Prezzi di listino un po alti rispetto alla struttura ma se si trovano offerte commerciali il rapporto qualità prezzo diventa interessante. Fatevi due chiacchere con Lenny in reception!

"Very nice hotel"

"Great Location without being in Dallas."

Room was very nice as was the lobby and breakfast. We had asked to have a room near our daughter's room and, while we were on the same floor, they were around the corner and way down the hall. We have been staying at this hotel on our visits to Richardson over the past 5 years. It has recently changed hotel chains and is undergoing a renovation. We stayed here in November while it was under renovation, and made the best of the inconvenience (no breakfast and limited features). We were told that renovations were still ongoing, but they were […] minimal so we again booked with this hotel. However, this stay was one of the worst experiences we've had. The a/c in our room was not working properly. It never did cool the room which made sleeping near to impossible. The breakfast area was in shambles, but there was food available. The staff was very unprofessional in their attire and demeanor. Upon checkout I asked to speak to the manager, however he was unavailable. I was told that I would receive a phone call before the day was over. That was 4 days ago. "it was ok"
The outside makes it look like.its not even a hotel. They are doin construction and maintenance on the inside. U can see all the paint and the elevator doors looked as if they were starting a new building. Once u got to the floor you were on, mine was the second, it looked like a real hotel. Overall. This hotel is in the midst of a major renovation, but I knew that when I booked. This did not affect my stay. My room was newly renovated and very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable.
