Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 6 nov 2012Rapporto qualita prezzo ottima,con 25 dollari in taxi si arriva al centro di boston oppure con 2.50 in metropolitana.Pulizia dell hotel perfetta,piscina piccola ma carina e colazione abbondante.Se pero vi recate dall aeroporto in metro all'uscita della fermata non troverete taxi percio occhio!Lo consiglio!

"Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, location perfetta"
Avevo scelto l'hotel sulla base dei commenti degli altri amici, così sapevo dei lavori di ristrutturazione della facciata che comunque non disturbano più di tanto se non per la visuale impedita e la ridotta luminosità della camera. Prima o poi finiranno e comunque l'hotel è un ultracentenario come ricorda una targa con tanto di foto storica! La posizione […] è centralissima e funzionale alla scoperta della città: c'è la fermata della metro a 200 metri. La stanza era molto grande ma un pò spartana ed essenziale , piccolo il bagno. Comunque tutto ben conservato e pulitissimo. Contrariamente alle abitudini anglosassoni non c'era l'occorrente per un caffè o tea , ma in compenso alla sera , al momento dell'housekeeping, ti inondano di acqua minerale free. Affascinante il bar ma un pò buio e comunque in linea con le tradizioni cittadine : cento candele di cera sparse sui tavolini non equivalgono alle cento candele di una lampadina! Al ristorante eccellente la trazionale clam chowder, più ordinarie le camere. La vicinanza con i centri commerciali Prudential e Shops at Copley ci ha salvato la serata quando Athena ha scaricato tanta neve sulla città. Personale accogliente e non invadente , sempre disponibile alle tue questions ma mai che te ne facciano una loro: anche il check out lo fai in tv! Comunque siamo stati bene. Ci ritornerei! My husband and I have visited dozens of hotels in Boston due to medical appointments in the city. Of them all, this is our favorite. Service was excellent. Check-in occurs at a podium in the small lobby and the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. Bellhop service was not required but a bellman was stationed at the entrance in any case. A lift is available for the handicapped. The room was somewhat narrow but clean and tastefully appointed. The bed was firm and comfortable. […] There was a narrow space between the foot of the bed and the desk but easily negotiable. The bathroom was small and the biggest problem was the bathroom door which is too large for the room. I had to squeeze around it to be able to get in the bathroom and close the door, A pocket door would be better. Shampoo, soaps, towels were all good quality and the bathroom, shower/bath and water glasses were clean. Newspaper every day at the door. A small exercise room is available. Shaw's supermarket across the street. Near Boylston St and the Marathon site. Close to the T and the Marriott and Westin are essentially across the street. I was there for a week, which is a long time to get to know a hotel. The staff was very friendly, the accommodations were nice and my room was very quiet. The room I had was small but I realize Boston is expensive. And I didn't feel cramped even thought the space was small because it was an efficient layout. Overall, I liked this hotel. Excellent location for Newbury & Boylston Streets, Prudential Ctr and Copley Square. All staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was an average size and nicely decorated. My only gripe is when I got in bed and found a dirty bottom sheet and pillow case with what looked like food stains, like maybe chocolate. I didn't […] use that pillow and slept on top of the cover sheet. The bathroom had a shower only with no tub, which was fine for me. Bathroom a bit small. A lovely hotel in a great Back Bay location. Most reception staff are lovely, so helpful and friendly. The wine down hour is great, and the hot chocolate in the afternoons is delicious. I visited for a few nights while on business and wanted to stay in this area. I had never stayed at this hotel, but had stayed at a few others in the vicinity. The price was right, so I tried it. I was very impressed for the price I paid. It is a beautiful old hotel that has been completely updated to a young, contemporary feel. The lounge was one that […] I would travel to. I did not try the restaurant, but it seemed nice. The service was great and I loved that I was offered a glass of wine upon check in! The room was a little small, but very comfortable and inviting. I suppose there are only two negatives I could possibly mention. The first was that one morning I did not have a hot shower, only warm and the second being that one night I could hear the loud music from the club downstairs. I was on the 3rd floor and was very surprised by this. It was a good thing that I was very tired and turning the fan on drowned it out. I am the type to quickly complain and have the issue resolved, but these "issues" were somewhat minor and the positives far outweighed the negatives. I loved this hotel and will absolutely go back! Such a nice quaint hotel. Everything was amazing except the night staff at the Mini Bar. They were immature and completely uninterested in looking or acting professional. "Great Hotel in the Back Bay"

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days between Christmas and New Year's. The staff was amazing and very friendly, the room was spacious and well mantained. The one minus was that no breakfast was included in the room and the breakfast prices in the restaurant were quite high. "Great hotel and excellent location"
Lovely hotel, attentive staff and ideal location. We were visiting from the UK and loved it's decor, service and location. Only slight negative was there was a loud noise outside at about 2am which we believe was people leaving the nightclub in the hotel but not sure how much they could have done about it. "Great location and helpful staff"
The Copley Square Hotel was perfect for a three night stay for my mom and I neither of which have ever been to Boston. The staff was always available, knowledgeable, and helpful. The room had comfortable beds and it was dark and quiet enough for us to sleep in! The location is great, it's close to Newbery street which has lots of restaurants and shops.
