Sono stata con i miei amici dal 24-04 al 30-04-12. L' albergo è molto carino, pulito e confortevole. La stanza è spaziosa, il bagno è pulito ma sostituirei la vasca con la doccia. La sala da pranzo/colazione è carina e affaccia sul lago. La posizione è ottima per visitare la zona vicino al lago (molto romantica), la CN Tower, il Roger Centre; per visitare parte più centrale (Yonge Street) è preferibile prendere l'autobus o il tram ( che passano ogni 5').

L'hotel è tenuto bene e pulito, ma situato in piena Chinatown, sopra un centro commerciale che dà più l'idea di essere a Pechino piuttosto che a Toronto (anche il personale è tutto di origine cinese). Comunque le camere sono spaziose e pulite, è situato su Spadina Ave quindi in buona posizione per raggiungere CN Tower e porto a sud, e parco e università a nord. Il quartiere circostante non è granchè, ma non dà l'idea di essere insicuro. E' dotato anche di parcheggio sotterraneo condiviso col centro commerciale. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite.

leggermente fuori mano rispetto alla zona dei locali. di sera intorno c'è poco e niente. comunque pulito e ben tenuto.

Classico Hotel della catena. Camera grande, pulita, letto immenso. Frigo bar ben fornito. Unica pecca una strada, a poche centinaia di metri, dall'hotel piena di barboni e gente poco raccomandabile. Comunque posizione comoda per girare Toronto a piedi!

"Il miglior hotel del nostro viaggio"
Accoglienza calorosa con bicchiere di limonata ancor prima di avvicinarci al banco check-in, personale multilingue, stanze enormi (le più grandi in assoluto incontrate nel nostro viaggio), pulite; una lavanderia è a disposizione degli ospiti e il personale è stato gentilissimo nello spiegarci il funzionamento degli elettrodomestici e ci ha fornito gratuitamente […] il detersivo per il lavaggio. Ottimo il servizio al bar. La zona è centrale e piena di locali, alcuni dei quali aperti 24 h. Non concordo con le recensioni negative espresse da altri utenti. L'unico neo è il valet-parking molto caro. Ma proprio alle spalle dell'hotel esistono molti parcheggi più economici. Continua a leggere
"privo di fascino ma ottima posizione e colazione"
Albergo non indimenticabile, ma pulito e con un servizio da 3 stelle abbondanti. Nonostante le apparenze, e` in uno dei migliori quartieri della citta` e soprattutto e` centralissimo e vicino a tutto. insomma niente di particolarmente romantico ma e` molto funzionale. Colazione abbondantissima.
Overall it was a good stay, have stayed here before.

"has the feel of a smaller, exclusive, hotel"
I will return to this hote.: The staff are friendly and seem genuine about it. The room was quiet and the service was excellent. In the mornings I could drink tea and look at the trees outside the window. I really enjoyed this hotel.
"location makes up for average facilities"
Stayed three nights in this hotel and overall it was an ok experience. location was great but we constantly had issues with cold water. We had to have maintenance come fix the water twice but in the evenings we were reduced to having to brush our teeth with warm water.
The hotel was fine, restaurant/dining very good. Only complaint was that they o ly had one wheelchair and when we needed that assistance on day two it was in use by another guest. Our reason for the stay was to attend hospital consults and the wheel chair was a necessity.

"Fine as expected"
I thought it was quick and easy. The pillows could stand to be upgraded and I thought it a bit extreme to have to pay $30 for overnight parking. I was told that was my only choice as self park was unavailable. I hope the valet got a decent tip out of my thirty dollars. Other than that I would likely stay at the Courtyard again.

We stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott for 4 nights. Service was excellent. All staff were couteous and friendly. Room was clean and confortable. Great breakfast buffet. We got a great deal on the rate including breakfast. Location is perfect and close to everything. Walking distance to great shopping, restaurants and bars. "Always a good value and a friendly place"
Always stay here when in Toronto. Clean, friendly, good location and nice atmosphere.
Checked-in Fri.afternoon... room 423. Left are belongings & headed out for a few hrs. Returned to hotel.. proceeded to our room & couldn't enter, went down to front desk to explain the problem. I was told we should be in room 405 accordding to the computer. We had to remove our belongings from room 423 & move to 405. Overall the hotel did not impress […] us. Continua a leggere

Friendly and helpful staff. Efficient and quick check-in even though many guests were arriving at same time. Room very spacious and quiet even though it was directly across from elevator. Hotel could use some updating and maintenance (example : new wallpaper and paint in corridors outside of rooms). Will return in the future.

"Only "okay""
For such high ratings given to this hotel, I was very disappointed to find out it rates about the same as a 30 year old Best Western. Even the staff agreed. Thick yellow plastic shower curtains, teeny tiny toilet area.....sinks were separate, view of ugly side of building, coffee shop closed at 11pm, room service had very limited hours. "Hit and miss"
The hotel is nice and is in a convenient location but it was annoyingly noisy. When we were there, some a large group of high school students was there as well, and they made their presence known and sleeping was next to impossible the first two nights, despite calls to the front desk. I booked this hotel for a weekend getaway for my bf's b'day. It was really nice. We were on the north tower. Not the best view as we were just facing other buidings. But the room was very neat and clean. We had complimentry wifi which was awesome. It is located in the heart of downtown so there was soo much to do. "Best location for a long weekend in Toronto."
I really enjoyed my 3 night stay at the Marriott Courtyard. The staff was pleasant, and welcoming, and the room was quite comfortable. I chose this hotel because of location and I wasn't disappointed. I could walk to restaurants, bars, and malls and I never needed to hail a cab. "Close to all must see"
The Hotel was with in walking distance for everything, the Eatons Centre, Subway, and Breakfast. It was nice and clean, the staff were very nice.

"Overrated"
The room was old and uncomfortable. The bathroom was full of hair that was not mine. The "free wireless internet" was worthless as the room had no signal at all. NEVER AGAIN AT THAT DUMP
The rooms were very clean however the bed and pillows were firmer than I would have liked them. The breakfast was delicious and the valet parking was worth the $30.
Compère to other hotels, this one was very satisfying because of the location which is in downtown Toronto and the price, services, cleanliness and … overall I recommend this hotel for an average budget.

Everyone nice and very helpful. Room exceptionally clean. Even though the hotel is on younge street we were surprised how quiet it was. Had a very restful night! Close to shopping. Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed weekend in TO in this hotel. Was very nice, customer service is exceptional. Location was great, walking distance to everything you could want to do. Beds were super comfortable. Restaurant in hotel was VERY pricey, good food but pricey. Rooms were very clean, Would definitely stay in hotel again.

Very clean and convenient to sights. We parked our car (extra charge) and then never used it again until we checked out. Many reasonably priced restaurants were just steps from the hotel and there was a very nice pharmacy/convenience store next door. "Courtyard Marriott in downtown Toronto"
This hotel was overall well kept, the bathrooms could use a bit of work and it was a bit of a pain to have the sink in the hallway, but other than that it was fine. As far as cleanliness, there were a few cobwebs on the ceiling and the air conditioner made a loud banging sound every so often and shot out so much dust that my friend and I were congested […] for days. Overall it was a decent enough room for the price that we paid. Room service was impeccable, great food! I found the hotel staff to be very accomodating to whatever needs we had. We stayed a this hotel for a week during spring break 2012. It was wonderful. The location was great. The staff was very professional and helpful. The indoor pool and hot tub and workout room were great relaxers from a day out from site-seeing. It was right on the corner of Yonge and Alexander which is nearby several spots to eat and shop. We arrived early and Nicole was so nice, our room was ready and she upgraded us because it was our anniversary. We will be staying there again. It's close to everything we wanted to do. It was nice to park the car and not need it again til checkout time! Greeting at desk was wonderful, as was breakfsast in rest. Room was great. Front desk responded to needs.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. We walked everywhere from our hotel. We never used our car. The customer service was excellent. Our room was close to the elevator. We are heavy sleepers so it was okay. But for light sleepers, ask for a room away from the elevator.

Stayed here with 3 friends for the weekend and had an overall good experience. Walking distance to the Eaton Center, restaurants and even the Air Canada Center. It was also very easy to find taxi's when needed. There was also plenty of entertainment around the area to keep you busy. I travel extensively, and this T.O. hotel was a pleasant surprise. I usually stay at a 'four-five' star hotel and know Toronto quite well. However, have not stayed in this area before, and loved it. Except the frontdesk not kind... old dated... very small pool... But not pricy and good location...
"Friendly staff"
The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. From the valet attendants to the reception, to the Bistro server to the cleaning personnel, everyone was great. Onlt negative was the pool which is pretty small.
