Ottimo è da anni che vado in quell'hotel

Mi sono fidato delle recensioni prima di scegliere questo hotel e devo dire che non sono rimasto deluso. La posizione è veramente ottima, vicino ad un grande centro commerciale all'aperto con vari negozi e ristoranti. L'atmosfera non è quella tipica dei grandi alberghi, ma più vicina a quella di un residence. Elevata la pulizia. Il servizio manutenzione, che abbiamo dovuto chiamare per un piccolo problema con il condizionatore, è rapido ed efficiente. Molto gradito il parcheggio gratis. Un po' scarsi i prodotti trovati nel bagno: abbiamo dovuto far richiesta dello shampoo.

Molto gentili, camere un pò spartane ma pulite e spaziose. Colazione al piano terra ma "in piedi" o ai tavoli fuori se il tempo è ok. Park gratuito a due passi. Vicinissimo al Kodak . Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Tornerei sicuramente

bellissimo hotel, confortevole, silenzioso, stanze ampie e pulite. Buona la cucina del ristorante, per la posizione è più adatto a chi si reca a LA per lavoro...

"Comfortable"
We were in the hotel for very short time. 6 hours to be precise. But the hotel staff was very helpful and quick. Asked for a baby crib which came in minutes. Concierge was also very helpful. Overall comfortable nights sleep
"Hilton Pasadena - Good stay"
Plus- The receptionist is very helpful and provide a good service. The Location is good and very close to Pasadena convention center. The price per night is very good. Minuses. The A/C make rattling noise. $18 per night for self parking

Our first stay was 21 yrs ago for our honeymoon and each time we go back we remember our first stay. Staff is helpful, things are clean and kept up. One thing I did notice was a room service tray in our hallway at 5:30 p.m. was still there when we went down for brunch at 11:a.m. the next morning. "Great stay in the Pasadena area"
This hotel is great, close to downtown and three blocks from the rail station of LA MTA if that's really what you want to do while in Pasadena. Parking is $15 a day with in/out privileges. Rooms are excellent, with AC etc. Starbucks in the lobby doesn't hurt and an LG 48" LCD is a nice addition to the room. The best part is that there is an excellent […] AT&T 3G signal in the room. Now WiFi Internet is available but it's not free. Didn't bother to look up at the cost since I used my 3G integrated into the laptop and that worked perfectly unlike other downtown LA hotels where 3G is non-existent and one is forced to use the hotel-provided Internet service. "Bad Hilton Reservations Manager"
Hotels.com did all they could do to try and contact the Reservations Manager four times to ask if the Hilton in Pasadena would allow us to cancel a reservation. The Reservation Manager was never in or available. We were told he was the only person who could authorize this procedure. We were attempting to cancel due to an unexpected death and change […] in travel plans. I realize this would have been an exception to their policy, however, another hotel, two airlines, Amtrak and a travel company either gave full credits for future travel or refunds. "old is old, no matter how you look at it"
Just putting in flat screens does not make a hotel accectable. the room rumbled when the people next door took a shower The air conditioner did not work in the meeting room.for two days. the hotel promised a buffet both days and the manager said he forgot the first day. On the second day he also said he forgot. (hard to believe)

all good, except we could hear our neighbor's phone conversation and his shower. Restaurant was very nice for breakfast and lunch.

I booked this place for my parents, aunt and uncle to include a breakfast buffet. While their communication skills is pretty decent, English is their second language. When they checked in, no one told them when or where they would go for breakfast. "excellent stay"
I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort and its SUPER BREAKFASTS! Lovely dining room and servers. We'll go there again.
"Nice neighborhood"
The hotel staff were friendly, however I was disappointed in the HHonors complementary breakfast (you get to sit near a breakfast buffet, but you only get served a choice of break and fruit, coffee and a juice). Nope you cant touch the breakfast buffet. Perhaps have a separate area of HHonors guests. Friendly staff, and nice surrounding area.
"Hilton Pasadena - Good hotel for the price I paid"
The hotel amenities and room were nice and clean. The neighborhood is very nice as well. The only detail I didn't like is: you have to pay for everything in this hotel, from breakfast to the water in the room ($4/bottle). The internet amenities are not updated and the available meals are expensive.

"Hilton"
No complaints after a positive experience. Check in was smooth, wifi worked well, food, although served in the lounge other than at breakfast, was adequate from a limited menu. Valet parking is a bit expensive when compared with other area hotels ($24 per day). Staff was pleasant. It is easy to recommend this hotel.

Other than the fact that we had noisy people nearby who seemed to be partying (late at night) in the hallway, it was a pleasant stay. The hotel staff was well trained, professional and friendly. Adjacent parking garage was convenient. Hilton has made good progress in becoming eco-friendly. We wold rebook at this site.

"The Pasadena Hilton - beware of the noise levels"
A recent stay at the Pasadena Hilton was marred by the noise levels in our room. We checked in 2 days before the Rose Parade & were given a room right behind the hotel elevators. We heard them all day and night and they even caused our closet doors to vibrate! Add to this a constant roaring from something on the roof below our room -- it was difficult […] to sleep. We asked multiple times to have our room changed, only to be told that nothing could be done due to the Parade. Well, also due to the Parade, we paid double the room rate for 3/4 of our stay! Finally, the hotel's restaurant served me the wrong meal after checking with me twice and was closed on both Saturday and Sunday. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Continua a leggere

The hotel was very nice and service was excellent;however, there was a plumbing problem that it took a while to repair.

The Pasadena Hilton is a beautiful hotel right in the center of Pasadena's best shopping and dining. We were in town for T-giving so we didn't get to explore much of the downtown, but it really was lovely what we saw. The only drawback to our stay was the insane parking. You can self-park for $9/night, valet park for $22/night, or you can drive to the […] police station and pay $3/night for a pass. The pass is good from 2am to 6am and can only be used in residential areas. Very, tricky! I would suggest asking the locals about parking tips so you don't get a hefty ticket. Recieved room next to elevator , 14 th floor - No sleep ! Sounded like a plane coming in every few minutes .. as there are 14 floors there should be 28 rooms w this issue ... 300 + rooms .. desk person offered free breakfast .. NOT ! In no condition to have a good time next day .. Popcorn ceilings - didn't know toilet paper could be made so thin ... […] Commercial doors as in the back doors of my business . Not a 4 star hotel ! 1 star would be giving them a break ... Do yourself a favor and choose another hotel . my stay was mid November 2010 ...Asked the Manager to call me - he never did .. The only negative was some loud air conditioning (?) equipment close to our room on the 12th floor that made sleep impossible. We asked to change rooms at 1 am and were promptly accommodated.
