"New surroundings"
When I stayed at the Hampton it was under construction on the outside so I was concerned. But there was not an obnoxious amount of noise and everything inside was in tact. The lobby and breakfast area was beautifully decorated in red orange and black accents. Tres chique. I liked the tea and coffee station and the 4:00 cookies n cider. The pool area […] was nice. Big windows that let in lots of light and fun relaxing music. The pool was good size. My only complaint is that the hot tub smelled somewhat sour. Maybe too much chemical? This hotel was in the process of having a roof put on. This should be put on information when trying to book a room. Other than that this is a great place to stay!

So, check in was easy. We were super tired from driving all day. Got to the room & initially looked great! However upon further inspection, there were rose petals next to the bed frame & we even found 2. pink pills on the floor! Also on the stationary were love notes! We stayed here in Oct 2010 and it was way, way different than today. They remodeled! And How! What a difference! Amazing!

Very nice hotel, great service. My air wasn't working when I came in (and it was 102 outside!), but the desk clerk fixed it by throwing a breaker. She told me if that didn't work they'd move me immediately. The whole hotel was clean and in good condition. The room was spacious, and I LOVE the fact that they had free wireless (most places charge for […] it). I also loved that they had a hot breakfast instead of just cereal and bagels. "Nice hotel on the interstate"
Very nice place to stay. The room was clean and the staff was friendly.

Definitely one of the cleaner and tidier hotels I've stayed at in a while. Front desk personnel were friendly and very helpful with restaurant recommendations. Room was very spacious and clean, with no unpleasant or unexpected sights or smells anywhere. Breakfast was quite good with a wide variety of options. In fact, it would have been the near-perfect […] hotel stay (especially considering the reasonable rate) except for the horribly uncomfortable mattress. What good are the fancy linens and multiple pillow options if the mattress is a back killer? My wife and I both tossed and turned all night and woke up un-rested and stiff. You could feel the springs just beneath the mattress cover and all around the edges of the mattress. Where do they get these things? Come on, folks. All the amenities and cleanliness are nice and much appreciated, but most people stay in a hotel to get some good sleep while traveling. Pretty sad when a cheap mattress overshadows all else.
