Camera piuttosto confortevole, pulizia accettabile, personale alquanto gentile e disponibile. La colazione fin troppo spartana, ma accettabile. Tutto sommato, consiglio a tutti di scegliere questo hotel per il prezzo davvero basso rispetto agli standards degli hotel americani (very expensive!) e la qualità dei servizi e della camera che si sono dimostrati essere più che buoni.

Rooms very spacious, decorated and furnished in style and comfortable, although I did have a little issue with the shower. I wouldn't hesitate going back or to recommending this hotel.

"Not close to the riverwalk!"
My stay was ok. The room appeared clean for the most part, however, I saw that back behind the bed's headboard, there were crumbs of some sort, the drain could have used some drano as it drained very slowly, and underneath the toilet, the cleaning was less than adequate for my taste in cleanliness. It also appeared that the carpets needed a steam cleaning. […] The front desk clerks were awesome to work with and very accommodating. The location was not near the River Walk and didn't have much but a McDonalds, Wendys, Eddies Mexican Restaurant nearby, plus a gas station. It is close to I35 which does render a lot of noise, so bring your ear plugs. The continental breakfast is nice which offers waffels, bagels, toast, cold cereal, fruit & fruit juice plus coffee. Hotel staff was very friendly. Rooms where clean and had great air conditioning. The beds where a little hard for my taste but my grandson slept like a log. The manager at Days Inn downtown is one of the most gracious and attentive that I have ever met, confirmed also by other guests. INN was clean with modest amenities and good continental breakfast. I was very unhappy with customer service they opened our door trying to give our room to someone else they did not knock. I requested more blankets before I left to go out they said they would put some in our room I returned in the evening no blankets. When I went to front desk they said oops we forgot and now we don't have any extra . They would not […] give us extra towels. They said please use them hang them and reuse. I stayed here for one night before a conference. The service was fine, but the room was filthy. I didn't want to touch the shower, and I kept my shoes on the whole time. Some of the online information is not real, not even the photos. They say it has WiFi, but I never got internet access in this hotel, even after calling 2-3 times to the front desk to report it, they say they'll take care of that but they didn't. "Hard to get to"
The king-sized bed wasn't very comfortable at all, along with the pillows. The air-conditioning unit was very noisy, and kept us awake. Everytime we got fresh towels, there always seemed to be black hairs on them; my guess would be from the maid or other people who stayed there.
