Quality Inn South Kendall Kendall

We stayed here for one night while on our way to Key West. So, our necessity was really just the basics, a good place to sleep, clean, and a decent breakfast. The room was mostly clean. The carpet had some stains, but that's to be expected with the price range. One downfall was the Internet key code wouldn't work no matter what you tried. We didn't […] bother calling the office because it was so late in the evening that we didn't think it was worth it. Another downfall was the water pressure was very weak in the shower. So if you plan on washing your hair (if you have long hair like me) you will be there for a while trying to get the shampoo out! The worst thing about the hotel, was the continental breakfast. STAY AWAY from the breakfast! When we walked in the smell made me want to vomit, the eggs looked like cubes of rotten cheese. There was not fresh coffee and only one toaster that three people were waiting to use. We ended up leaving and paying for breakfast down the street.  Other than that the room was in good condition for the price range, and it was close to the highway for those of you who are in transit. The people are very nice. my tv remote did not work but i liked the room. It was clean and I felt comfortable and safe.

It was good for a weekend. Breakfast was excellent .

As a business traveler, the most important features were there for me. A small item that could be improved: more electrical outlets for charging computers, cell phones, etc. Bed and pillows were excellent quality for the main purpose there: sleeping. Location was suitable for my purposes, so it rates better than advertised from me.

Bad overall experience! My non-smoking family was put into a room with an ashtray. Even with the fully-running aircon overnight, all of our clothes in the suitcases smelled a bit of cigarettes! This,itself, gave me the worst experices for the past 18 years or so of dozens of hotels I have stayed in the US(including another Quality Inns). On the other […] hand, the hotel has pretty neat looking infrastructures, yet they are spoiled by the poor management, especially by the front dest ladies. Very friendly staff but room smelt like cigarette smoke and there was quite a bit of road noise.

A few notes, as compared to other others sourrounding (Homestead, Extended Stay Deluxe or Candlewood hotels) of similar price range: Advantages include location at a price of approx. $30 below other hotels. Drawbacks, which may weigh more than just price, includes 1) roomage just about 75% size of other hotels. This is really tight. 2) check in […] time posted on website at 2:00 p.m., not accurate. It's 3:00 p.m. as like many other hotels. 3) A small Refrig. is available with minor added charge of $3/day. 4) The room I stayed got the sink clogged (and I had to use a bowl to contain waste water). 5) Note that when you are way from the room, say going to the beach, The door can be open from outside, by breaking the glass wall right at the door knob, unlatch the door latch from outside, turn the knob and open the door. This Quality Inn is coveniently located, clean, and generally in good condition, but the room had bugs. They were small and only in the bathroom area. I informed management several times but they seemed unable to eliminate the problem. The beds were comfortable and the rooms appear as in the photos. Although Quality Inns are generally good, this hotel was not up to the mark. The room was old, the carpet was thin, the sink had a crack, the toilet did not flush well. The service at the hotel also was not great. The internet didn't work, and when we asked them to fix it, they gave us a technical customer support number to call and figure out! the […] last thing you want to do during a vacation, is get stuck talking to customer support on the phone. the hotel was OK, we came on christmas day, there was nothing to do and the front desk didn't help so much. the bed was very small and not comfortable. the location is great, 5-10 miles from the zoo. there is a supermarket a walking distance,

We stayed in quite a few hotels this trip. Chose this hotel because of its good rating but found it to be worse than others we stayed in which were rated lower in all aspects except for its location. The bathroom door could not be closed. Our baby's clothes got black from crawling on their carpet!!! The night front desk people were friendly..but the […] breakfast lady was not. Convenient location if you are traveling North or south on US1. Ask for discount off rack rate.

It was a quick overnight stay. Very convenient, great restaurants in the area, the staff was very nice. I will definitely come back!

It was very easy to find. Very convenient. Pet friendly. Easy access to shopping malls and restaurants. The staff was very pleasant. Less than 10 miles from Calle Ocho in Little Havana. Close to the Miami Zoo. I recommend this facility to anyone.

rooms are grate , clean , very nice place . breakfast was very good . each bed has 4 small pillows , and i am used to a bigger size so was a little uncomfortable for me but i find the right position after all . location was good , but for us that we gong to the homestead Miami speedway for NASCAR Races was a little far , but was the closest available […] at this time . i will go again if i do not get something close to the track next year Continua a leggere

After a dreadful stay at the Best Western in Key West, for which we paid the same as this hotel, we were quite worried about the state of the Quality Inn. The smiles started to appear on our faces however as we entered reception and were given a lovely welcome (in fact, all front desk staff we dealt with were incredibly friendly), and continued as we […] saw the room. While small, it is clean and well-maintained. The bathroom is tiny and very basic (but again very clean) but the room itself is actually quite nice-looking. We asked for a fridge ($3) at check-in, which was installed before we had even reached the room. Certainly don't stay here for the view, but the location is handy for the airport, The Falls and Dadeland malls and, hurrah, a big Publix literally next door. Free wifi in the room; Internet usage in the lobby is against a fee, but you can print out your online boarding passes (all airlines) for free. Continua a leggere

Hotel bem localizado para acesso aos outlets e rodovias. Afastado do centro, baladas e das praias.
