some of the staff should be nicer to their guests

This hotel needs a major renovation. We selected it for its location since we were on a business trip. Everything is old and the service is very poor. Unless you have budget limitations, I recommend you DO not book in this hotel. You will very disappointed.!!

ESTA BIEN UBICADO, CERCA DE PUNDA, SE PUEDE IR CAMINANDO, TAMBIEN TIENEN TRANSPORTE INTERNO EN EL HOTEL, GRATUITO PARA LOS HUESPEDES CON HORARIOS DETERMINADOS. LA PLAYA PUDIERA NO ESTAR DISPONIBLE EN ALGUNOS MOMENTOS POR EL TEMA DEL PETROLEO, PERO EN LA PISCINA SE PUEDE PASAR UN BUEN DIA.

sin embargo la gente que atiende en el bar junto a la playa carecen de buenos modales y requieren que los preparen en cuanto a atencion al publico

Hotel grande, bonito mas com péssima estado de conservação de algumas estruturas , Portas ,carpetes , maquina de gelo quebrada , maquina de refrigerante quebrada, quartos sem frigobar, etc.

We are a couple with 2 young kids and have been in this hotel for 4 days. It was supposed to be a pleasant and relaxing stay. The hotel beach is nice and calm for the kids, although the vision of a neighbor industrial plant with 2 huge chimneys was not what we were expecting from a Caribbean beach. The bad impression began in the first day. The internet […] service was charged the double price comparing to the one written on a hotel guidebook in our room. After talking to the manager, she just told me that it was an old book (after asking me where I found it?!), and I was free to complain, but I didn't have the difference back. They have got the old guidebook and promissed a new one. We are still waiting for... The fridge in our room was not working. It costed us 3 calls and talking to other 3 different people to have the problem fixed. The staff in the bar was very unfriendly and not professional. When I placed an order, the people at the bar didn't pay attention. Actually they kept on talking to each other, and gave me something different than I asked for. It happened more than one time. At the games room, the kids started playing with a machine, but it didn't work properly. Only after losing 5 or 6 tokens, the person in charge advised us not to use it. Actually every single machine had such a problem! In summary, we were very disappointed every time we needed something from the staff or tried to use any facility of the hotel. Continua a leggere

Muy buena la playa... Tiene todo lo básico que se necesita para pasar un par de días en Curazao.

este hotel con un buen mantenimiento seria uno de los mejores pues tiene buena piscina ,zonas verdes y bonita playa e instalaciones pero carece tambien de buena atencion el servicio d einterenet e smuy costoso 10 dolares dia de resto bien

Lo recomiendo, excelente playa, buena piscina y gimnasio. No me gustó que se debe cancelar el servicio de Internet Inalambrico.

Creo que es bueno realizar mantenimientos a las esxtructuras del Hotel pero estas reparaciones deben realizarse en epocas donde la clientela es baja para no perjudicar a los huespedes, lo demas estuvo muy bien. Jorge D.
