Affacciato direttamente sul golfo, l'hotel gode di una vista meravigliosa ed è vicinissimo alle principali attrazioni: spiaggia, negozi e vari intrattenimenti per bambini (giardini, giostrine, scivolo, etc). La camera con vista mare era sufficientemente ampia per ospitare due adulti e due bambini di 9 e 2 anni. La pulizia è senza dubbio eccellente così come la cortesia del personale, soprattutto della reception. La colazione è abbondante, non continentale, e forse un po' troppo ricca di prodotti confezionati.

il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, l'albergo è bello, si trova in una posizione invidiabile e, con due piscine, nella stagione calda può essere una valida alternativa alle "spiagge" liguri, in ogni caso è un buon punto d'appoggio per muoversi lungo la riviera tra Savona, Genova e Santa Margherita

Hotel in buona posizione rispetto alle principali attrazioni della città, con parecchi ristorantini, trattorie, bar per colazioni nelle vicinanze. Le camere sono pulite e abbastanza confortevoli, tenedo conto che ci si rimane solo per fare la doccia e dormire. La moquette avrebbe urgente bisogno di essere sostituita, è proprio usurata dal tempo. Di notte si riposa tranquillamente, i rumori del traffico non arrivano. Il bagno ha spazi decisamente ristretti, una persona sovrappeso potrebbe avere serie difficoltà ad incastrarsi tra water e doccia per usare il bidet. Il personale è cortese e disponibile. Tutto sommato è stato un gradevole soggiorno.

gentilezza e cortesia, pulizia camere e zone in comune ottime, secondo me la pecca dell'hotel e' la zona colazione, scarsa e non troppo ben curata. nel complesso non ne posso parlar male, ci tornerei nuovamente alla prossima occasione

"Ottimo hotel per un breve soggiorno"
L'hotel è molto comodo, con tutti i comfort per un soggiorno di pochi giorni. La moquette nelle camere è la cosa peggiore, molto rovinata. L'arredo non è eccezionale ma gradevole. Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile. La colazione è molto ricca, ma conveniente solo se è inclusa nel prezzo della camera. D'altronde il quartiere non offre molto […] altro. "hotel molto comodo"
L'hotel si presenta bene ed é molto comodo, in quanto è molto vicino all'uscita del casello di Genova Ovest e con i mezzi pubblici in meno di 5 minuti si raggiunge il centro. Il personale é molto gentile e disponibile. Se si va a Genova è da tenere in considerazione.

"Hotel molto vecchio e trasandato"
Non ci tornerei assolutamente, stanze con cattivo odore, la moquette era vecchia e sporca, il divano in camera da non toccare assolutamente! non degno di stare in una catena internazionale di rilievo se prima non viene profondamente rimodernato. Parcheggio in zona molto difficoltoso. Il centro è a un paio di km.

molto confortevole moderno e pulito. in camera molto utile lo scalavivande con le tazze della colazione e il minibar. la piscina sempre gradita e c'e' anche una piccola libreria al bar da poter consultare ottima per svagarsi un po' o magari prendere un libro in prestito (hai 3 mesi per riconsegnarlo in un ualsiasi novotel).

"Novotel Genova"
We stayed at this hotel for one night and found the room very comfortable. The hotel itself gives you a feeling of comfort as it is generally large, clean and warm. The only downside is that the hotel is outside the centre of Genova and you have to take a bus in and out.

Novotel Genova Ovest is in dire need of refurbishment. The carpets are the filthiest I have ever seen in a hotel. I did not take my shoes off in the room. It was shocking to see a hotels carpet so dirty. We chose the hotel because it was near the airport, but would never stay again. "Genoa - port city of Italy"
Family of 5 - 3 teens - travelling through Europe. We stayed 2 nights at this hotel and service was fantastic. We were able to park underground (for a surcharge) and leave the car to use the public transport system - not the best system but it was ok for what we needed. We were provided with maps and tourist information on Cinque Terre and Portofino […] and staff were always available with excellent English to help us out with any queries. A laundry was also provided free of charge. The hotel restaurant was well patronised - many tour buses stop overnight here so you have to get in early - but the food and service was excellent. Rooms were spacious and airy. Views from the top floors not brilliant as we were facing the docks, but we didn't really book for the view, we booked for the closeness to transport and outlying areas. Aircon in the rooms worked - necessary in the heat of September! WiFi in rooms was sufficient. Had already been warned about poor internet in Italy, so did not download or upload photos, just checked emails and did the basics and it worked. I would recommend this hotel for families on vacation, couples and businessmen travelling through. Very efficient and good service. Continua a leggere

"Location may be a problem"
This hotel is nice. It is clean, it is modern and provides more services than most users will need. the only "issues" we encountered would depend on exactly what you were using the hotel for. There is a pool, but during our stay it was full of children and so really noisy. It is very small and impossible to get away from it. We also wanted to go into […] Genova. We were driving but we decided to leave the car safely parked and use the public transport. there is a metro station runnning one line backwards and forwards. It is about a mile walk from the hotel and closes early (9pm), so you'd probably be getting a taxi back if you wanted to stay later and watch the sun go down. "Good Experience"
I chose this hotel because there were very few in Genoa with a pool and I must say I was pleasantly surprised with how clean and modern the hotel itself was. The pool is not large but its clean and on the 2nd floor.... if you have the time you can cantake sun and sit outside to enjoy a drink or read. Rooms are small but nice. My favorite surprise was […] that there were channels in many different languages on the TV. I was expecting only Italian but I was able to watch CNN and BBC in English which was nice. Bathrooms ar nice, water pressure good in the shower. Front desk staff were always nice and helpful. We had dinner one night in the hotel restaurant and it was GREAT! I reccomend the Caesar Salad - its not your typical north american caesar but it was FANTASTIC! Bus stops rght outside the hotel and its straight to the Aquarium and downtown area. Same thing on the way back. The area around the hotel is apparently not the safest area in town but you will not spend more than 5 minutes waiting for a bus. The hotel reception was fine but the lifts, corridors and rooms were dirty. The rooms were very dated and the fitments dirty and worn. The restaurant was expensive and the staff very abrupt. The area the hotel was located in was frightening with prositutes working no more than 100 metres from the hotel. The hotel car park however was very useful and […] very secure. On the road and a last minute booking, parking was extra as well as the breakfast making it one of the more expensive hotel's on our vacation.

"novotel genova ovest- close to metro line & train"
The Aquarium and shopping was only a 10 minute bus ride away. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative is that there wasn't very much closet space.
Nice hotel as expected. Room was small but was ok and clean. There are 30 min. free internet in the lobby. Our 2 kids stay free with us. Friendly staff. However, there is quite a distance to walk to the city centre or the closest Metro station.

"Bra Hotell. Mye for pengene"
Hotellet gir mye igjen for pengene om man er villig til å bo litt utenfor byen. gode bussforbindelser rett utenfor hotellet. Harde senger, men rommene var bra.Bra frokost. Meget serviceminded hotellbetjening. Hadde med to gutter på 7 og 13 år som synes hotellet var supert.

"Visite rapide pour 1 nuit a genova"
Apres une erreur de date de ma part, aucun cadeau de fait, comme par hasard il ne restait que des chambres 2 fois plus cher ! (pour les memes prestations, voir moins ! ), et vu la rapidite du sejour, pas pris le temps d aller voir ailleurs, ce que j aurai du faire !

Séjour fin octobre, et par chance temps magnifique, hélas la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. On nous a expliqué qu'on était en mode "hiver". Il faisait 30 degrés Celsius dans la chambre. Obligé de dormir fenêtre ouverte avec le bruit insupportable de la voie rapide. Très mauvaise nuit !!!

Nous avons fait etape à Genes de retour de Rome pour la France : 2 chambres grandes avec vue magnifique sur la mer, propres, un petit-dejeuner délicieux, un personnel très aimable, et une piscine très agréable. Attention à la hauteur du parking : 1,80 m maximum!
