Nel caso dovessi tornare a Dublino soggiornerei volentieri nello stesso albergo

"Gresham Hotel di Dublino"
Veramente un bell'albergo. Personale diponibilissimo, pulizia cambio asciugamani quotidiana. Posizione ottima!
Disappointed I was not informed at time of booking that there was a 15 Euro charge re: car park. Then insulted when there was an attempt to charge me a second time for same when checking out inspite of me being in possesssion of car park ticket. Otherwise good facilities etc.
"Close to the heart-beat of Dublin"
Hotel in great location - close to sites, river and the excellent night-life
"Convenient"
Nice old hotel but needs a bit of a refurb.

"Disappointed"
This hotel isnt disabled friendly. The decor is drab and depressing. The night porter wasnt exactly friendly & the door of our room was open when we arrived back after having dinner out. Having paid 4 star costs, I did not recieve 4 star service. It is over rated
"Gresham Hotel Dublin"
Lovely hotel and very central. Staff lovely but food prices were Extortionate. It was €32 for two soups & two sandwiches. Overall the food was very expensive but lots of restaurants near.

"1 night stop"
Hotel in central location, perfectly functional for an overnight stop. Staff were helpful & friendly enough. Didnt eat in hotel, so cannot comment.
"The Gresham Hotel"
A great hotell with a long historical tradition and ideally situated to get to know Dublin.
Generally good but more detailed cleaning in bathroom required. Shower curtain not terribly hygenic. Bed unsteady and mattress too firm. Late night noise in corridors.
"Gresham Hotel"
Great hotel, but room nowhere near as high quality for this stay as on my previous one - had to ask for a refrigerator to be brought despite booking a room with one, bed small and tiles in bathroom a little shabby although everything worked fine bar the air conditioning and there was no noise from the street as I was at the back. I wouldn't have wanted […] to be in the same room in warmer weather, but I got a good deal and the great location more than makes up for everything else. Continua a leggere
"Gresham Hotel - Great staff"
This is a great hotel in a great location, but the staff is what sets it apart.
"Missing the star quality"
Arrived from work to check in for a prebooked room and were told we had been given an upgrade. The double room we booked had a stocked fridge and a trouser press along with all that you would expect from a four star hotel. The room we were upgraded to did not have a working fridge (it was hot not cold inside) and was not stocked. There was no trouser […] press which created a dress issue for the planned evening. There were no menus in the room to look over before dinner, although there was information as to where you could dine in the hotel on the TV menu there was no actual menu to find. We went down to the main bar to have a pre-dinner drink only to find the staff appeared to be having an internal dispute, the atmosphere could have been cut with a knife, we only stayed for the one. We decided to dine in the Hotel. The chap that was in charge of our section was fantastic, he was very attentive without being irritating. The food was very tasty, the only niggle would be the steaks were both overcooked. We did point ths out and the waiter apologised and offered us a free drink, very professional. Check out was very busy due to the rugby, not a problem. Would I stay in the Gresham again........ only at a push. Would I recomend the Gresham to friends........I would inform them of my experience and leave them to decide. Continua a leggere
"the Gresham Irish charm"
Not the most modern in room accomodation but certainly has old world charm and FREE wifi. Perfect location and good connection with Airport Bus. Comfortable restaurant/bar for a relaxed environment
"Great location"
Right in the heart of Dublin. You step out onto O'Connell Street. Can be a little rough in spots due to city centre location. Hotel has good public areas but no gym and some rooms are showing their age.
"the gresham hotel"
The location of the hotel could not be better, its in the middle of o'connell street. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

"Ok - Not great"
Pros: location Midday check out Lobby is very nice,as is the bar. Cons: STANDARD rooms are small. Wifi didnt work in our room. Curtains were dirty in the room. Carpet was dirty in the room. Better condition & sized rooms for similar prices in Dublin City. 3/5
The hotel seems a little bit tired, needs update. Service was very good. Location close to shops and waking distance to old town.
"The Gresham Hotel"
The Hotel was lovely, staff very friendly and helpful, the room was very spacious and overlooked o'connell street. Very close to the shops It is a lovely hotel and would highly recommend it
"Historic Hotel in Dublin"
The hotel is a little faded from its former glory and has had some difficult times. I found the rooms had improved over 2 years ago but the foyer is not at its best. The location is perfect --right on O'Connell St and close to all transport services.
"Gresham Hotel"
Had a lovely stay. Hotel was really lovely and we were delighted with the room. Would definitely stay again.

"Gresham Lobby"
A great spot to hang out and people-watch. Old style glamour!
The electricily when off at 8am that morning and were still not back at 2pm and all we got was a sorry but the ESB did manage to restore one half of the hotel, it was a disgrace old people had to try and walk down the stairs themselves, it runied my Christmas break away and I will not be returning to that hotel again.
"Gresham Hotel, Dublin"
To have the best location for a hotel in city centre, the basics also need to be right. Our stay on 16th Dec was let down by lack of heating, so reception had to give us portable heater for room. Bar service was also a bit lacking in hospitality and speed. The premises was in very good condition and clean.
Even at the knock-down price, not good value for the money.

Had requested a non-smoking room but was told that it was not available on check-in.
"gresham hotel dublin"
A really beautiful hotel, excellent staff and the food and atmosphere were a marvle to enjoy, we will be back and will bring friends there also
"little things count"
No complimentary newspapers, no biscuits with tea in the room - this is the first hotel I've stayed in,where these are not available as standard - even in much cheaper hotels.

"Great location to discover Dublin!"
My stay at the Gresham was amazing. Greeted by a great friendly staff, the hotel looks warm and very welcoming! Very conveinent if your barely coming from Dublin airport. The Gresham is very near by Trinity College, the main post office, Temple Bar and Henry street where you can do lots of shopping! If your needing a taxi, it's just across the street, […] if you need the tourist information center, there is one located about four businesses away from the Gresham and there is another located on the other side of the street (Henry street & O'Connell street). I was in Dublin (alone) for the first time ever in October and I stayed two nights at the Gresham ... best decision ever! Plenty of pubs and places to eat, and if you need to catch a bus, coach and taxi ... it's very nearby the hotel! Happy travels! Continua a leggere
"Grsham Hotel Dublin"
A very comfortable hotel, convenient to public transport and shops. Efficient and friendly service. Good value for money.
"Priced as if it was still in its heyday"
The rate wasn't super expensive but it also was not a great value considering how old and beat up the rooms are. They are clean and free wifi are big pluses. Staff is super friendly. So if you can get it a price you like - reserve a room - the good location and friendly staff are worth it.
"Gresham Hotel O' Connell St. Dublin 1."
We checked in at about 13:30 on Sat. 12th. Nov. The girl at the reception was most helpful and did all she could to make sure we got the best room available on that day.The room wasnt quite ready so we left our luggage with the porter. he was most helpful as well. Overall we enjoyed our night very much and hope to go back adain.

"Great hotel"
Central location, close to all amenities, great value, clean, good ambience
"The Gresham, Dublin"
A central location and classy lobby and bar area unfortunately does not make up for dated rooms and facilities. Very disappointed, had expected so much more from this hotel.
"Gresham Dublin"
Recently stayed in the Gresham for the Dublin Marathon. The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. Our room was facing o connell street and we knew it would be noisy but on a bank holiday sunday night it was extremely noisy so didnt really sleep very well. The breakfast was very expensive i paid 8 euro for a cup of tea and two slices of toast!!!!! […] A continental breakfast was 14 euro, we thought that was a bit crazy! Overall its very convenient and we would stay there again, but definitely get your breakfast in the Kylemore down the street!! Continua a leggere
"Great location and comfortable hotel in Dublin"
Great hotel for location and comfort - close to everything without being in the centre of some party areas which are notoriously noisy and bad when you want to sleep. Free wifi in the room was great too.
A real enjoy to stay at the Gresham, Great Irish breakfast, the only thing is its a bit steep at 19.95 Euros....
"WAS GRAND - NOT THAT GRAND NOW"
Was a little jaded. Had superior room and although comfortable it was overlooking rear service lane and very noisy at night. The windows did not close properly, being old. Air con is OK but old and hard to control. Bathroom needed updating. Rang for room service and it took 20 mins with no answer. Very limited room service menu. Not really very 4 s […] tar. "Gresham Hotel, Dublin. THE place to stay"
We had not stayed in Dublin for 40 years so the lack of knowledge of the new city led us to our historic view that it had to be the Gresham. We were not disappointed. This is the place for the history and style of a grand old era. Staff, public rooms and central location are great. Bedroom was ok but a little odour of the years hung around. Would we […] go again. Absloutely. O'Connell Street has gone down a bit but Henry St just round the corner is now the shopping place. Chester Beattie library is the must not miss tourist spot. Continua a leggere
"Great but....."
All aspects of the hotel were great but I was disappointed that they were unable to cater for my special need as a person with a disability. I telephone for some special assistance and they just said "No". No alternative was suggested.

"Not 4 star"
The hotel is in a convenient location, but I would not rate it as 4 star. The beds were not very comfy and the the room could use a refresh.
"Hotel The Gresham - ok"
Clean, spatious, but linens look outdated.
