"close to event attending"
WE booked 4 rooms and they all were very clean except one. The bathroom had hair in the bathtub and a razor was left in the tub...Obviously had not been cleaned. When we called front desk there were no other rooms available and it was late so there was no one available to clean.
It's just been renovated. My only issues was the strong smell of cigarette smoke. And a small ant issue in the bathroom in both the rooms we reserved.

It was a good price and right in the area where we needed to be.

The beds in this hotel were very comfortable. I highly recommend this as a place to stay when you need to rest and relax. The price is right and the breakfast is enough to keep you going.

"Hot Deal, Cold water"
Hot water dribbled out of the shower, one of the chairs had been barfed in and stained. Hairdryer did not work.

"cozy and comfortable"
We stayed in this hotel while we were in town for the monster jam, the hotel is close to verizon arena, has restaraunts next door, and its pet friendly which is a big plus for us. Staff was friendly and helpful, we would stay there again. For the price it is a great hotel.

"Hotel was not clean"
The floors were stained and not vacuumed well. Corners and baseboards were caked with dirt, dust and debris. The bathroom faucet had slime hanging off of the screen where the water comes out. "Worst Hotel Ever"
This by far was the worst hotel and room (117) that I have ever stayed at. The toilet had urine on it. There was hair on the bathroom floor. There was mold on the shower curtain, and looked like it had not been cleaned in quite some time. There were pea stains on the floor. I had my dog with me and my dog did not want to stay in that room. I am a very […] clean person, and my dog stays in a kennel. If you are going to be pet friendly that doesn't mean you want to stay at the zoo. I have seen zoo's that are cleaner and smell better. Disgusting urine smell permeating the whole room. If it wasn't for the fact that I had just driven 750 miles I would have gotten up and left but I was to tired to move everything. I just can't believe you would think that is acceptable. Oh and hot breakfast, that is a joke. My next stop was a Super 8 in Santa Rosa. Also pet friendly. Best room ever. Nice, clean, and friendly. I should have taken the reviews more seriously. We enjoyed our stay at the laquinta. The staff was very professional and courteous. There was a problem with my bill and the night manager took care of it. She was exceptional. "Easy to get to, close to activities."
My husband has monthly meetings at Little Rock. On occasion I go with the kids. We stay here because of convience, easy to get to shopping and parks. We arrived at 9:30 and the receptionist was very nice, respectful, and very cheery. Our room was to be expected. The swimming pool was very clean and my kids enjoyed it. We ate breakfast around 9:00 and […] it was still well stocked. Check-out was just as easy as checking in. Receptionist was concerned about our stay. She asked if there was anything they could do to assist us with anything. I believe that there are 4 or 5 resteraunts within walking distance of the hotel and a couple shops are within walking distance as well. We were very satisfied with this hotel. "wont stay again!"
My room had no soap, shampoo or wash cloths. We had one bathtowel. The desk clerk did provide needed items immediately. The trash cans had liners laying in them, but we actually inserted them. Did appreciate security officer patrol all night. The room across the pool had 7-8 males and 3 females in/ out while we were in pool. Don't know about after that. We had to wait for the Front Desk Clerk to arrive. While waiting, I went to use the restroom in the lobby and you can tell that it hasn't been cleaned that day. The room smelled of urine. It even had urine spots. We got ready to use the phonebook and a condom fell out as if the Front Desk Clerk and Security Guard had just left out of there. The pool […] water was filthy. The water should have not been in there at all due to the time of the year. I had the Front Desk Clerk to cancel my reservations and went to the LaQuinta across the freeway. "La Quinta in North Little Rock"
The staff is not pleasant at all and the room was not clean. We had four people in each room during check-in, but only two towels were provided in each room. When we requested additional towels, we were told a GM had to be contacted for approval first. I will never stay at this location again!

The hotel was ok, pretty good breakfast, and clean enough. However the lady behind the front desk was so rude and unproffesional that it turned our stay into a nightmare. We would NEVER stay there again OR recommend it to ANYONE. There are enough hotels around to find one with much better service for a similar price.

The hotel would have been quite satisfactory particularly for the price and location but for the strange service. The breakfast area is actually clean and nice appearing. But the maid did not leave soap or shampoo for the second day. Worse and quite odd was that the maid pulled the sheet and bedspread up to the pillows in a haphazard manner with no […] effort to finish the effort to make the final effect one of a neatly made bed. "Air freshner needed for ventilation."
We loved the area. The hotel staff was friendly - plenty of shopping and eating places in walking distance. Breakfast was ok. The computer needs to be relocated. When in use your emails etc is exposed to others. The rooms are small therefore need to be furnished with air freshner for further ventilation. "Beds"
The breakfast was decent and the staff was polite and helpful. I had a problem with the beds which were not comfortable. I are for the hotel is very good with all sorts of shops.

Sheets were clean, room smelled clean, supplied plenty of towels. Pool was clean, hotel was quiet. Our room was out of toilet paper, I called the front desk and they brought it out right away. Very friendly staff. Check in took literally 2 minutes. Wonderful stay!
