Il soggiorno presso questo B&B è stato meraviglioso. Le camere sono arredate con gusto e stile. Al momento del check-in la stanza che avevamo prenotato non era disponibile per un guasto al sistema elettrico e ci hanno sistemato in un'altra di livello superiore, senza maggiorazione di prezzo. il B&B è comodo per raggiundere la 16th strada dove ci sono molti negozi, bar e ristoranti e al LoDo (Downtown). La colazione, oltre a cereali e pane tostato, varia ogni giorno con un proposta calda cucinata al momento. Un giorno c'erano dei deliziosi waffles con banane, fragole e mirtilli, il giorno dopo omelette con funghi. Tutti i prodotti sono rigorosamente bio, come anche lo shampo, bagnoschiuma e crema corpo. La zona circostante è tranquilla e il B&B si affaccia su un giardino pubblico. Un bellissimo soggiorno!

Abbiamo soggiornato al Best Inn and Suites di Denver per una notte dopo il nostro arrivo in aereo. L'hotel è situato a pochi chilometri dall'aeroporto, le stanze sono molto spaziose e pulite. Anche il bagno è abbastanza grande e pulito. La colazione continentale è esattamente uguale a quella di qualsiasi altro motel americano.In sintesi, consiglio vivamente questo hotel per chi ha bisogno di restare a Denver per una o due notti.

I loved the bright colors and ambience - the lobby was decked-out with some nostalgic decor and the warm cookies upon check-in was a cozy, nice touch. We stayed on the "rock n' roll" floor and loved that our floor had this "rockin" theme. In terms of location, it was a nice - brisk walk to great shopping and dining. "Can't beat the location for going to the theatre"
Hotel staff were very accomodating when the first room I was placed in was next to some very noisy/loud roof vents and fans. The 2nd room, while dusty, was still comfortable. "Close to everything"
This was the second time we have stayed at the Curtis. It is literally across the street from the Denver Performing Arts Complex. After we checked in, we walked to a nearby restaurant and then went to see the show. Very convenient for out of towners like us who like to see concerts or plays. "Good value and excellent location"
The location of the hotel is excellent being only 2 blocks from 16th Ave shopping mall and adjacent to the convention centre and centre for performing arts. Also close to numerous restaurants on 16th Ave and the free shuttle bus along 16th Ave also good for getting around. Hotel staff very helpful - our allocated room had and air conditioning unit right […] outside and we were moved to another room when I asked. They were always welcoming and greeted cheerfully on return to the hotel. The room was spacious and clean with a large walk in shower as opposed to a bath which was good. Absolutely loved The Curtis! The service was the best thing -- everyone is so happy and playful. I was here for my bachelorette party and it was the perfect atmosphere for it! One of the employees that works there, Steven (he needs a raise!), helped us decide where to go during our stay and was super helpful! The food at The Corner Office was AWESOME […] as well! "Lovely hotel, poor attitude of staff"
The hotel is in a good location. The hotel was lovely, a nice fun hotel and the valet staff were friendly and helpful. However our room was not made up and when we notified the desk, they couldn't even be bothered to apologise. We did get clean towels but dumped on the bed not even put in place, the beds were not made up, coffee maker supplies and shampoo's […] etc were not replenished.We also asked if they could help recommend/advise us of hotels in Chicago but just said they don't deal with other hotels. My partner and I stayed at The Curtis for one night while we were in Denver for a concert. The staff was amazing (and so friendly!), the view was amazing,and the room was super clean. "Great Hotel"
Value was great, hotel was clean, room was small but comfy. Only complaint is our room was warm, the a/c didn't seem to work too good. Will def stay here again. "Great location but park elsewhere..."
We stayed at the Curtis because of its central location to the convention center and downtown. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was attentive. My ONLY issue was parking. It seems in Denver that the new thing is for hotels to only offer valet parking. Not a problem, if you want it, great. The garage was "closed" next to […] the hotel, and the signage read, "Valet Only". I get it, whatever... My issue (besides the cost of valet parking being added to the bill, as well as all the cars in my party) was the cluster trying to get them at checkout. We were told to text our number to give them time to get the car, but waiting 20 minutes for the two valets working on a Sunday morning to get our cars just left a bad impression. "Great value, sub-par service"
Fantastic location, clean and modern rooms, good upgrades all for really great value. However, the staff was really not helpful at all, everything I asked them was greeted with a sense of surprise as to why I was asking. Our time at the hotel started out great! Check in went well and our room was clean. The issue we had with our stay was the noise level of our neighbors. We were kept up till after 4 am because of noise. We called the front desk four times and security pint came up once. My credit card was also charged five separate times for different amounts ranging […] from $3 - $50. When I called them on this they said several if the charges were going to come off and one was for a water. However we did NOT enjoy a water believe me for $3 I wish I had. "Very nice hotel in a great location"
This was a very nice hotel in a great location just a block off of the 16th St. Mall. The floors were themed and the service was excellent. "Very trendy and modern style hotel"
This hotel has a nice trendy feel to it. Upon arriving, the self parking was closed due to construction so we had no choice but to use their valet parking. We were a bit disappointed when the morning bill was slipped underneath the door and a $28 valet charge was on my bill. We went downstairs and asked to be waived because their self parking was closed […] and I felt that we shouldn't be hit with the charges and the gentlemen that was at the front desk looked at us with attitude and said the self parking has been closed for over 6 months and he refused to remove the $28 charges. We were both extremely satisfied with everything about this hotel until that moment. It was more of his attitude than anything else as if we should have known that the self-parking has been closed for over 6 months. Well duh, why didn't we think of that since it was our first time in Denver. If you're planning to stay at this hotel, be prepared to pay $28 over night parking fee. On the positive side, this hotel is close to the 16th street mall and Coors. Plus, it's a pet-friendly hotel. Will we stay at this hotel again? Probably not because in my opinion, excellent customer service is what gets people back and should they have waived the $28. I would have brag to all my friends how The Curtis really go above and beyond with their customer service, but instead I'm telling all my friends a different story. Only complaint is that the construction from the second floor could be heard and felt (vibration) on the 10th floor. "Service - Great! Quality of Hotel - Ick!"
Let me preface by stating that I did come straight to a one night stay at The Curtis from a two night stay at The Four Seasons (practically next door). This, probably, is greatly influencing my poor review. To me the hotel looked aesthetically like it were just a dive hotel with a bunch of giant robot / cutesy Anime / Not-Quite-Hipster decals slapped […] all over it to make it look boutique or something. Think Day-Glo Lipstick-on-a-Pig and I think you'll get the idea. The service was really good though I have to say, very nice people but ultimately I truly felt icky staying there. "Bad overall experience"
I made my reservations over a month before my trip to reserve 2 queens beds, yet none were available when I checked in. I was "upgraded" to a corner room with a king sized bed and pull-out sofa and a "view". This was definitely not an upgrade by any ways, and turned out to be more of an inconvenience than anything for both myself and my guest. "Sleeping in an airplane"
Not sure if this was only for my room (on the last floor) but the ambiant noise level was close to what we have in an airplane.
