Rodeway Inn And Suites Little Rock

This was the most awful hotel I ever stayed in. It was spiders and insects everywhere. It was stains all over the covers. The tv would only work if light was on. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Needs to be steam cleaned, remodeled, bedding without holes. I felt dirty stepping out of the shower. Never again would I stay here or another roadway suites. The television didn't work I was embarrassed I booked this room for the family.

The customer service could be better. The hotel is older and carpet was worn but it was clean and considering the price, somewhat decent. We were only there for the night so not much else to say. They offer breakfast but we didnt get to try it.

It is an older hotel that could use some updating but everything was clean. We got in late and the clerk was ready with everything for me to sign and my keys. We had a dog with us and it was no trouble at all. Overall I would use it for a pass through stay again.

We made a quick trip to little Rock to the air port and needed something close and cheap. It was the cheapest and wasn't far from the airport. It smelled nice and wasn't bad on the noise. It's kind of run down and the only problem was the bathroom was dusty, moldy and the fan looked like it could drop out of the ceiling at any moment. The hotel was right off my route of I-30 and very easy to find. hotel was clean, comfortable and safe; i got the non smoking room on the first floor near the office as i requested with no problem.

The main reason we stayed here was the good price and location. But we will no longer stay in "Rodeway Inns" as this one was a real dump. To start we asked for a non smoking room and they put us in a room that stunk really bad like cigarette smoke. The carpet was badly stained with melted parts and there were burn holes and stained on the comforters. […] The padded chair in the room had bad dark brown stains on the arms. We told the front desk about these things and they gave us a new room and said if it stunk to let them know and they would put air fresheners in. At least the offered a solution, sort of. The new room was a little better but still smelly. Found a cockroach in the bathtub (alive). Will never stay at this hotel again. Continua a leggere

We stayed for one night and enjoyed our room and the breakfast in the morning. Everything was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. It was right off the interstate and close to the airport. Loved the price we got through Hotels.com

Not only was the price a bargain for the four of us in my party, but the Continental Breakfast was more than that. I mean, how many Continental Breakfasts serve biscuits & gravy? The pool was nice, and the service was quite personable. We will stay their again! Thank you.

I had a late flight (getting to Little Rock around midnight) and called the motel before booking to confirm that their shuttle ran that late. The guy on the phone said, "Absolutely, just call when you land and we'll get you in 10-15 minutes." Well, I called at midnight. When 12:30 rolled around, I called again, the guy at the desk said the driver was […] en route and should be there any minute. When 1:00 came, I called again. The guy at the desk said, "Traffic is bad." TRAFFIC??? It was 1:00 in the morning on a Tuesday in Little Rock, Arkansas. Give me a break. The driver finally showed up at 1:20 a.m. When I expressed my obvious displeasure with waiting 80 minutes for his arrival, he said the road conditions were bad. However, it only took 8 minutes to drive from the airport to the motel. Miraculously, the traffic problems and bad roads cleared up completely on the way back. NO ONE APOLOGIZED for this. I had to be up at 6:00 a.m. for an early morning meeting. No customer service. Complete liars. Just rude. I will never stay there again! Continua a leggere

Location was easily accessable to freeway---not to far from must see sights. The room was clean and the price was a good deal Would stay again if in town.

after hours of driving i was glad to arrive. friendly desk service, clean room and convenient to highway. decided to go out for snacks after dark... not so hot. gas station only open to pay for gas at window. went a couple miles away to fast food establishment and all surrounding businesses had burglar bars. no problems with the actual hotel but wasn't […] real fond of the area. i never would have known in the day time. Our rooms were not clean, there were missing pillow cases upon arrival, cigarette burns in top blanket, dog hair on floor, fleas in one of our rooms and not to mention that the front desk guy was not helpful in anyway. Pool looked ok at night time, but upon closer look the next morning, we noticed mold stains around the edge of the pool liner. I will […] never stay here again and will NEVER reccomed it to others. Inn was ok for a very short stay. Personally i like a softer bedding and pillow. Breakfast was satisfying. Overall is good for an overnight stay, close to highway and quiet during night. Will use again for the price.

I stayed here two nights - once headed East, then back West. First night I stayed was fine; room clean. Continental breakfast was very poor with little choices. The second night was not acceptable - I had no tissues, hair dryer or coffee maker, plus the carpet was damp. I will search for another hotel for another trip.

The ONLY drawback of location, there weren't a lot of eating places to choose from nearby! If you're willing to drive a little while, you can find places to eat that are great. Other than that, the pool is nice and they are very accomodating!

for the price i paid, i was scared to see where we were going to end up. The front desk clerk was completely nice and helpful. Hotel is located in a quiet area but not off the beaten path. Room was older but very clean. Definitely planning to stay again for future little rock travels.

The room was nicer than i would ever imagine or thought, i really was shock and amazed the way the room looked and it was so clean even with it being a smoking room, nice/quite and a swimming pool and the brunch in the morning is awesome and fresh, do stay here if you are ever in Little Rock, AR you want be sorry and for the money you even go out for […] a shopping spree with rest of your saving. Very clean and well maintained, nice little pool.

Friendly staff and comfortable clean room. Free breakfast was offered in the morning but I did not partake. Neighborhood is older, but hotel appeared to be relatively safe. I did notice that at least 3 of the "security" cameras were completely blocked out by bushes, but during my stay, I never had cause for concern. You have better service dealing with your computer or online. If you try to extend your stay after booking online customer service with local staff is a nightmare unable to make decisions by themselves. If you are lookong for budget is ok if you like customer service and personalized attention is better to upgrade to a higher quality hotel.

This is a cute and quaint facility. I have a pet and it was perfect for us. The only problem was there was a couple of things missing from the room i.e. tv remote. The manager handled the situation with grace and promptly remedied the problem. Loved my stay here.

This place was a breeze to get to. Check-in was easy. Even though our room faced the highway, we never heard any road noise. When we got up the next morning, there were many cars in the parking lot, but we never heard any noise from the surrounding rooms. The room was comfortable, but obviously the place is not new. Air conditioning is kept off in rooms. It took 4 hours (we checked in around 11:30 pm) to cool down since it had been over 100 degrees that day. Original room they put us in the air conditioning didn't work. Room we ended up in was all right except no vanity area lighting and it took quite a bit to get a light bulb changed. Once in the room it was ok […] since we could keep the air on (even though housekeeping turns it off during the day). Hence, my good winter hotel comment. We left a pillow behind and called to tell them we'd be by to pick it up. Guy at front desk told us they didn't have it and that housekeeping had already cleaned the room; I told them they'd better check again because I was on my way. Well, they hadn't cleaned the room yet and pillow was still on bed where I left it. All said, the room was decent once it was cooled and the pool did look nice. Continua a leggere

The hotel was right off the highway. We were very tired when we got there, so weren't bothered by any noise from the highway. The facilities were adequate. Although the rooms were old, must have been recently renovated. The upholstery and the room looked new and clean. The beds had a spring mattress.

easy on and off. friendly staff. nice breakfast. beds were old but not bad. furniture was old and actually there was too much of it. our room had a small frig and microwave. weather was 104 and the pool was the same but a lot of people were enjoying it. restaurants r a distance away.

and stay at a la Quinta.

We had a double bed room, which we shared with our two children. Everything in the room was in good condition. The pool and the area around it were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was included, not a big selection, but reasonable for the price. The staff was very friendly. Nice place for the price

We stayed here for one night on a long road trip. Finding hotel was easy, check-in was quick and efficient. Hotel room was okay. This appears to be an older hotel that needs renovation. There were holes in the carpet, bed was soft, pillows flat, but it was clean.

Good for the price. Easy access off of interstate. Only glitch was they swiped my credit card twice, but it was cleared up quickly.

Given the price, we weren't expecting alot but were very surprised at how clean and comfy the room was given the appearance of being an older motel. Breakfast was carb-oriented but fine. Staff very helpful. Right on freeway but inside room didn't hear/notice traffic at all.

The room was basic but had a fridge and microwave. The new manager is trying real hard to get it in shape. The room was clean and the furnishings are worn but serviceable. Pretty quiet for being near the freeway. The pool was pretty neat. Rates are a good deal.

We have stayed at this hotel several times over the past couple of years and have been satisfied with each stay. We just spent 4 nights during the State Fair and we had a pleasant stay.

The stay was great. The only complaint was that the wi-fi was not working. other then that I definitly got my money's worth.

GREAT ROOM! Was very impressed with the room and how neat and clean and comfortable it was. This was a romantic getaway and it turned out great. Hopefully the hotel stays this way. It had everything in it you would need.
