bello e caratteristico l'ingresso, inadeguate le camere, in particolare segnalo le dimensioni insufficienti in particolare del letto.

great position! (close to the Alamo). The room was small but comfortable even if the air conditioned was noisy. Good and funny Texas shaped waffles for breakfast.

Ottima posizione, essendo circa 10 minuti a piedi lontano da downtown. Camera piuttosto confortevole, pulizia accettabile, personale alquanto gentile e disponibile. La colazione fin troppo spartana, ma accettabile. Tutto sommato, consiglio a tutti di scegliere questo hotel per il prezzo davvero basso rispetto agli standards degli hotel americani (very expensive!) e la qualità dei servizi e della camera che si sono dimostrati essere più che buoni.

Excellent location, everything in easy walking distance. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Rooms very spacious, decorated and furnished in style and comfortable, although I did have a little issue with the shower. I wouldn't hesitate going back or to recommending this hotel.

"Ok Room but could be a little less expensive"
The staff was great and the location is good. The room is Clean but for the price should be better pillows and bed. Rock Matress and 50 year old pillows. Will stay again for quick overnight to Sea World...

Breakfast bar great, service good when asked for 2nd blanket & very confortable. Pool did need a cleaning but it was also April.

"Quality Inn in San Antonio on 4 Piano PI"
We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Clean rooms, great customer service, the best thing for me was that I was very comfortable sleeping, my vechicle was safe due to well lit & secured parking lot due to having only one way in & out. Very nice pool area, too!!!

Enjoyable stay, rooms were clean friendly staff. Wasent the best neighborhood. Would stay again when back in town.

Pulling up to the hotel I could already see that it wasnt like the pics. The hotel is located in a not so nice area and looks a little run down. The staff was nice but that was the only upside. The room was outdated and all the amenities as well. The cleaning people did the best they could but couldnt clean everything. There were even creepy crawly […] things in the room. Lets just say of the kind if you see one there are many more elsewhere. Didnt spend more time in the room than we had too and wont be going back. Continua a leggere
Visiting Christus Santa Rosa Medical Center, only a few miles away. Restaurants close by. Helpful front desk. Quiet.

For the money its ok. The hotel CSA should have been more patient with the guests during the breakfast. She was already cleaning the left over food while we were still eating, although its exactly 9am and the breakfast time has just ended.

The bed was very nice and comfortable, but like previous reviewers have mentioned the pillows are too soft. I tossed and turned a bit because of this, but other than that the hotel is great for the money and location. It is centrally located between Fiesta Texas and Sea World.
