Service was great. Friendly staff from the valet to the front desk and bar. Only complaint is the Murphy bed in our room (pulls down from the wall). The most uncomfortable bed we're ever slept on. This hotel was very nice and conveniently located in the Arboretum area of Austin. The hotel restaurant Banderas is widely known for its steaks which are delicious. It is a very large hotel, but because everything was spread out, you never felt like it was overly busy or crammed with people. If staying in north Austin, I would definitely stay here […] again. I thought this hotel would be really nice. It wasn't. The description is misleading. It might be on 95 acres but it is shared with a shopping center. Not the secluded getaway that we were looking for. The hotel was okay, but nothing special. We spent the previous night in a Hampton Inn and received much more for our money.
