L'hotel è nuovo e si trova in una buona posizione, a due passi dal Madison Square Garden e da Times square. La camera era grande ed i letti molto comodi. Uniche due pecche significative sono state, la wifi in camera funziona molto male (meglio nella lobby) e il pavimento che non è mai stato lavato (i calzini antiscivolo delle bambine erano neri dopo 5 minuti). Inoltre non vengono forniti accessori da bagno tipo le cuffie per fare la doccia.

Per arrivare ogni mattina all'autobus c'era una bella salita e l'ultimo giorno con i bagagli è stata dura. Nel complesso molto pulito e silenzioso, colazione modesta ma sufficiente, personale sintetico ma cordiale. Prezzo moderato in sintonia con la struttura. C'è attaccato Dunkin Donuts e un baretto vecchio stile per gli hamburger ottimo! Abbiamo prenotato con facilità qualche giorno prima e siamo molto soddisfatti. Kikka e Ale

Siamo appena rientrati dal nostro viaggio di nozze e abbiamo soggiornato due giorni presso questo hotel. Ottima accoglienza, tra l'altro la camera ci è stata consegnata diverse ore prima l'orario ufficiale del check in. Camere nuove e ben arredate. Bagno spazioso e funzionale. Bellissimo ristorante con terrazza all'ultimo piano. Distributori d'acqua fresca in ogni piano, macchina da caffè, cappuccino e tè nella lounge, tutto gratuito. Wi-fi e I-pod/I-phone dock nelle stanze. Postazione computer con stampante nella lounge. Stazione metropolitana a 100 mt. Di fronte al cantiere dove sorgevano le Torri Gemelle e dove attualmente sta venendo realizzato il nuovo WTC, i lavori in corso potrebbero disturbare chi ha un sonno leggero. Ringraziamo per l'ottimo servizio offerto e sarà un piacere soggiornare nuovamente nella vostra struttura.

Ottima posizione ottimo arredamento molto moderno e con una dell lounge piu belle di new york all'ultimo piano con vista mozzafiato. camere spaziose(a new york rarissimo) forse unica piccola pecca sono i piani piu bassi con vista sull strada un po troppo rumorosi per il mio modestissimo gusto.un ristorante eccezzionale al piano terra e poi....penso sia tutto. Un gran bel posto detto da una persona del settore alberghiero .

"Concierge floor stay"
I scheduled a room for a weekend convention. I booked the room online and it stated that breakfast would be FREE with the room. Upon checking in, I asked the clerk about the breakfast and if I needed a coupon for the breakfast, only to be informed that breakfast isn't available on weekends in the concierge lounge.! No heat in hall outside of ballroom-where our company was exhibiting. Asked hotel staff several times to put on heat with no success.

For the purpose of our visit to New Jersey, the hotel was well located, the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is definitely dated and in need of a real renovation, lobby and guest rooms. We enjoyed our stay.
"Very Clean...Breaksfast and WiFi....hmmmmm"
The overall experience was fine, price was good, very clean and well maintained and believe it or not the smoking rooms didn't actually smell like smoke....a plus even for us smokers. The breaksfast buffet left something to be desired at 15.00 dollars a person (not worth it). The hotel wasn't located near any restaurants only a Wendy's behind the hotel, […] but if you're not from there you can easily get lost. Also, the WiFi was not included in room price and cost extra. The stay at the hotel was great. The only thing I would have liked changed was the price of the room. It would have been nice if the hotel was more accomidating with the price for one night. Especially knowing that I had a room reserved a month in advance which I cancelled a day before but showed up in the system.

"15 years later"
I loves it, but the only reason it got a low score on comfotability is that the hotel turned off the air conditioner, and it was so hot in the hotel room we had to open the windows, it was a little uncomfortable

"DISAPPOINTING"
My husband and I have a tradition of staying at a nice hotel on New Years Eve. The things I look for are a restaurant on site, indoor pool and complimentary breakfast. This hotel had plenty of parking, and lobby was very clean. Personnel at the front desk were very friendly and professional. You walk past a nice lounge area and bar on the way to your […] room. This is where my good experience ended. My room was very outdated, the closet door was off the track, there was only one robe provided, and the room was roasting and we could not get the air on...only more heat. We did eat at the Ruth's Chris Steak House which was very good. In the morning we packed up our things and went down for breakfast, which found out was only complimentary for certain guests. The hotel staff was very professional, friendly, and welcoming. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The restaurant on site, Ruth's Crist, was wonderful. Great food, great service. When in the area in the future, we definitely will stay at this hotel.

This hotel does not live up to the Hilton brand. List of my complaints: thermostat does not work - it was set to a comfy 70 but the temp was more like an 85 and there was no way to adjust the temp; tiny and puny trash cans; no free internet; no refrigerator; no microwave; no ice in the ice-maker; food was way overpriced; and list goes on an on. long […] story short, low-priced motels offer more convenience and free amenities that this one. "Nice but Noisy"
I was at the Hilton for a wedding and they allowed me to check in super early so that was convenient. The room was beautiful and everything was in working order. The only thing that I had a problem with was the noise level at night. My room overlooked the pool, which was nice during the day, but at night, when trying to sleep, a huge problem. the bathroom has a pocket door and makes a lot of noise when trying to close. The food was very expensive and not worth it. the hotel layout is strange, a lot of walking to get to your room. The front desk people are very helpful and nice.It is a hotel for single travelers or business people. It isnot very comfortable for couples. The only reason I stayed in this hotel was because I was attending a convention that was taking place there. The food was way overpriced, the restaurant closed too early, the bed and pillows were not very comfortable. In room internet was too expansive and was offered in 24 hour increments which was inconvenient because I ended up being in my room for […] only a couple hours other then sleeping. I recently stayed at the Parsippany Hilton because my High School held its reunion there, and I was coming from out of town. The hotel is very classy and elegant, and my room was very nicely appointed. The bed was excellent. However neither the TV nor the thermostat worked. I wasn't concerned about the TV because I knew I wouldn't be in the room hardly […] at all. The thermostat issue went unnoticed until I came back and wanted to sleep. The room seemed hot and there was nothing I could do to make the temperature change. Thus I had a terrible night of sleep. I could have called, but that would have probably represented an hour of sitting up while they tried to fix it, and its unlikely they could have been fixed it anyway at midnight on a friday night. So buyer beware -- if you decide to stay there, I recommend immediately checking everything in the room to assure it works. Continua a leggere

Good hotel. Clean rooms, comfy bed. Some hall noise at like 3 a.m. but was probably an unruly guest not hotel staff. Relatively easy to get to, GPS got confused here and there but hey, not even a GPS can get your through Jersey. Nice hotel.

"overall pretty good"
Overall the hotel stay was pretty good. The room was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and it was in a nice part of town. My only complaint was that we had to ask for clean towels after the first day.
