Ottimo rapporto qualita' prezzo. A 3 minuti a piedi da bus e metro, si raggiunge il centro in 15minuti di passeggiata. Da un lato l' hotel confina con un parco. Ottima colazione a buffet. SPA ben tunuta e pulita, piscina abbastanza grande x nuotare.

L'albergo è interessante, la posizione buona. Unico difetto il costo della colazione presso il ristorante annesso: la qualità è raffinata, ma il prezzo troppo elevato

Questo hotel e' fuori dalla citta' di Amburgo pero' e' molto comodo sia per andare nel mare baltico ,nel mare del nord e sia nella citta' di Amburgo e Lubecca. E' situato sotto una pineta molto tranquilla e poi quando si rientra la sera c'e' la possibilita della piscina o giocare a bowling. Ottima colazione e stanze pulite e comode

Ho apprezzato molto la mia camera singola con un arredamento essenziale e funzionale. Era pulitissima, così come il bagno. La sala colazioni è molto decorosa e viene offerto tutto quello che serve per iniziare bene la giornata. La posizione è comoda: la fermata St. Pauli è vicina e si raggiungono in breve tutti i luoghi più interessanti di Amburgo.

"Great neighborhood full of restaurants"
The hotel room was okay - the service at the front desk was superb! The surrounding neighborhood was great with lots of cosy restaurants, and it is close to the central train station.

I was in a single room in the Relaxa and while my room was small it was perfectly adequate for my needs. The room and bathroom were extremely clean and this is always something I really hope for when visiting hotels. I didn't spend much time in the hotel other than checking-in and sleeping but the staff were all perfectly helpful, and I take the fact […] that I didn't have to go to reception again to change or ask for anything a bonus. "Charme close to Hamburg center"
Nice charming hotel in the old classical building. Close to center of the city. Room (premium) is spaceous, clean and cosy. Breakfast is standard, nothing special. Overall very positive experience.

Ich war überrascht, wie geräumig das Einzelzimmer mit einem größeren Bett (sicherlich 1 Meter breit) war. Auch im Bad war genug Platz.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, es fehlt jedoch eine Klimatisierung. Man kann nämlich nachts das Fenster aufgrund des Strassenlärmes nicht offen lassen. Trotzdem sehr zufrieden.

Cosy and charming hotel, placed between lake Alster and the nice and lively street Langer Reihe, close to the Central station. No extravaganca, but everything in order, nice and clean. Personally I was lucky to get a room with a balcony. The hotel has its own parking places, which is definitely a plus. Breakfast OK, they even serve fish if you like […] that in the morning. "Fint hotell"
Fint hotell, rätt nära Hauptbannhof. Vi bodde i familjerum och det var riktigt stort och rymmligt. Bra restuarang på hotellet och frukosten var god. Heelt OK alltså

2. gang på dette hotel. Igen en rigtig god oplevelse. rengøring i orden. Kig til Alstersøen fra nogen af værelserne. Dejlig morgenmadsbuffet med varieret udvalg. Mulighed for parkering i gård eller i p-kælder mod betaling. Afstand til centrum overkommelig, ca 1000 m til gågade der starter ved hovedbanegården. Dejlig restaurationsgade i gaden bag hotellet. Meget venlig og imødekommende betjening, både i baren, restauranten og receptionen. Beliggenheden er helt i top, hvis man vil bo tæt på Berlins midte, 10 min gang til Alexander Platz. "Relexa Bellevue - fin beliggenhed"
Pænt hotel med go' beliggenhed i f.t. bymidten. Superlækker morgenbuffet til rimelige penge. Man skulle ikke være meget over 180cm for at kunne stå oprejst under bruseren i det værelse, vi boede på. Ellers rent og pænt hotel i roligt nabolag.

Very nice hotel, clean and quiet. There was no free internet in the rooms though, but free internet in the lobby. Service was good, the hotel staff also very nice. The hotel is located right by the Alster, iif you cross the street from the hotel you are at the lake where there is benches and lovely small restaurants. Can recommend this to anybody. "Preis/Leistung stimmt"
Wir waren mit 2 Kindern (9 und 12= gratis) im Hotel und waren überaus zufrieden. Lage an der Alster ist schön, einziger Negativpunkt ist die stark befahrene Strasse und lässt die Öffnung des Fensters über Nacht nicht zu oder man schläft gerne mit den bereitgelegten Ohrstöpseln. Bei geschlossenem Fenster kein Verkehrslärm hörbar (Sommerwärme??). Ein […] Bus zum Hauptbahnhof liegt 5 Min. zu Fuss vom Hotel entfernt. Kleine nette Restaurants in Viertel St. Georg (Lange Reihe) in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Hamburg ist sensationell und könnten uns ein 2. Verweilen im Relexa gut vorstellen. Continua a leggere

"Hotel Bellevue Hamburg, dejlig udsigt over Alster"
Vi havde fornøjelsen at bo på der en søn-tirs og glædede os over beliggenheden, gåafstand til centrum, dejlig udsigt over Alster. Værelser med høj standard og særdeles rummelige. Opmærksom betjening, aftensmad som forventet og super morgenmad, ikke med i værelsesprisen,men dog rimelign 10eur. "Ein wunderschönes Hotel direkt an der Alster!!!"
Das Hotel hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Super nette Rezeption, ein toller geschützter Parkplatz, ein großes Zimmer mit riesigem Bad, super topp sauber, mehr kann man nicht erwarten. Das wird unser Stamm-Hotel in Hamburg. Auf dem Bett für unsere Tochter saß eine kleine Robbe, in die sie sich sofort verliebt hat. Zum Frühstück (meinem Geburtstag) […] wurde uns eine kleine Torte mit Kerzen serviert. Also wirklich, so süß und nett. Das haben wir noch in keinem Hotel erlebt. 1000 % Empfehlung!!!! "service lässt zu wünschen übrig"
der service entspricht nicht lage und ausstattung des hotels. hatte 3 nächte gebucht. in der zweiten nacht war wegen eines "pfeifenden" schrank-safes im zimmer an schlaf nicht zu denken. zwar wurde das problem durch den haustechniker am morgen behoben (leere batterie in der safe-technik), jedoch kein wort der entschuldigug bzw. entschädigungs-angebot […] durch die hotelleitung. deshalb hier ein mehr als deutliches minus.
