"Great for our family"
We got two suites for this holiday, family reunion. One suites for my nephews who are in their 20s, and one for ourselves, a family of three with a 7-year-old. The staff was incredibly kind and accomodating, espcially with one of my nephews, who has a developmental disability. The pool was perfect for our family. "Very comfortable hotel"
Nice hotel, clean and staff was friendly. It is close to downtown where we ate at a very nice restaurant. Close to Dutch Springs for diving.

We had only a short stay, but the room (King NS) was well appointed and maintained. The staff were pleasant and helpful, even though we arrived very late after the Musikfest show. The breakfast array was good and so was the coffee (available 24 hrs). The breakfast area was open (2 stories high) and clean. You could also eat outdoors in a private atrium-style […] section. I loved it. We stayed at 3 different hotels during our trip. BUt this was the best. I especially enjoyed the courtyard. My only suggestion would be to warm up the water in the pool. I wanted to enjoy the pool, but the water was too cold!

"Great accommodations on a budget"
Great staff, good breakfast, nice hotel. Not too much to do right around the hotel, but was happy to be able to use the outdoor pool at the hotel next door! Definitely a good place for families. Not very romantic.

"Clean Comfortable Room, great Waffles"
Only stayed one night, but would stay longer. Room had refrigerator and microwave. Friendly, helpful staff. Room was clean, and bed/pillows were very comfortable. "On Route New York to Niagara"
We used this location for an overnight stop off on route from New York JFK, having arrived from the UK, to Niagara and it was perfect. Breakfast from good value and would stay there again.

We love having breakfast at this hotel and Sam, who prepares it, is so friendly and helpful. She is the first person we look for when we get to the hotel.

Very helpful and attentive staff, beautiful lobby with holiday decorations and fireplace, spacious room. Would stay here again. Only complaint was a couple of faded stains visible on the white bedsheets. We visit our grandkids near by; this hotel has an indoor pool where they love to swim. We have become friends with Sam who prepares and serves the delicious breakfast spread every morning. She has a servants heart and is lovely.

Hampton Inn and Suites Bethlehem is conveniently located near the highway plus also downtown Bethlehem. It was extremely clean, the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was awesome! Breakfast consisted of all name brand cereals, juices 3 different choices of coffees, numerous bigelow teas, waffles, bagels, danish, yogurts plus scrambled eggs […] and maple sausages. An attendent kept the area clean and well-stocked all morning. We spent a few hours relaxing Sunday morning in the huge, beautiful common room reading the complimentary paper, enjoying several cups of coffee and then finally having breakfast. There is a nice pool and fitness room that we did not try. Our daughter attends a local university plus she plays field hockey so we stay in the Lehigh Valley a few times a year when we attend games. The gym is under renervation. Had tto go next door to Best Western. NBo towels and equipment was old.

This is a clean well run hotel with a delicious breakfast spread each morning. It feels like being in someone's home almost. We have stayed here 5 times and it works well for us when we are in Bethlehem.

Nice hotel, but a few problems: 1. Air conditioner never got very cool. 2. Room was next to ice machine...very loud all night. 3. Found used soap and shampoo in shower. 4. Shower head would not stay in place.

"Needs to be Clean"
Is 4:40 am; I check out the Hotel because my room (118) was infected with Bed Bugs. I went to take a shower before I left the room and even in the shower were some bugs and the towel that I was about to use to clean my face full of Hair and dirty. another thing that bother me was that when I first called to complait about the situation they did not […] send anyone to inspect the room. "Not so great...."
First, once we arrived my fiancee was locked in the elevator, making him late to my best friend's wedding. No, this is not a comedy movie! The front desk manager thought he was "playing with the buttons". He's 32 years old. The manager was not very friendly. Then, when they finally got to the room, he keys didn't work. The manager knew my fiancee was […] already late to a wedding, yet he took another 20 minutes to bring the new keys up 2 flights of steps. Then, after the wedding reception, once we returned to the room, we noticed it smelled like mildew. We then noticed that the air conditioner wasn't working. Mind you, it's the end of June. The air conditioner only blew warm air, and was leaking onto the carpet, causing the mold smell. So, after a long day, we couldn't even relax in the cool air. The hotel manager then felt sorry for us, wanted to refund our money, but couldn't since we booked through a 3rd party; hotels.com. What a perfect ending to a perfect weekend. :( Continua a leggere
