Ottima posizione centrale, dalla quale si raggiungono molti luoghi di interesse a piedi oppure con i mezzi, le cui stazioni sono comodissime e centrali. Situato in strada fortunatamente silenziosa, la qualità del sonno è ottima. Per noi italiani la colazione è buona, forse per gli anglosassoni un pò scarsa. L'albergo è in una posizione molto centrale, comodo da raggiungere dall'aeroporto Charles De Gaulle con il RoissyBus la cui fermata è a 5 minuti a piedi dall'hotel; molte le fermate del metro e delle altre linee nei dintorni. L'albergo, come molti altri a Parigi ha un arredamento classico con presenza di moquettes ai piani e nelle stanze ma è pulito. […] E' la seconda volta che ci torniamo e questa volta la stanza è stata un po' più grande della volta scorsa. Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questo albergo. La posizione era eccellente. La pulizia delle camere molto buona. Mi aspettavo pero' dopo avere letto le recensioni il personale piu'entusiasta nel dare consigli sul da fare a Parigi, invece le informazione era piuttosto sbrigative. comunque il personale soprattutto al bar e gli adetti alla pulizia erano […] gentilissimi. L'unica cosa che mi ha dato molto fastidio 5 ore dopo avere fatto il check in e' stato l'addebito sulla mia carta di credito di 50 euro, e questo e' accaduto senza che io lo autorizzassi. Quando ho chiesto al personale mi hanno risposto che questi 50 non era un addebito ma mi avevano congelato 50 euro per una settimana per coprire eventuali spese del frigo bar in camera. Ritengo senza dubbio che avrei dovuto essere avvisata. Anche perche' la carta di credito l'ho data al momento del check in e alla reception mi avevano detto che volevano solo fare una fotocopia. Good location but unfortunately got awoken midnight by a group of women shouting and screaming... should be a quiet place off the main road, shouldn't it? Otherwise nice hotel. Would be even better if a kettle is available in the room to make a tea...

Stayed here in March. Great location for access to the central Paris tourist sights. 2-3 mins walk max from Opera metro station. Room size is standard, comfortable & clean. Bathroom was small but well used space, clean & perfectly adequate. Breakfast was good choice. Staff helpful & friendly. Would recommend & stay here again.

I know P aris very well indeed and found this one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. It is close to metro and many bus routes. The hotel staff we're charming and helpful and my single room was a good size and well appointed. I cannot fault the hotel and the breakfast was superior to many others I have experienced.

Great location near the Opera--we could walk to most of the hot spots. Very quiet room. Comfy beds and bedding. Nice tub and shower--all bathroom fixtures modern/lovely/clean. Front desk staff very helpful and spoke English well. They helped us find terrific neighbourhood restaurants (La Petite Colbert was the best--ate there 3 times!), made reservations, […] called cabs for us, etc. Only complaint was that bathtub ring wasn't cleaned for a couple of days, but with a call to the front desk this was remedied promptly. This hotel is located 2 blocks from the Garnier Opera House, and a 5 minute walk from the Louvre. We walked from the Louvre through the Tuileries Gardens, and from there down the Champs D' Elysees to the Arc de Triomphe. Very do-able if you like to walk. We took taxis to the Eiffel Tower and from the train station, but even those were walkable if you […] wanted to give it a go. We also walked back to the hotel from Notre Dame, although that took about 30 minutes. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and most importantly--quiet! No voices and slamming doors to keep you up at night. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good as well. The staff was accomodating and courteous, if not overly warm and friendly. Great location, we could walk almost everywhere. Room was nice and very clean but rather small. We travelled with our baby. Cot was prepared when we arrived, highchair for breakfast was available. Breakfast was very good but you have to pay extra for things like omelet.

The hotel is ideally placed in central Paris (easy to walk to the Louvre, river bank, Musee D'Orsay etc). The staff were really helpful and friendly, room a good standard and an excellent breakfast.

This is a really nice hotel located in a side street near the Opera house and only a short walk to the louve. The location is great for all tourist areas. The open top bus stop is only 5 mins away. Great Stay. Comfortable, affordable hotel in a good location in Paris. Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely, quiet room. The hotel was in a nice quiet laneway, a short distance away from the Opera, great shopping including the Lafayette and fabulous restaurants. Really enjoyed the breakfast too! Will definitely stay there again if I visit Paris again.

Although the room was small by American standards, it was in very modern and in good condition. The bathroom is clean and modern, and there is plenty of hot water. The hotel is in a good location for tourists - only a 10 minute walk to the Louvre, and bus/metro stops are only a block away. Staff were excellent and provided help almost without asking. Breakfast was very good, AC was good in July. They have Internet Access on a PC besides Wi-Fi. To print any documents you need to e-mail them to the front desk, they will provide an address. Other than the excessive bar cost, it was a great room at a great location.
