Happy Venice ha 3 camere matrimoniali, 2 doccie, 1 salotto e una cucina.Puliti.Siamo stati molto bene in 3 adulti e 3 bambini.

"Good location"
Close to San Marco and hotel faces the canal. Easy access to water bus andyou can catch to Murano from here. Laundromat not too far away in Ruga Giuffa. Nice restaurants in area around laundromats: avoid restaurants with pictures on the menu and waiters out the front trying to entice you in . Expensive hotel compared to others in Italy but I expect […] cheP by Venice standards..and easy to find: directly in front of S. Zaccaria water bus stop. Continua a leggere
"Great location"
We loved the hotel and it's staff. The location was great for all the major sites we wanted to see and for all our transportation needs. I did not take into consideration how crowded it would be to be so close to St. Marks Sguare. It was worth it!
"Thanks for a wonderful stay"
This hotel was great and a great value for the money. Hotel staff bent over backwards to help us, were friendly, and the service was top notch. The room was clean and the bathroom was extremely comfortable compared to others I've had in Europe. If you are traveling to Venice this hotel is very conveniently located to everything and I would highly recommend […] it. Thanks to all the staff we had a wonderful time! Continua a leggere
"Everything was as promised"
Two minutes from Basilica di San Marco and right next to a ferry terminal. Couldn't pick a better spot in all of Venice.
"Great location, wonderful stay"
Can't beat the location...waterfront (on boardwalk) & next to St. Marcs Square. Beautiful hotel, pic doesn't do it justice. Free wifi cards and free breakfast were a plus. New bathroom. Room was small, but clean and very nice. Water bus stop directly in front was perfect for trips to murano island and trips around the island.
"Great location"
Very nice hotel. The staff was Ok. The room, the view and the small details were great! The location was the best! Really close to Piazza San Marco and with easy access to the rest of the island. One of the best things was the proximity to the vaporetto's station wich is really important when you arrive with luggage in a city full of bridges and with […] difficultated access. And also how incredible easy it was to find the hotel. I've gone several times to Venezia and stayed in over 5 different hotels there and, considering all, this one was the best. Continua a leggere
"Savoia-Jolanda in Venice - can't wait to return"
After picking up luggage, get a water bus tickets (not water taxi) as the hotel is located feet from the San Zaccara stop on Alilaguna Linea Blu. Only hitch is the long walk from the air port to the water bus station. Hotel front desk personal are very friendly, helpful, and speak pretty good English. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausage, fruits, breads, […] cereals, sweets, juice, milk, tea, and coffee. All was very good and they pay attention to special dietary needs. Room and bath was very small but clean and met all of our wants and needs. We will definitly stay at this hotel if we can return to Venice. Only 2 blocks from St Marks and steps away from gondola ride. It is a little pricey but worth the extra $$$. What they say they provide on the internet description is true plus some. "Fabulous location but hotel disappointing"
The hotel couldn't have been in a better position. Stunning views over the lagoon/canal and minutes from pretty much everything. The outside of the hotel and the foyer/reception area is quite beautiful and you really feel you have walked into a high class hotel. Booking in was easy and the man on reception very helpful. Was surprised the valet (who […] offered to carry my bag but ignored my wifes!) chatted on his phone while we were going up in the lift but he was very polite upon entering the room while explaining everything. The room was a gorgeous venetian room but unfortunately a few things let it down and although we know we paid a premium for the view, the price is high for what we got, or rather didn't. The jacuzzi didn't work, it took two complaints over 18 hour period for it to be fixed. There were four hand towelsin the bathroom but only one bath towel. The toilet paper was very poor quality, so so thin. A big tear in the curtain panel. No tea or coffee facilities in the room. When we questioned if any of the rooms had this facility we were told no they haven't but you can buy one from the restaurant/bar and take it to your room. Our reply to this was, fantastic if the restaurant/bar is open but we tried to get a drink at 8pm and everything was closed. Infact we never saw the restaurant open except for breakfast. The receptionists reply was, well it's low season so we close early - not the reply we were looking for. We were aware that we had to pay the local tax of 4 euros's each but on the hotels.com website it says on certain dates in December, of which we travelled, this is discounted by 50%. This wasn't the case with us, we paid 8 euro's. It also mentions a turndown service, didn't get this either. The hotel has a stunning website which really sells the hotel but we should have known something was wrong when they didn't reply to our email about directions Would we stay at this hotel again? For the views yes, but for the price paid they would have to make s Continua a leggere
"Fantastic location"
We loved the location of this hotel. After a long trip across the ocean, it was great to step off the vaporetto and be in front of the hotel with only a short walk down the pier. And, its convenience to San Marco Square and other points of interest was great. We loved the outdoor restaurant on the promenade. Our room was very comfortable - not huge, […] but adequate. The bed and linens were wonderful. Slept well the first night. The bathroom was very modern, stylish and up to date. We would stay here again for sure! Continua a leggere

"In the Heart of the tourist area of Venice"
If you're looking for a reasonable hotel, steps from San Marco Square, Hotel Savoia & Jolanda fits the bill. It is charming inside and the room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. However, if you're looking for a quiet, getaway, this is not the place. The restaurant is a tour group lunch and dinner stop since it is an outside terrace setup facing […] the lagoon and steps from all the tourist sights in Venice. The included breakfast was extensive, well presented and a good place to start the day. the only negative comment is the lack of WIFI connection in your room and the realization that to use WIFI in the lobby required a purchased internet card which was very iinconvenient and public. The hotel bills itself as having WIFI in the rooms, but don't believe it. The reception was not possible except in the lobby. Continua a leggere
"Hotel Savoia & Jolanda"
This hotel is in a perfect location right on the San Marco square. The staff was helpful and friendly.
Great location right in front of valporetto stop making a trip from/to the airport easy. Hotel condition and staff are ok.
"Excellent stay"
We just returned from our stay in Veniece. The hotel was in the perfect location. Easy to get to hotel with luggage only a few steps from water taxi which was very conveinent. The air conditioning was great unlike our experience in ROme. This hotel was spacious and comfortable with a great breakfast buffet. Highly recommend this hotel!
"Expensive - but what a location"
We chose this hotel from all the reviews I had read regarding trying to find your Hotel in Venice. After reading reviews about this Hotel regarding the location, we decided that it was worth paying extra up front to enjoying a stress free stay - and we did. We arrived in Venice by the public water bus which stops directly in front of hotel. Brilliant. […] And the location was just magically. I have read a review saying he had a view of a wall, well so did we (must be the same room) and you know what - who cares! Generally, we were only in the room to sleep. The room was spacious with the old world furnishings. Very comfortable and clean. All this in the heart of San Marco, it doesn't get any better than this. Amazing to be in the centre of this buzzing place. It's an experience that everyone should experience at least once in their lives. If you can afford the hotel, go for it. Continua a leggere

"Hotel Savoia & Jolanda in Venice"
We had a junior suite overlooking the lagoon, which was beautiful - the suite and the view! However, unlike most guests who would have loved the jacuzzi bath, we prefer a shower. We asked the very helpful reception staff if it would be possible to change to a suite with a shower and they kindly showed us one the following morning, which we decided to […] move to. It was not quite as luxurious as the first room, but was still very comfortable. The staff moved all of our belongings once the new room was ready. I was very pleased that a pair of earrings I had not packed away, but obviously had left out, were put in the room with our luggage. All of the staff we encountered at this hotel spoke extremely good English and were most helpful with any questions we raised with them. Would most definitely recommend. Continua a leggere
"Great little hotel...convenient to all locations"
Had a great stay at this hotel...staff very friendly and helpful. Location on Grand Canal is excellent, as water taxis to airport and hotel are right in front. Location is excellent...right around the corner to the Doge palace and walking distance to gallery.
"Savoia and Jolanda Hotel in Venice - WONDERFUL"
Location, Location, Location! Great hotel, worth the money. Next door to the Daniele (most expensive) and to St. Mark's. Less than 100 feet to the Vaporetto/water taxi. Other people spent 1/2 a day or more finding their hotel and struggling with luggage in a city that is NOT luggage friendly. THe water taxi stops in front of the hotel and at the Jolanda […] stop! Breakfast was huge and wonderful in a room looking out at the gondolas on the Grand Canal. Room was a little small but very clean and comfortable. Paper in English, CNN in English. City view means the side of another building but the hotel is in THE PRIMO spot. We were in the Ducal Palace touring at 8:35am - We left the hotel at 8:30am and had to walk over and buy tickets. We beat the line completely without any effort at all. Every evening we strolled around the square before heading to bed because it was right next door and beautiful at night. Highly recommend this hotel. Continua a leggere
"Savoia and Yolanda - thank you!"
It's hard not to go over the top in writing this review. We were so lucky to be given a room upgrade. We must have enjoyed one of the best views in the world. Breakfast on our balcony was the last word in luxury. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay one of the most memorable ever. And Venice is pretty good too!
"Hotel Savoia and Jolanda, Venice"
The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect, 1 minute from the bridge of Sighs and 2 minutes from the main square, right on the waterfront. The hotel itself was nice and the reception staff were very helpful. My two complaints are that the restaurant was closed in the evening due to renovation works but we weren't informed of this and assumed […] it was open as the menu was on display. Also they started the renovation works at 8am, so we were awakened on our last morning by hammering and banging (on the one day when we'd planned a lie-in). The hotel was certainly good value for money. I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a good 3 star hotel. Continua a leggere
"Hotel Savoya e Jolanda"
Absolutely superb. Our stay was for 4 nights in a junior suite. Overlooking the main canal with stunning views across the bay. Water bus stop is almost opposite so there was no need to drag suitcases around Venice. The in house restaurant serves a range of Italian dishes at reasonable (for Venice) prices. In December it can be cold, It was around zero […] celcius for the whole of our stay. The hotel heating worked wonderfully well though and was always cosy.. Continua a leggere
"Great location!"
The hotel is very close to St. Mark's Square. It's about a five minute walk to the square. The best thing is that the water bus taxi is directly in front of the hotel so coming and going to the airport is extremely easy. We came at night when it was raining and were worried that we'd have a hard time finding it, but it couldn't have been easier! The […] hotel is nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and jovial. It has one of the better breakfast buffet we've had. It was a great experience staying here! Continua a leggere

"A Warm experience but great Hotel"
The Hotel is very close to St. Marc Square and perfectly located. The price we paid was good considering it's location. My only issue was they had turned off the A/C and it was very warm in our room in November 2010.
The Hotel Savoia & Joland Venice - is in a great location right at where the boat from the Airport stops and less than 5 mins walk from St Marks Sq. They gave us a lovely room to the front of the Hotel with a view of the Lido. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean breakfast good and the food in the restaurant very good
"Hotel Savoia & Jolanda, Venice Italy"
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was not available due to unfortunate circumstances. Our party of 4 were placed into 2 very small , but nice rooms for the first night. Then for the other night were upgraded to a suite each (even thou we paid for a standard room) with fantastic water views. I have stayed in this hotel on several occasions […] in the past and each experience has been most enjoyable and lived up to my expectations. Continua a leggere
"Fantastic Hotel"
This hotel was fantastic. The hotel is perfectly located in San Marco and walking distance to all the sights of Venice. The rooms were very clean, the hotel staff couldn't have been any nicer! I would strongly suggest other travelers consider this hotel.
"Hotel SAVOIA & JOLANDA Venice Italy"
Superior location-right across from dock. Eliminates dragging luggage over small cobblestone streets and bridges. Very, very accommodating and professional hotel personnel. Great whirlpool bath--huge tub! Breakfast included was definitely the way to go. Excellent presentation.

"Not all that it was cracked up to be"
This hotel was "hyped" as perfect location (which it was) but everything else about it was much less than you would expect when paying the prices they charge. The Hotel "rests" on the benefit of their great location near Piazza San Marco and then treats their guests no where near as what you would expect. This was a big disappointment upon our arrival […] in Venice. Fortunately, we were only there 1 night. You can take Public Water Bus to a stop very near the Hotel but still must drag luggage over very uneven walkways, steps, etc. Continua a leggere

This was truly one of the prettiest hotel rooms we've ever stayed in. The location was amazing, right on the Grand Canal. And the staff was wonderful. We loved it!
"Charming Hotel"
1. Room decorated in Venetian style - bed very comfortable - bathroom excellent. Clean and well serviced. 2. WOW! My wife and I were visiting Venice for the first time from Sydney, Australia. The location is superb and is 4 stops on the 41 Ferry from the train station. "Perfect Location but you pay for it"
Pretty expensive (but what good hotel in Venice isn't, right?) for what it is, but you can't beat the location. Directly outside the San Zaccaria boat stop which lets you get any line to anywhere (provided you buy the right ticket).
"Dark and Small"
Our room was very small and dark. The floor had a low spot under the carpet. Our view out the window was a wall. I'm sure they have nicer rooms but ours was lacking
