Happy Venice ha 3 camere matrimoniali, 2 doccie, 1 salotto e una cucina.Puliti.Siamo stati molto bene in 3 adulti e 3 bambini.Due passi dalla piazza s.marco ma ambiente tranquillo. Dovete portare le cose per lavarsi( doccia sciuma, lo shampoo , spazzolino ecc) che non c'erano. Consiglierei par la famiglia o i gruppi.

il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile. l'hotel è veramente bello, pulito e con ogni confort. ha soddisfatto ogni nostra esigenza/richiesta. si trova vicino a una fermata dell'autobus per Venezia, raggiungibile in 40 min. circa. percheggio interno gratuito. colazione non troppo abbondante, ma ottima. ci ritornerei sicuramente.

San Marco è la tappa turistica per eccellenza di Venezia; famosa per i piccioni, il campanile, la basilica, il Palazzo Ducale e i costosi bar è assolutamente una meta da non perdere. Il panorama lagunare è straordinario ed è da qui che partono la maggior parte delle gondole. In estate la piazza pullula di visitatori, anche se a distanza di uno o due isolati le strade sono tranquille e offrono un maggior numero di musei e palazzi da scoprire.

The staff was very friendly... Good breakfast.. Nice clean rooms..convenient location of the hotel.. The only thing that annoyed me was the bell ringing every hour or so even in the night..

Extracting customer value is a key Venician specialty but I suppose this is the logical consequence of an excess demand over supply. Hotel Concordia is no exception. The location of the hotel is great. The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom. It was kind of leaking here and there when you shower. Breakfast was great.
Mixed service from staff, some were very friendly and others not. Breakfast included in the rate was very average however the dinner we had was great. Location on the square is good but be aware the church bells go all night! I think you can do better for your money.

This beautiful hotel was in a most convenient location-in the heart of San Marco Square and close to vaporetto/water taxis. Staff was very helpful and professional. The room and view were breathtaking! The breakfast was fabulous.
"Hotel Concordia a PERFECT location"
facing St. Mark's, easy to find if you get lost in Venice, signs will always lead you to the square. Close to transportation, easy to catch water bus to the airport. would stay again. Highly recommended. we added this night onto a cruise.

Location is excellent. Room is extremely small. For the expensive price, I feel like I could have gotten a better room in same location. Wireless was convenient. I highly recommend staying near St. Mark's Basilica - location is excellent.

Great location-right on San Marco square. a bit of a problem in locating it rightaway as it is quite a walk from the main pier and having luggage does not help.If you are looking for good,clean and comfortable rooms, a warm and efficient front desk and a healthy breakfast-this is the place to be.But please travel light.

"Convenient location, ok hotel"
Service was friendly and attentive. Our room was a bit dated and small and more 3 star than 4 star. Walls are thin and penetrating noise was quite noticeable. We were 4 people in the room and really, it was a room for 2 with 2 cots squeezed in. Didn't leave much space leftover. Bathroom was not bad by Italy standards. "Hotel Concordia in Venice, Italy on the square"
The hotel was tucked in the corner or St Marc Square. Look for the yellow building with green awnings. The hotel service was excellent. Convenient to all sights and in walking distance. "Great Location and service"
Overall a great hotel in a good location, with very friendly staff who were very helpfull and made the whole visit much more enjoyable. Staff were very helpfull with useful advice, shame about their internet service, but that was a small thing, would definitly recommend this hotel.

"Outstanding/Great Location"
This hotel is outstanding. The room was small for a king bed. The location was the really great asset of this hotel. Right near St. Marks and a 5 minute walk to Rialto Bridge. The staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was stocked with lots of options.

"Não reserve o quarto quadruplo."
Otima localização, bom hotel, só o quarto quadruplo não foi adquado pois a cama do casal foi boa e as outras duas ruim, então não recomendo o quarto quadruplo
"Zeer goed hotel op San Marco plein"
Concordia is een zeer goed hotel met fantastisch uitzicht op het San Marco plein (kamer 104). Absolute aanrader! Netjes en verzorgd hotel, met vriendelijk personeel.
