Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per 5 notti durante il capodanno a Parigi / Disneyland. E' in una posizione estremamente comoda per raggiungere entrambi via auto o rer, vicino c'è un carrefour. In camera c'erano frigorifero, due fornelli elettrici e un microonde! Parcheggio coperto accessibile grazie alla chiave della stanza che apre il cancello del […] garage. Ottimo! Mi sono trovato molto bene, il personale è stato gentile e disponibile. Per chi vuole andare ai parchi è ottimo perché è vicinissimo sia con l'auto che con i mezzi pubblici (Rer), consiglio di andare ai parchi con i mezzi pubblici. Per chi deve andare a Disneyland L'hotel è pulito, ha i fornelli in camera se volete cucinare e una discreta colazione non costosa se volete iniziare la giornata mangiando lì. La stazione è sufficientemente vicina per andarci a piedi e il quartiere è carino, silenzioso e pulito. A Bussy vicino alla stazione c'è persino una pizzeria Italiana (o quas […] i)! The room they gave us for 2 adults and 2 kids was outstanding because it was adjoining and had two of everything. One of kids is 17 so very much needed 2 bathrooms. A lot of space , little kitchenettes. The people at front desk were helpful. The only thing was when we were out for the day and returned, the beds were made and some things we had on bed […] were missing. We asked to see if they were mixed in with their laundry. The guy came to our room and said no one was in our room. That was impossible cause our beds were made, and my son said it was same sheets. So, it appeared they changed beds, but whoever was in there made the beds neat, that's it. I was concerned about any money or valuables in my room, wasn't too sure how much I could trust the workers. After check-in, we had some issues with the room access card opening the automatic garage door to park our car. Fortunately, the manager quickly resolved the issue and even provided an adjoining room because there was only 1 bed in the room we were originally provided for 4 people. The rooms have an electric burner installed but the circuit breakers […] are turned off for the safety of the guest's children. The Manager offered to provide us a microwave but decided to turn the burner back on after he had seen that we had brought our own cookware to prepare our meals in the room and take it with us when we went out to explore each day and we didn't have any small children. The hotel was a 10 minute walk from the train station, 30 minute train ride from the Paris City Center, the hotel has secure parking in the underground parking area at no additional cost and the hotel was 10 minutes from the expressway which when we arrived had very little traffic, unlike Paris itself. This hotel was lovely. It's in an ideal location if your planning on visiting Disney as the tube station is only a 2 minet walk away. The rooms were lovely and big and very clean. The only thing that stops me giving it 5/5 is that the power keep going of and when we said about it down in reception, they did nothing about it. Lucky, we were only there […] for 2 nights so it didn't make much difference to us. Apart from that, it was brillant value for money, nice and quiet, and we could not have wished for a better location. The staff spoke very good English, and the hotel had excellent facilities. We booked a family room and they were very kind in upgrading us to 2 rooms with a door between them joining them together. The staff were friendly and helpful but very keen to sell us breakfast which seemed expensive . ( The last place we went to was a lot cheaper, but maybe this one was more expensive because it was near Paris). They no longer provide […] tea and coffee in the rooms so we had to go out and buy our own. The hotel was a perfect base for us as we were visiting disney amd paris. We are a family of four and were expecting a quadrouple room which should have Meant a double bed and a sofa bed, instead we got 2 rooms with adjoining door....for about £53!!!. Bargain!! The hotel was looking a little dated but was clean and tidy. The hotel was a 10 minute walk […] from the RER so perfect for getting to disney (10mins) or paris (35 mins to central paris). We did not eat there as they have a fridge, and hob... so we took are own stuff. Please note, if you are driving there, make sure you park outside the front of the hotel and check in before you attempt to park in the underground parking as you need a pass...and reversing round a right corner is not easy if you forget this! We stayed in the hotel as it was close to Disney, only 10 minutes on the train. The hotel was a 5 minute walk to the train station once we figured out the easiest way, you get what you pay for, the hotel was very simple, but all we really wanted was a bed and a place to wash etc. The bathroom wasnt clean, and the heating system didnt work and it was […] a very cold room. A hob and microwave were provided, however no cutlery or pans were in the room. Also only one pillow per bed was provided. My quad room turned out to be two adjoining rooms, each with a queen bed, kitchenette and bathroom. Wireless internet was easy to set up and reliable to use. Just a few hundred yards from the train/metro stop and in an area awash in restaurants and shops. In addition, just two stops (10 minutes) away from Disney Paris and its shopping/dining area. Hotel was decent, I think it was recently taken over by new ownership as they were still in the process of covering up the old name of the hotel in various places. Carpets in room were not the cleanest, there were numerous cigarette burns outside of the bathroom door. Not a bad place to spend the nights. Close to the RER, only two stops from Disney, 35 minutes into Paris. So as a base to get out and about it was really good. Bussy has just enough going at night that you can eat there, and some local shops to provide what you need during the day. Bussy looks like a newly built town in countryside just outside Paris, […] created as a Disney dormitory. Triple room is OK, reasonable size for three, though our daughter's bed was not high comfort. Climate control worked well, bathroom was fine. Microwave, 2 plate hob and kettle provided, plus two cups, but no plates (or any other crockery) or cutlery. Good Hotel as a base, good location for Disney and Paris, breakfast very good (at extra cost). Even though you can go self catering and there is a kettle, fridge, hot plates and a microwave in the room, there were NO plates, pans or even a knife & fork, I had to go to reception to get teaspoons to make a drink!!!

Pleasant location close to Metro. Two metro stations from Disneyland and one station to Val d' Europe, a big shopping center. Nice hotel. Pleasant staff and lobby. The rug in the hotel room had big square discolourations which were either stains or the rug had been used in another location. The rug detracted greatly from the appearance of the room. […] This brought it from a 4 rating to a two. There was junk under the bed from previous guests who had obviously been to DisneyLand. Also thought the price of breakfast somewhat steep and should've been in the the price of the stay. The hotel was easy to find in a quiet neighbourhood. It is very well positioned for visiting both Disneyland Paris and Paris. It is only a few minutes' walk to the RER station with fast and frequent trains in both directions.There are several restaurants in easy walking distance. Great location to get to Disneyland and Paris. The town does not have much options in terms of eating out but it's a quite, clean and freindly town. The hotel is good because of the location and staff are freindly and make you feel welcome. Easy to get to by car and has secure underground parking. Just two stops on the train from Disney and a 10 minute walk from the station. The rooms were large and clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A few restaurants nearby not sure what else. Not a best hotel out there but hey you get what you pay for. Only a stop away from Disney land and 40min away from Paris city centre. Very convenient if you are visiting the disney land. I would visit them again in future n would recommend them to family and friends too.

This is a decent hotel, with minimal decor (no paintings or wallpaper in the rooms, for example). The breakfast was very basic - no hot items - just a few cereals and juice and breads/pastries. It was expensive for what it was (10 euros for adults, 5 for kids). For some reason the hotel name has changed and it was not noted on the Expedia website or […] reservation - we were only able to find it because the rail station attendant knew of it. It is now called the Villa Bellagio. The location was good and convenient - about 5 minutes walk to the train station at Bussy George, then a 5-10 minute train ride to Disneyland Paris. The hotel was unclean, a lot of things were broken, including parts of the elevator buttons, the toilet and bathroom in our room, and the walls in the hallways. Things were stained, carpets not cleaned, and the room we were promised had not even been cleaned, so we had to ask for another. Not cool. Good for the price. Nice and close to Disneyland (5-10min train ride away) 40mins by train to Paris city. 5min walk to train station from hotel door. Staff were very nice and helpful. Room's have a place to cook but not pots or pans ect. we stayed in 2 rooms shower was really good in one and just a drip in the other. bedding was nice and clean, room […] was clean. The pool was not ready to be used when we stayed even though it was getting pretty hot. over all not a bad place to stay could use a little bit more TLC but for what we payed and how easy it was to get around it wasn't to bad. Would be a good place for a family to stay when going to Disneyland, or for people with time to explore Paris who don't mind not being rite in the city.We would stay here again with out even having to think about it. I cant complain, Disney world was close, just one train stop away. But going to Paris takes 20 mins on the train and costs 5 euros. Going to airport is possible on public transport but takes long and requires changing to metro etc, and taxis from this place are expensive. Very nice neighborhood though :)

We stayed here a couple of nights. The toilet didn't flush. We tried to tell the lady at the front desk, but she didn't understand us and eventually told us that the mgr would be in in the morning (because it was very late at night). We gave up and spent two days flushing the toilet old style, with lots of water from the sink. The room was the biggest […] I've seen in and around the Paris area. It had two single sofa beds for each of the kids, so that was nice. The double bed was a little lumpy, but big enough. It had a parking garage. This was a great hotel. Very close to subway and only two stops from Disney. Heading into Paris took about 1/2 an hour and didn't require changing trains. The staff at the hotel were great and were always available to help out. I am planning to stay there again in the future.

Er lived at the hotel for 2 nights, forstyrre Day er arrived at 14,30 but our room was not ready yet ;-( er had to wait another Half hour even though this site says that the rooms are ready at 13,00. We finaly got our room and it was a nice big room, but the stopper in the bathtub was missing i told it to the reception but they didnt dó anything, so […] when our 3 year old kid wanted to go in the bathtub er had to fix with some cloth and plastic. Now to the cleaning, the first day everything was fine the second was not good enough they didnt empty the trash can or cleaned the cup i left in the sink and they did not refill our instant coffe bar either. This kinda service i would expect from a 1 or perhaps 2 stars hotel but NOT from one with 4 stars. Now too the hotels resturante we desidet to eat dinner there and breakfest the next day, the waiter at dinner was very arogant and it felt like we were a bother All the time this i would expect at mc donalds not here. We went down to breakfest around 9 oclock just to find that All the tables were filled with dirty Things so to be able to eat breakfest we had to clean our table first thats very annoying. The train station is only a 5 min walk away in which its only 2 stops to Euro Disney, there is a supermarket 5 imns away as well. The staff at the hotel are of no use nor ornament. We arrived at ten pm. Feeling Hungry they wouldnt make any sandwiches for us they didnt even have a bar thats in regular use, the bottles of beer are in a small travel fridge […] the beer pumps on the bar are just for show. The cleaners try not to clean your room every day if they can help it.
