing I can say is the room was clean and since I was only there for one night, I survived. "Great hide out, nice rooms."
Fun for a quick get away or work stuff. I used it to hide from some work being done on my apartment. Walls are thin, if someone has a family or your TV is too loud, you will know it. Otherwise, two thumbs up.

I have stayed here twice and their rooms are so comfy! For both times, early check-ins and late check-outs were not a problem and there was no extra charge. No hidden fees. Loved their breakfast, plenty of fresh fruit around the hotel. A cute place for a little romance without the big price tag.

Not much has changed in the past three years. When they did the decorating some years ago everything had a fresh look to it. Not so much anymore. Still better than someplace like a Days Inn but not that much better. Internet is slow. Breakfast is a couple notches better than continental.

I bought this hotel when many others in the area had extremely high rates. Not as updated or fancy as hotels I usually choose, but great in a pinch! Easy access from freeways, easy to check in/out, free breakfast not much to complain about. Rooms are old no doubt, but very charasmatic. New T.V.'s would make this property an easy choice!!
"Nice hotel, but..."
This hotel is perfectly fine, as long as you can sleep on a rather firm mattress with no real padding. If you are used to a pillow-top mattress at home, you may have trouble sleeping here. I stayed four nights (couldn't switch) and finally got a few hours of sleep the last night. Otherwise, it's a nice place.

I love this hotel! My business associates and I have stayed here many many times! Reasonably priced rooms, good free breakfast and comfy rooms...a really good choice if you're traveling to SJC for business and need somewhere to relax between meetings.

My room was freezing and the heater was so loud I hated turning it on. No phone calls were possible while heater was running. Hotel key worked incosistently. Save your money and don't stay in Sunnyvale. There was nothing wrong with the hotel, but for the price the room was super small & overpriced. it's probably the neighborhood.

My business associates and I try to book the Wild Palms every time we come to the San Jose area. This hotel is great...although I do wish they would bring back the happy hour/bar.... Beds are great, staff is always nice, centrally located, and free breakfast!

Need to replace heating unit...when it turned on, it was so loud it overpowered the TV sound and we had to turn up the volume. When the unit shut off, we had to turn down the TV. That was annoying. The TV was kind of old. On the plus side, they have good breakfast selections, which is included in the room charge.

This is the second time I have stayed here and I really like this hotel. This time though I had a cheap television in my room which was not at all like the newer flat screen I'd had in my last room. The radio and speakers were excessively old and worn and the speakers were upside down and the blind cover was off the blind and rested in the corner. Old […] things need to be consistently updated when they are worn out and items broken should be fixed or removed before new occupants come into the room. "Convienient location"
Can't really offer an in depth critique of the hotel as we only stayed one night and didn't use any of the facilities except the room. The location was great for attending an event at the Flint Center in Cupertino. The hotel was clean.
