La colazione era poco varia e scarsa. Poco attenti alla pulizia dei tavoli nei cambi degli ospiti durante la colazione. La camera confortevole e pulizia giornaliera con cambio asciugamani e lenzuola a giorni alterni.

L'hotel 17 è un'ottima scelta per un soggiorno a New York, con un eccellente rapporto qualità rapporto/prezzo. La posizione è tra i suoi pregi migliori, logisticamente comodo per spostarsi anche a piedi sia verso il nord che verso il sud di manhattan, e il quartiere offre una vasta scelta di ristoranti e locali per cene e colazioni. Le camere sono abbastanza grandi e pulite, il bagno condiviso non lo abbiamo praticamente mai trovato occupato e sempre pulito.

L'hotel è nuovo e si trova in una buona posizione, a due passi dal Madison Square Garden e da Times square. La camera era grande ed i letti molto comodi. Uniche due pecche significative sono state, la wifi in camera funziona molto male (meglio nella lobby) e il pavimento che non è mai stato lavato (i calzini antiscivolo delle bambine erano neri dopo 5 minuti). Inoltre non vengono forniti accessori da bagno tipo le cuffie per fare la doccia.

Bellissima permanenza, punto ideale per visitare la città collegatissimo e a due passi dalla 5th. Camera non enorme ma comfortevole, sempre pulita e molto curata nell'arredamento. Albergo ad altissimo livello, se avete qualche soldino da spendere andateci. Enjoy NYC

Poco distante ti aspettano gli splendidi negozi e i grandi magazzini della Fifth Avenue, inclusi Cartier e Saks. Il Grand Central Terminal, circa 6 isolati a sud del Radisson Lexington, vanta un'ampia gamma di negozi, ristoranti e collegamenti per i principali luoghi d'interesse della città e dei suoi dintorni. E se programmi di assistere ad uno spettacolo di Broadway, con una breve corsa in taxi potrai raggiungere il quartiere dei teatri di Times Square.
Prima della prossima escursione o di un impegno di lavoro approfitta dell'ampia offerta gastronomica del Radisson. Il ristorante Dynasty propone una raffinata cucina cinese, il Lex Lounge serve un delizioso menù di sushi, mentre il Raffles offre specialità tipiche della cucina americana. "Radisson Lexington - Ottima posizione"
Il nostro soggiorno è iniziato così così. La chiave magnetica per l'accesso alla camera non funzionava, quando siamo arrivati. Preparandomi per la doccia, ho acceso la ventola del bagno ma hoh funzionava (mia moglia non lo ha molto apprezzato, dopo che avevo usato il bagno) e togliendo una salvietta dal portasalviette ho notato che aveva una macchia […] marroncina. Quella notte le lenzuola erano disgustose! Non voglio parlarne male perchè la posizione era perfetta e l'albergo in sé molto pulito. Eravamo a dieci minuti a piedi da Times Square e più o meno lo stesso da Central Park. Il letto era comodo e il rumore da fuori era appena udibile, cosa positiva. Tutto sommato tornerei , ma solo perchè la posizione è buona e il prezzo ragionevole (per New York). Continua a leggere

Posizione estremamente favorevole. C'è abbondanza di posti dove mangiare per tutte le tasche a distanza di pochi passi. L'albergo perfettamente pulito e comodo. Lo staff cortese e professionale. Date un'occhiata al General Electric Building fra la 51st e la Lexington: un edificio come nessun altro!
"Buon albergo, cattivo servizio di ristorazione"
Questo albergo è tenuto molto bene, le stanze sono belle, pulite eccetera, ma sappiate che ci sono poche buone opzioni per cenare (in camera o portando via qualcosa) nell'area intorno dopo le 10 o 11 di sera, cosa un po' insolita per New York. Questo albergo è ottimo per la posizione, la la stanza scontata che vi daranno è estremamente piccola, come una camera di casa; ci stavamo appena io e il mio bagaglio.
I am sorry to hear you were not happy with the size of your room. We have several different room types, it sounds like had reserved our smallest least esxspensive room. We do have several other room types are our larger than the one you stayed in.

Per me ottima posizione. Camera pulita comoda e silenziosa. Non mi hanno addebitato il costo di un film quando ho detto di averlo guardato per pochi minuti. Il portiere mi ha raccomandato un ottimo barbiere.

L'albergo è presumibilmente tipico per una catena di hotel di una grande città. La stanza era carina, eccezionale la posizione (anche se abbiamo pagato la tariffa weekend, i costi infrasettimanali erano terrificanti), ma il tutto privo di anima e insipido. "Ho gradito il mio soggiorno"
Albergo abbastanza standard, ma non ho reclami. Dava senso di sicurezza, pulizia e comodità. Alloggiavo in una 'Petite Room' che era sì piccola, ma siccome ero lì per affari andava bene. Se il mio viaggio fosse stato per turismo, probabilmente avrei scelto un posto di maggior carattere, ma il Radisson Lexington ha fatto il suo dovere.

Questa posizione centrale è molto conveniente e il prezzo piuttosto ragionevole, data la concorrenza a New York City. Buono il fitness center. Molte attrezzature aggiornate, ben funzionanti e pulite.
"SFORTUNATO"
Questa è stata un'esperienza sfortunata. Ottima posizione, e l'albergo era tenuto in ordine. La lobby, il portiere e lo staff sono stati tutti di grande aiuto. Il bar era costosissimo. I due ristoranti e Starbucks erano a due passi dall'ingresso. Questo è tutto ciò che posso raccomandare! La stanza era orribile. I muri sottili come carta, si sentiva […] il rumore del traffico in basso; quando nella stanza accanto tiravano lo sciacquone o facevano la doccia si sentiva tutto. "Tub clogged, very tiny room"
The location is great and the staff was fine. The bar was insanely expensive, my roomed smelled like cigarettes, the tub was clogged and the room was exceptionally tiny.

My room was a little noisy due a broken window. They claimed to not have another room. I dealt with it. I probably won't be back.

Good location with small size rooms and they need to pay attention to detail in their housekeeping.

I LOVED my PURE room, which had an air purifier in it, and had special accommodations made to make it odor and scent free. The entire room smelled so much different from any other room I've ever stayed in, and I adored it.

Every interaction with staff has been helpful, prompt, and courteous. The room was small, cozy, and neat, despite obvious signs of structural age. However, the walls are thin. Sounds of the elevators and water pipes woke us several times. Other guests swiping their key cards down the hall sound as if they are swiping at your door. "Bad Customer Service"
I've stayed here a couple of times, mostly because of price and location. However, there is always an issue. This time I stayed, the front desk clerk charged me twice for the room and when I spoke to them about they simply stated "It's okay, it will go back into your account in a couple of days." No apologies until I spoke to a manager.
"Raddisson New York - Midtown"
Good and efficient check in. Cleaning and services where ok. The Hotel situated near fifth avenue and all shopping stores. Near to Central Park. Traditional american breakfeast at nearby restaurang. (Raffles) Rather expensive for breakfeast, but good service.
"Very nice hotel for the price"
The employees are great - extremely nice and helpful. The restaurant, which also provides room service, is very good. I will definitely stay here again. The only negative thing that I have to say is when I first checked in, the bathroom could have been a little cleaner... but it wasn't too bad, and after that everything was great!

Confortable and clean for the short stay. I had one problem with room service, the menu was not accurate and the food appeared too cool for being freshly prepared.
"Radisson NYC 48th & Lex"
The hotel was comfortable, clean, quiet and convenient - and the price was right. When I asked if I could check out at 1 rather than 12, they were totally fine with it. And though they didn't have a room ready for me when I arrived at 1pm, they had one at 2 - even though check-in time was officially 3. And there's even a Starbuck's in the lobby!

"Easter weekend stay in NY"
we booked 2 rooms at this hotel during Easter weekend time 2012. I was completely satisfied with the customer service I received from the doorman to the receptionist. Everything was clean and acceptable from the lobby perspective. however, once I walked into our single full size bedroom I realized how small the room was. i guess for the price i paid […] i should have expected it. Rooms in New York are never a value for the price but this very samll room was far below the three and half star rating as advertised. I was given a room on the forth floor beside a hugh A/C blower which came on loadly every half hour. Since I was tired from only four hours sleep the night before and an early morning flight I went straight to bed. I […] was awaked repeatedly by the blower. This was the third time I stayed in this hotel in the last two months. It is reasonably priced for my business trips. The last two times I visited, the hotel staff "upgraded" my room. I would have liked more desk space for my laptop and printer but, the accomodations were sufficient. I chose this hotel because it was a 5 minute walk to the office where […] I met clients. "Radisson Lexington Hotel in Midtown NYC"
This is a great hotel. The service was very considerate and upgraded my room based on their excess availability and because my room wasn't ready when I arrived to check-in, even though I arrived hours before scheduled check-in time. The quality of the room was very clean and modern. The only drawback is that the wifi is relatively expensive.

This hotel was in a neighborhood of hotels in Midtown. It is within one block of 5 other hotels, so this is a very busy tourist area in midtown. Liked: Great location; 3 blocks from 6 train, 4 blocks from Grand Central and 4,5,6 S, 7 and Metro North trains. Staff was great, room was 140 sq feet, but comfortable and you get to control the temperature […] through the thermostat, a huge plus for me. Disliked: Not much. Pretty good experience. "Slow Internet was an issue but otherwise good stay"
My colleagues and I were very satisfied with our stay for the most part but the internet hindered our ability to get some work done. A very important presentation took hours to upload. "Extremely RUDE - Unbelievable"
On our last day we were accosted in the hallway outside our room by two maids yelling at us saying "You are nasty people, nasty nasty. You have no respect" because there was trash on the floor in our room. It was nothing that was a big deal and our room wasn't cleaned for 4 days prior. A representative at the hotel told us that the maids could not […] be disciplined in any way because they are union workers. So I guess that means the maids can do ANYTHING. They can steal my things or be rude because since they are union workers there are no consequences. I am not comfortable in a hotel that allows employees to have no consequence for their actions. I am on the road about 90 days per year and have NEVER been treated this way in a hotel. I spoke with the general manager of the hotel and he was nice and apologized, but there is still no excuse for any hotel employee to act the way they did. Continua a leggere

We got this room very last minute (the day of) and got a spectacular deal. We signed up for a "petite double" room (my husband and I are pretty small people...so we don't mind the close space), but when he went to check in he requested an upgrade. We got one free of charge. The room was on the 28th floor (you have to take 2 elevators) and was still […] very small, but everything you could need. It had a lovely bathroom, and a small pop-out window that we kept open all night. Minimal noise because we were so high up. I'm used to European hotels, and this room really had that feel (with a bigger bathroom). We loved every second we were there. Lexington Ave. is a great spot to be in.
