The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful enough. However, the room layout was odd, with the sink in a separate room from the toilet, tub and shower. Also, and importantly for us, there was no refrigerator of any kind which surprised us for a place with "suites" in the title, but I suppose it's our fault for not confirming this. I have stayed at this hotel before and was very satisfied. This time I was a bit disappointed in the room. If I had known the sink was outside the bathroom and across the room I would have looked for something/someplace else. The room was also much too small for a king bed. The hotel was very nice. Pool and spa were very nice. The neighbors had roosters, so I heard the rooster at 3:30am--not good. Other than the rooster everything was fine.

I am very please with this Hampton Inn. The pool was a great temperature and my grandkids loved it. I reserved a room for 5 people with 2 queen beds and a sofabed. I was surprised that the room had an apartment sized refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. I would be great for an extended stay.

Good hotel to stay at. The shuttle bus service is excellent.

The hotel grounds and relaxation areas are lovely. Our room was next to pool and was taken over by drinking college kids - day & night (until 3am!) Hotel staff never monitored asny of this. During an afternoon I saw 1 mom pull her children out of pool because of the language & foul language on their boomboxes. Stayed 5 nights. Loved having full kitchen in the room. Didn't use pool/jacuzzi, but both appeared well maintained. Breakfast buffet offered lots of choices. Hotel located near busy road and close to flight path of planes leaving Skyharbor airport, so a little noise was heard from that. Staff friendly. Excellent amenities but location is a little out of the way.

2nd year in a row staying at this location... Absolutely love it... Cant beat the shuttle service and the Suites are roomy... I love it here...

This hotel was very comfortable and had a lot of outdoor seating which was perfect given the beautiful weather. A clean reasonable hotel close to Phoenix airport. Shuttle drivers were great, as was desk staff.

This hotel was very clean and the breakfast was good. The room was large and comfortable. There is an adult bookstore across the street, but I felt I was safe staying alone as a female.

The front desk at times was not very friendly especially when I called for information. However, the room was nice, the price was right and the van service was very much appreciated.

Older hotel, but still a good place to stay. Very close to Tempe Beach Park, which is where we wanted to be near. Also close to downtown and lots of great restaurants. The neighborhood isn't the best, but was ok. Complimentary breakfast was great, as always. I am a fan of Hampton Inn hotels and stay in one whenever possible. This hotel was clean and convenient for the Pheonix airport, but was also suitable for longer stays. It has several private pods, each with own pool/hot tub or putting green. Breakfast was above average and could be eaten inside or out. Lots of parking, although distance to rooms may vary.

This hotel was great for my stay in Tempe. They picked me up at the airport and have a 24 hour shuttle to go anywhere close by. The room was super clean and the staff was friendly.

Standard Hampton Inn located on a major road in Tempe, Arizona. Close to ASU, Old Town Scottsdale, spring training baseball fields and PHX. The hotel has a very convenient free 24 hour shuttle to the airport and on-site parking. Nice, updated furniture with a comfortable bed, flat screen TV with HBO and hair dryer. The only downside were those noisy […] under window heater/air conditioners that make a lot of noise when running and are only about 5 feet from your head when sleeping. This is an older Hampton with very small rooms and bathroom. We upgraded to a Suite and were much more comfortable. It was clean and the front desk was very helpful in accommodating our requests. The convenience to the airport was the reason we chose this Hampton.

Very clean hotel with very comfy beds! Pools were always super warm and clean! Hot tub was amazing! Very close to old town Scottsdale and downtown Tempe! Great night life within 5 miles and courtesy shuttle service to anywhere within 5 miles! Loved loved loved this hotel!

This was a great place, the vibe here was real good. Very comfortable room, very cozy. Easy to get to, lots of fast food around. Would recommend this hotel.

We had a very comfortable stay and would highly recommend your hotel to friends. The complementary breakfast was a nice touch.

Convenient to airport and rental car office without the airport taxes. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub, too. The breakfast was good. The property had several places to sit out on lawn furniture and enjoy the weather. We have already recommended it and plan to go back.

Great room

We came to Tempe to visit relatives and play racquetball. It was the hottest weekend of the year, with temperatures reaching 113 degrees. Our A/C ran impeccably, and we slept oblivious to the heat through the night. The food was great and we thoroughly enjoyed the Bagel Toppers in the buffet. The chef's creativity combined tasty elements for this […] quick treat, though I don't know if I can match the perfect flavor combinations at home! As always, the property was pristine and welcoming, with friendly staff ready to help with everything. We were also very grateful for the Grab & Go cases conveniently placed in the lobby, for quick late-night bottles of water and juice after working out all day. After initially putting us in a room that was already occupied, the next room was nice. No one at front desk most of the night so could not get a wake-up call. Only complaint was that A/C blew directly onto the adjacent bed, which meant either turning it off, which made us swelter, or have it on low and block most of the vents that face bed. Very Convenient to Airport and shuttle service was very good. Great breakfast and sitting area. Our room had a hard time staying cold as it was top floor exposed to direct sun and Temps were 110.

Strip Clubs nearby are lighting the skies nightly

We chose this particular location because it was close to the tempe improv and we liked the access to the shuttle as well. It will take you within a 5 mile radius from the hotel for free and it ran 24 hours. WE really enjoyed the courtyard!
