"ottimo hotel"
Inviato da Mirco e Patri di "Preganziol - Treviso" il 4 set 2010E stato uno dei migliori hotel in cui abbiamo soggiornato durante la nostra vacanza di tre settimane in Canada. L'appartamento era enorme e il letto era molto confortevole. La posizione dell'hotel è ottima e si trova vicino alle maggiori attrazioni di Calgary e ad un buonissimo ristorante (consigliato dal personale dell'hotel).

Despite the convenience of this location, the rooms are badly configured. The cupboard in my room was too small to hang my suit properly, the bathroom was small and with a bad door location that one had to squeeze around, and with an interior courtyard view, one must constantly keep the blinds closed. I did notice you mentioned we were not attached to the airport; however, even though our main entrance is located across the street from the Air Canada Departures Level, you can access the Delta Calgary Airport by overhead walkway on the Mezzanine Level. That way you can avoid the cold weather next time you visit!

I did look into your reservation, and I have on file that you stayed in one of our Delta Rooms with 2 Queen Sized Beds. I do know that the beds can appear smaller due to the size of our rooms, but I can assure you that the beds in your room were Queen size. I have followed up with our Front Office team to ensure that they are confirming all room types at the time of check in to avoid this confusion in the future. For an overnight stop at an airport hotel this one is pretty good. My only complaint would be that, having chosen the most expensive room on offer, I ended up with a view over a construction site. A good average and convenient because of its closeness to the Airport, but.. Looking at the rugs and the elevators, the hotel looks like it needs refurbishing. My room was clean and nicely appointed. Air conditioning was noisy and th air in the room ws very dry. Bed was comfortable. In the bathroom, on the shower control the handle was very loose and […] the shower head did not function properly. "Location,location,location"
an excellent place to stay,especially when continuing a flight, you just have to walk from the hotel to the airport and vice versa. It saves having to wait for a taxi or shuttle to go to another hotel. We will definitely choose this way of travelling again.Recensioni obiettive degli ospiti Expedia

"Very convenient for the early traveller."
We checked in late at night and there were some issues with rooms not being ready and ours had some items missing, however if you look through that the hotel is located literally steps from checking in on your flight so if you do early online check in its great. The staff was very helpful and eventhough it may have had some difficiencies, they were […] very quick to accomodate. You don’t even have to leave the hotel to print your boarding passes; early check in for any flight can be done in the Business Centre located in the lobby. This hotel is perfect for ovenight stay when you have early flight, it's crossing distance to terminal. Don't have to wait for a shuttle. The rooms are very clean. We could not make the AC or lower the thermostat, which made it uncomfortable to sleep.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

"Excellent for travellers with connecting flights."

I had our Rooms Quality team look into the new Keurig Coffee Maker in your room, and they found that the machine had been unplugged. I apologize for the inconvenience, especially because we all need our coffee first thing in the morning, and hope that you’re morning went smoothly despite this minor set-back. Even though you weren’t able to tell us because you were leaving so early; we really appreciate you taking the time to let us know so we could look into this issue. The standard room temperature for Delta Hotels is 20°C, so I have followed up with our Executive Rooms Quality Manager to ensure that this standard is being met for all rooms, as well as having the heating system checked for noise every time the room is serviced. I've passed along your concerns to our Executive Chef, and we actually did a recent re-vamp of our YYC Lounge Menu at the end of November. We've taken off some of the less popular items, kept the guest favorites, and added over 7 different poutine options including bison, duck, and lobster! Hope you have a chance to enjoy some of our new items next time you're passing through.
