Il quartiere di Westwood infatti è strategico e centrale: è facile e veloce (traffico permettendo) raggiungere ogni attrazione della città. L'hotel è tranquillo, offre una buona prima colazione a dispone di un parcheggio gratuito per gli ospiti, cosa da non sottovalutare a Los Angeles. Molto bello, piacevole e ricco di ristoranti e servizi i quartiere circostante.

"good location and standing"
Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 4 gen 2013albergo perfetto per soggiorno di breve durata. noi abbiamo dormito lì 3 notti e siamo stati benissimo. ottimo il wifi free anche nelle camere ed il parcheggio interno gratuito (normalmente sono 20$/ notte). non è prevista la colazione ma è come averla poiché c'è a disposizione nella hall una macchina per caffè, cappuccino, ... e delle briosches enormi ... Vicinissimo alla Warner Bros (si va a piedi) e agli Universal Studios (bus diretto 10 minuti). consigliato.

L'hotel è in discrete condizioni, anche se nelle camere, sebbene perfettamente pulite, vi era un po' di odore di muffa dettato dalla moquette. La posizione è ottima se si dispone di un'auto (noleggiabile presso l'hotel stesso) per la meravigliosa Manhattan Beach che dista meno di 10 minuti. sinceramente avendo visto le altre recensioni speravo in qualcosa di meglio. The Hacienda is an old quaint hotel. Their are several nice terrace/fountain like common areas to chat or read. The pool and jacuzzi area are nice. The rooms are not as nice as a holiday inn type maybe a step and half under. While it is well maintained it is yet very old. Had a good 3 days staying their .. People are friendly only problem is we wanted a late check out cause we were flying out at 11:30pm and check out was at 12 midday we were told to ring on the day of departure and check to see of its ok .. We call the day before and were told its ok .. We thought we would do the right think and call on the day of departure […] and found out they would not give us a late departure we were told we had to purchase a extra night ..( Not good service ) spoke to others and found out 2 other couples had a late check out that we're on the same flight as us .. Too the hacienda resort "it's not all about make money it's about making sure your clients come back. ! Oh just to let people know that I had a 5 year old with me and pregnant wife ! This is a perfectly decent hotel. It's a large property so getting to and from your car is a bit of a jaunt. The staff is efficient and friendly, the rooms are large and clean. "Completely Serviceable"
I decided to get away one night and come here on a stay-cation. It's still close to home and work, but I needed a break from my apartment and this was ideal. I've used the Hacienda many times for events and never disappointed then. This is my first time in a room. It was very clean, tidy, and fitted with all necessary (a fridge/micro would have been […] AWESOME). The bed was SO HARD, though... it was like sleeping on a slab of granite with a mattress pad. I like a firm bed, but this was too much. Additionally, the toilet wouldn't stop running and when I called to report it, the answer was, "Oh yeah... that room.. It's like that. I"ll send someone up." This isn't a difficult fix, but I don't need to be putting my hand in the tank every time I flush. All in all - if i want a night out of the apt for inexpensive, but not CHEAP, I'll come here. Have stayed at hotel before and loved it. This stay was not as enjoyable because the room wasn't clean and smelled badly. Still love the location because of all the restaurants and stores across the street. The lobby and staff are very nice. The rooms are old, but clean. Hot and cold water is sketchy. Don't flush the toilet while bathing lest you scald yourself. The worse part was the bed. "pleasantly surprised!"
I Knew the age of the hotel, I lived in the area as a kid, so I expected a few nics and dings. I found it to be nicely kept, colors, decor, cleanliness. Nice pool area. The employees, all, curtious and helpful. Great location to other beach cities, LAX, freeway access. Restaurant downstairs, clean and quaint. Yes we will stay again. "it is not a 3 star hotel"
good thing is it close to LAX airport. But it is not a 3-star level hotel, it is realy a 2.5 start if not a 2-star. bed is clean, but room smell badly, floor make noices, elevator is kind of weired, most facilities are oldRecensioni obiettive Hotels.com

"Reasonable price, but old condition"
The hotel`s staff was friendly and helpful, but the condition of the room was aged. There is only one curtain in the room which makes the rooms dark, because if you pull it to one side, no other one, and the opposite side can clearly see you in the room. Bed was confy, and free internet access. "Good for proximity to offices, LAX"
Hotel was older but maintained fine. Parking was not free but at least was linked to room key. Had some difficulty where we would call the front desk for sufficient towels and they would contact housekeeping, but towels would never be delivered (happened twice). Beds were definitely well-used and a little uncomfortable. But overall the room was worth […] the money we paid for it, and it was just a block from the office where we needed to be. "Filthy Hotel with a mediocre customer service"
Reception desk handed me keys for rooms already occupied twice in a row, before giving me a room with a broken TV, stained bed, stained ceiling. Not to mention the full hotel parking lot. "Not great"
We booked a room with two double beds and were given a single queen. At 10 pm it took an hour for the front staff to correct this mistake and they were hardly apologetic. The room was dingy and not very well cleaned - there was a used tissue on the floor of the washroom. I would never stay here again.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com
