The only real "complaint" I have is that we put our room service request on the door about 10 p.m. (it said to have it out before 2 a.m.) with a request for delivery between 9:00-9:30 a.m. the next morning. Hotel is outdated, not very clean. not what I was expecting for a Hilton Hotel
Would stay again. I was a little concerned since previous comments were bad but our room was very clean and the check in was quick.

Good room, nice place, worth the stay. The only problem I had was the traffic pattern in trying to get there. Off the interstate, you had to pass up the Hilton exit to circle in from behind. But, that's not their fault; it's just Little Rock. Other than that, I loved it. Well, they have that stupid movie menu with pay per view of $15 for movies still […] in theaters. i didn't like that and don't like it anywhere. I like to hit some movies on local stations, etc. or find some less expensive pay-per-view movies. But, I had NetFlix and my laptop to watch them on, so I survived! Continua a leggere
"Shouldn't be a Hilton"
The lobby area is nice until you notice the sign at check-in that tells you they are experiencing car break-ins, not the best welcome for a Mom traveling alone with two children. As we approached our room we were greeted by a cockroach the size of Texas, of course the hotel says there isn't a problem. They did come spray our room. I also wasn't informed […] at check-in that their pool us closed for repairs. Unfortunately we booked through hotels.com and room was non-refundable.....that's the ONLY reason we stayed. "Old, tired hotel"
Second time at a Hilton, and I travel a lot. Not impressed. Staff was friendly, amenities ok, room didn't smell fresh, shower didn't drain (that's gross). No fridge, old television with no HDMI for my iPad. Skip this one.

The rooms were clean, but there is no refrigerator in the rooms. There was no complimentary breakfast, in fact, the breakfast buffet was far too expensive. I expected more for a 3-1/2 star hotel. Would recommend going to Denny's or McDonald's about 1 mile south. They also reserved a 15% charge on my card for "incidentals." "Nice & comfy"
I enjoyed bunking @ Hilton Medical Center. I was very pleased with the room -- it was clean, updated, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was very helpful when I needed to extend my stay. I would stay there again.

"Excellent hotel but skip the breakfast"
This hotel is wonderful - rooms, value and staff. Our dinner at the bar was excellent. The breakfast buffet was horrible. None of the hot foods were hot & food quality was awful. $25 for 2 people - I'd have rather eaten at Mcdonalds.

"Pleasant Surprise"
We were a little nervous to stay here based on some recent reviews. Contrary to the reviews we read, the hotel was very clean, our room was recently refurbished with new bathroom, carpet, etc. Our dinner was excellent and the service was terrific. Nice place to stay.

This Hilton was very well located for our conference, and was very comfortable. We had a lovely breakfast with a super waitress! It is located just off 630, but was very quiet. I would stay here again.

"Great for Families!"
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean and the staff was excellent. It is very close to the Razorbacks campus!
"Not Happy"
My first room's air conditioner broke and flooded the floor in my room. I was given another room with no apologies. When moving to my new room, the key won't open the door so I had to go back down to the front desk and get them to send up a maintenance man to fix the lock on the door. Very dissappointed.

"Great stay/ Close to UALR"
I recently stayed here when visiting UALR for interaction with my masters program. It was wonderful. The halls get a tad bit confusing given that I'm used to one long hallway and not a square shaped hotel, but that is NO real cause for concern. It was just something to get used to. I liked that it is both close to the school and to the Hillcrest neighborhood […] (which is a great place to stop by for some good wine and a relaxed setting). The staff was helpful and nice; the beds were comfy and the restaurant was tasty (and if that's not your cup of tea, there's an IHOP just up the street). The hotel was great! We had a funeral to attend and had family come in from Florida, Georgia and Wisconsin they were able to get all our rooms together. It really worked out perfect! Rooms were nice and clean and the location was perfect for us.
Our stay at the hilton Little Rock was great. I smoked they didnt have any smoking rooms left, So they made sure I had a room with a balcony. The employess at the front desk was very helpful when we where checking in. Over all good night.

When I booked the room, the king's were listed as available in a guest suite or a room with a view. I wasn't sure what the guest suite was, but turns out the view is of the pool and court yard. It was pretty convenient to open a glass door and have a little patio and a two second walk to the pool. Would have been nice to have had a small fridge in […] the room though. That was my only critique. At this point, I feel like any hotel room that costs over $50 a night should come with fridges in the room. But that's merely my opinion. All in all a good stay, pillows could have used to have been a little more dense, as in I lay my head down and sink into it until I hit the bed. But I see those really loose almost empty pillows in a lot of hotels these days. Cutting corners and cutting costs. Just if you're going to do so, skimp on the shower caps and body lotion that comes with the room and give me a nice bed and some quality pillows. Continua a leggere

My time was very short since there was much that I had to do, but the check in process was quick, and I was on my way within minutes.
