The young woman, Gabrielle, at the front desk, was extremely helpful and very professional.
It was great, no one bothered us, had everything we needed in the room.Little Rock Trolley was right across the street so we didn't have to drive and look for parking space to investigate the town. It was great.

This is a large hotel/conv center with an attempt to update it that fell short. The name "Riverfront", you would think might give you a beautiful river veiw...not the case. I don't know that there is a nice view of anything from this hotel. It seemed almost vacant, and is so large and spread out, it was like staying in the hotel in "The Shining"! AC […] had to be fixed, ice maching broken, person at desk had us park in front, "saying it would be the most convenient entrance to our room". Actually, our room was what seemed a mile away carrying luggage, we found a side door that was right down from our room later. "Perfect Conference Location"
I attended a conference here and it made for a very convenient and comfortable stay. Ordered room service several times and the food and service were excellent! All staff were friendly and helpful.

"Location, Location"
I like this hotel mostly because of its location, within walking distance to downtown Little Rock and North Little Rock. If you're attending events at the Clinton Library, Robinson Center, Verizon Arena it's ideal. Not luxurious but clean and comfortable.

Convenient to the State Flower Show I was participating in. Quiet, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Free parking.
Had to return to the desk 3 times after checking in because keys didn't work. Dingy place. Needs new carpeting badly.

The hotel was booked because of its accessibly to Verizon arena. All was fine except hotels.com double booked my room under two different names? I do not know that I was charged double because I obviously had to cancel the rooms at the check in.

My daughter and I stayed 2 nights for a concert at Verizon Arena. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The room was immaculate, spacious, quiet, and provided every amenity we could have needed. The restaurant was fantastic, with a musician that entertained prior to his act with a magic show for a nearby table. The service was excellent […] and the food was unbeatable. Best of all, we didn't have to brave the cold to get our dinner. It was so conveniently located to Verizon Arena that it almost felt like the entire concert experience was effortless. "Great for Verizon Arena Concerts"
Loved my stay! The hotel was better than pictured. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Lots of pillows on the bed and a super soft mattress added to the comfort level. Would recommend and can't wait to go back!

Hotel not up to date - needs remodeling. Few choices for eating nearby - overpriced steak house & Benihana's is right in hotel complex. If you go to Benihana's to eat it, the charge will be put on your hotel bill. What's up with that?! Desk staff was clueless about things nearby - seemed inexperienced & uninterested. "Wyndham Little Rock"
The hotel was nice & I would probably stay there again. HOWEVER, we ordered room service for breakfast & we checked the order form for it to be delivered between 6:45 & 7:00am, because we had a plane to catch. It arrived at 7:20 & we were extremely rushed after that. Also, while using the restroom in the middle of the night, I killed a roach as it crawled […] across the floor. Front desk service in my opinion was horrible - 1 person checking patrons in - while 2 others were behind front desk area talking to each while a line of more than 8 or 9 people waitied. At one point both employees looked around the wall at the line then just continued about with their conversation without assisting with checkins. I accidentally left […] i-phone charger in room, have called twice since checkout and have yet to receive return call from housekeeping as to whether or not charger was located when room was cleaned. I spent 2 nights in this hotel and it was awesome. It's very convenient to attractions in Little Rock and walking distance to the North Little Rock Arts district, which has lots of fun cafes, art galleries and bars. Very comfortable beds and rooms. "Hotel great, restaurant not"
The hotel staff and accommodations were great and the location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. Stayed there before and always satisfied. However, the restaurant was a bust. Breakfast--we waited forever to get our order to take up to the room and then it was incomplete, eggs cold, toast not done re order, fruit missing. We called and asked for […] it to be corrected and we received fruit in abundance (missing the first time) and the same condition of toast, no new eggs and no offer to correct. "An ok stay"
Overall not a bad hotel. Staff was fine but somewhat disinterested. Room was clean but bath tub was a nightmare. It was smooth with no texture and a curved bottom, basically a death trap. There was no mat or even a grip in the tub. Rooms by the pool are noisy if there are drunk kids having a good time late. Nice hotel and the staff was nice. Had a great stake in the restaurant and they have a great salad bar. There is actually and steak place and Japanese restaurant in the hotel. Would certainly stay here again.

My stay in the wyndham hotel was adequate, my only complaint was with housekeeping. they did`nt show up to clean until called,and I think they were making long distance phone calls when I left the room. Front desk staff was great,and freindly. overall it is a decent hotel and I would stay there again.

This is where my company houses us when we are in town. It was a nice roomy hotel. The bartender at the bar was great - very engaging and great personality. Room service was good as well. The front desk associates were so nice and acoomodating. They even called to check and make sure I was happy with my room!!

This is a very nice motel and the bed is very comfortable. They even had some of the toiletries that I had forgotten to bring with me because of the airline rules---that I really needed to use that night! I also love the two restaurants connected to the motel!!

I have been told that Little Rock isnt really a good place to visit, lots of crime and stuff so I was worried about going down there. As far as the hotel and the area it was in I was 100% happy. Staff was pretty friendly. I could walk right across the bridge to see the concerts (Blue October) I went down there to see. Felt totalty safe walking back […] to the hotel. Beds are very comfy and clean. Nice big flat screen tv. The have a bar that serves full drinks at a typical price in the lobby. If you do stay there you HAVE to eat at Binihana. It is attached to the hotel and they searve great sushi, and AMAZING Steak Hibachi on the grill. If you havent eaten there before its a fun experience. Ask to sit at the grill. They cook your order right in front of you and do a little cooking show for you to watch while they make it. All and all the hotel and food was great. One bad thing what the type of people that happened to stay there for that occasion. Out side our room there was a teenage girl crying on her cell phone she wanted to leave, and her boy friend wouldnt let her, when he came out I took her aside and asked if she was ok and she said yeh they are just in a fight. Then the people next door where...well... umm....lets say "enjoying there eveining together" in a VERY loud manner. Very loud. lol. It was more funny then disterbing. Great hotel. The staff was amazing. We had a problem with our reservation (hotels.com did not send our reservation to the hotel) and Natalie walked us through it and took care of the situation.

"Great.stay"
Everything about our stay was great. Everyone who worked there was very nice,and very helpful. Our room was great. From check in to check out. I have no complaints. Keep in mind the following are not complaints only comments. The bed was comfortable enough but springs could be felt during sleep, so a new mattress would have made for a very restfull […] sleep. "Pleasanet with a few issues"
Hotel staff was very nice, especially when they forgot to give me utensil for my meal. Only bad thing was that the fire alarm went off at 1:30 am, I did receive a call to leave the room, but no one came around after we were sitting out in the parking lot for about 30 minutes to say all was ok too come in. The few of us that did leave our rooms went […] back in when the fire trucks left. The shower could use some help as well, the shower nozzle was so loose that it wouldn't move to another position so I had to practically stand against the wall to take a shower...not very comfortable. The hotel is locate near Dickey-Stephens Park where the Arkansas Travelers play. The queen size beds each had four large pillows and the towels were soft.

"just alright"
We stayed at the Wyndham for the convience of a meeting at Verizon and for that part the stay was awesome, but for the cost the room was just alright. During the early part of the night there were gun shots and that was pretty scary. so I really wouldn't stay there again, I think I would just stay a little further away and pay for the parking.
