Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 20 feb 2013Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel dal 15 al 17 febbraio e siamo stati molto contenti della nostra scelta..è proprio l'hotel giusto per un soggiorno a Firenze!! L'hotel si inserisce proprio bene nel bellissimo contesto della città di Firenze..è un hotel molto suggestivo e particolare..difficile da dimenticare..inoltre la posizione è veramente perfetta: la nostra stanza si affacciava su S.Marco e in nemmeno 5 minuti a piedi sei all'Accademia..veramente molto molto centrale e comodo.. Le stanze sono veramente molto spaziose, il bagno praticamente nuovo..mi ha colpito molto anche la pulizia..le stanze sono veramente pulite e gli asciugamani vengono cambiati ogni giorno e profumano di pulito.. Per quanto riguarda la colazione è molto ricca e per tutti i gusti (dolce e salato)..la sala in cui viene servita è molto suggestiva e raccolta..la stanza guarda direttamente sulla terrazza e nel giardino dell'albergo e la sala è tutta affrescata e nel sottofondo c'è una bellissima musica classica rilassante che ti fa calare nella bellissima atmosfera di Firenze!! Il personale dell'albergo è molto cordiale e gentile e disponibile nel dare informazioni. Consiglio fortemente questo hotel a chi cerca un posto elegante, tranquillo, in posizione centrale e tuttavia a prezzo contenuto.. Insomma è proprio l'albergo perfetto e ideale per un soggiorno di coppia romantico nella bellissima Firenze!!Buon viaggio.

Ottimo hotel soprattutto al prezzo giusto. Personale molto cordiale, mi hanno indicato 2 ristoranti e sono stati ottimi. "Ottimo hotel"
Hotel posizionato poco fuori dal centro; Santa Maria Novella è raggiungibile facilmente con i mezzi pubblici o con la navetta dell'hotel. Struttura molto ben curata, camere pulite, servizi di buon livello, staff cordiale e disponibilissimo. My family and I only stayed one night in this hotel, but we had a very pleasant experience. The rooms were very clean & modern. The breakfast buffet was very good, with many food & drink options. The front desk staff was very helpful with any questions they had & they spoke English very well. "Good price hotel on the outskirts of Florence"
A very good price for a good hotel. The location is just on the outskirts of Central Florence however the bus stop is right outide the hotel (you can but the tickets from reception) and it only takes 20 minutes to get into the centre. "nice, a little more class than you usually get"
we had some friends staying in a hotel downtown for the same price. we chose this hotel instead though because of parking, though, and in the end i am so happy we did. we parked for free (when we were there, there was almost always space, and when there wasn't we could still park across the street for free) but also had pleasant, professional people […] helping us; we had a crisp, clean (maybe a little firm) bed; a roomy, strong shower; good lighting, a/c, basically a really nice stay. on top of that, the bus downtown came quite frequently and the big grocery store next door was nice for stocking up on italian food essentials on the way out of town. in italy, for the price we paid, it's all too easy to end up with a well-worn poorly appointed room--not the case here. Stayed for 1 night in July. Checkin and the room were very nice. Also has an added bonus of a Car park to leave hire-cars. Only improvement to make would be service in the hotel restaurant. "Decent place for vacation, not the best"
The hotel was located very far from city center, which was OK, as bus travel to & for was free, but still time consuming. Rooms were OK, little smaller than we expexted. Staff were courtous and helpful. Breakfast was free in the morning and was amazing/best part of our stay. Overall a good hotel. I would give it 4/5Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

when we arrived we were immediately offerred to transfer down to their sister hotel the Michaelangelo (closer to downtown florence), don't know why? overbooked? anyway we went to the Michaelangelo and where I had requested (as per the room description on hotels.com) a room with a double and a single bed, we got a room with one queen size bed. ( the […] first room offerred was in front of the elevators!) upon settling in, it was a fairly convenient walk to everything touristy. Breakfast was included and on the first morning there was a woman in charge of the dining room who was yelling at all the staff ( behind closed doors however you couldn't miss her yelling...one of the other guests got up and told her to shut up!) she was quickly replaced and never seen again...anyway overall a clean and well situated hotel, I would shop around however before going back...hope this helps someone.. We have stayed in the hotel for 2 nights last week. There was no aircondition- we open the window and had a sleepless 2 nights with a lot of muscitos and noise.Breakfast was very poor. Its a shame because it is a very nice hotel, nice rooms,free parking , clean,and very nice staff- but they couldnt help us! We stayed two nights in April 2012. Hotel room was modern, clean and very comfortable especially the bed. The staff were very helpful and we had a good continental breakfast to start our day. "Nothing in the surrounding area, terrible wifi"
Chose this hotel because of it's proximity to the airport (early morning flight). In hindsight this was a mistake - there's nothing around the hotel, the wifi is expensive and slow and the whole place feels a bit soulless. If you're looking for somewhere close to the airport I'd recommend staying in downtown Florence - by cab it's only 10mins further […] than this hotel but you'll have a better stay. Well this is a very well decorated hotel it is very clean and it looks good in the inside the people at the front desk are nice they are polite and corteous. The cons of this hotel are: it does not have a swimming pool even though is 4 stars, the parking lot is too small wich means that a lot of guests are left without a parking spot, the wi-fi is free […] only if you go to the front desk if you want to have wifi in the room you have to pay, the tv is one of those square old tv's.
