Attenzione, perchè per raggiungere il centro di Quebec è necessaria l'auto, in quanto l'albergo è situato fuori dal centro storico. A pagamento la colazione, dove sono disponibili diversi menu. E' presente anche una piccola piscina e una spa della quale non abbiamo usufruito.

Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 6 set 2011Complice la stanchezza del viaggio la prima impressione dall'esterno non è stata delle migliori (non è colpa dell'albergo), ma dopo essere entrati tutto è andato al suo posto. Dal parcheggio dell'auto a cura dell'hotel (a pagamento non esagerato), alla camera con i suoi accessori fino alla prima colazione (ottima!, da non perdere la confettura fatta in casa) tutto merita grande apprezzamento. Ciliegina sulla torta il proprietario, ospitale e aggiornato sugli itinerari turistici di Quebec City e della regione. Quanto alla posizione, pur non centralissimo, in 15 min. di piacevole passeggiata si raggiungono tutti i luoghi di interesse. Internet wi-fi gratis.

Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 21 ago 2011L'Hotel è stato perfetto in tutto. Vicinissimo ai ferry collegati a Quebec City. Camere spazione, pulite e silenziose. Arredamento curato. Unici aspetti negativi: colazione non inclusa e il fatto che, nonostante avessimo prenotato l'hotel su hotels.com con una VISA, alla reception non l'hanno accettata. Abbiamo utilizzato una carta di debito per pagare la cauzione che ci è stata poi rimborsata. Sarebbe meglio specificarlo nelle caratteristiche dell'hotel.

"54 inch beds instead of 60"
Although we had requested queen beds, we were upgraded to a room on the 19 th floor. The rooms were great but the beds were 54 inches wide instead of 60 inches. I cannot see why a hotel of your quality would have 54 inch beds when there is ample room to put either 2 queen beds or 2 king beds. "Good location"
The best thing about this hotel is its location. It is easy to find and close to the old town and there are lots of cafes etc nearby. Staff are helpful and friendly. We were there on Jan. 26, 2013: The room was nice enough, with a very nice view, but the bed was really uncomfortable, sagging in the middle. Otherwise, the experience was nice. Generally, it was a very good hotel. Especially for people like us that wanted to participate in the New Year's Eve program which was held exactly in front of the hotel. "Great room but Horrible customer service"
I liked the room and the check in rep was extremely helpful and pleasant. The room service rep were Also nice and pleasant. However my room would not get cleaned until the last day of stay. Also the hallways were extremely noisy with staff cleaning rooms and running their mouths. Also I definitely did not like the check out person that was completely […] rude, unprofessional. I asked Him for help with getting a taxi for me to the airport and his response was " go outside and start walking on the streets" to find a cab. He got annoyed when I asked him to call a number for me and kept pushing me off to another rep. He completely ruined the entire experience and I would not recommend that hotel to him. A very good hotel at a really good price we received after Christmas and before New Year. The complimentary hot chocolate in the lobby was a good touch. The rooms were large, the bed comfortable and the facilities were excellent. As usual though, the higher quality hotels always seem to charge for wi-fi, yet you receive free wi-fi in cheaper hotels […] and even hostels. "Great Hotel for walking and nightlife!"
The hotel was in a great location to walk and see all of quebec. Located at the top of Grand Alle where all the restaurants and nightlife take place. In addition, it was a close walk to lower town and also St-Jean where one will find a little more local street. Enjoyed our overnight stay. Hotel was clean and had everything we needed. Quiet and an amazing view from our room. Staff was nice. The valet service was slow and we were forced to use it after buying a parking pass since the parking was full... That was rather frustrating. Also we made a reservation at the restaurent upstairs for 8:30 and asked if they […] could call us if anything was available earlier as we were hungry. We were about to leave to go eat elsewhere so i went to cancel our reservation and they asked if it were because it was too late. "GREAT location"
Within easy walking distance of the walls of the old city, the hotel was quite conveniently located (except for our arrival day when we could not reach the hotel due to a parade). The concierge and parking valet, when available, were very helpful although the front desk staff was not. The charge for wi-fi service was excessive, so we made do without. "Great location, adequte accommodations"
The hotel had a great location and was very convenient to restaurants and the Old Town. The room was clean and mostly adequate, but somewhat outdated and in need of a refresh. Public areas were definitely worn and badly in need of update. For example, carpets in front of elevators and on stairs were worn and dirty. Also lobby WIFI access was very spotty. The […] staff was very nice. We had a problem with our bathroom one night and a plumber arrived to fix it 5 minutes after I called. There was an erroneous bar charge on our bill which was removed without question. I would recommend if you get a good price but don't expect 4-star accommodations. "Be Aware"
The only problem we encountered was on one week end nite, we had a terrible problem with drunken party girls running up and down the hall until 5am. My recommendation is never go there on the weekend. Stay with week days if you want to sleep.Recensioni obiettive degli ospiti Expedia
