Vicino all'autostrada discreta struttura per una notte, reception dentro al casino, un parcheggio separa l'edificio delle camere dal casino, io ero ai piani superiori per cui il mio giudizio è discreto, al piano terra... non voglio pensarci... Per una notte di passaggio è ottimo, per più notti solo se sei un giocatore, il casino mi è sembrato molto pittoresco! Near Highway just for one night if you are not a player, reception inside casino, casino very strage but very nice.

"Good for the price."
I have to travel to Reno once a year and this is the first time I didn't stay at one of the big more expensive hotels. Clean rooms, free wifi ( very slow-no streaming) and coffee and pastries in the morning. Beds were very hard so I wasn't that comfortable. Biggest complaint was not hotels fault. Lots of construction of freeways around hotel so there […] was no entrance or exit going east on 80. So the only real way to get around was city streets which made slow going and got lost several times. Wish there was a heads up about this. "In a bad neighborhood"
It was the worst ever! People living around are yelling at each other fighting early in the morning. The covers looks so eeky like they haven't changed it. It they only change the white cover not the thicker ones on top, so people have been using it over and over.

my stay was very nice the only thing is the construction next to the hotel but that has nothing to do with the service i received from the staff at the days inn very polite and helpful i would recommend it to family and friends

Guest service is horrible. They make you come get all your own towels, iron and ironing board if needed. Keep in mind the office is over 100 yards from the rooms. That's a long way to walk in the snow. Wi-Fi doesn't work and the rooms are very small. It's manageable if you’re a bachelor. Not recommended for the sophisticated couple.

Hotel was ok very basic. tried to use internet, unable to connect but had many problems with my computer after trying it at the hotel's website. Took me 4 days to get their home page out of my computer. I would think that a better hotel for the same price would be available in a city like Reno

The bed was supported on the frame with 1" conduit or steel pipes that were exposed - fortunate that my wife didn't cut her feet. The bedspread smelled of BO and one of the pillows smelled of urine.

The basics of accomodation were met. The proximity of the hotel to railway tracks was a source of disturbance through the night. Guests in adjacent rooms created a disturbance commencing a 4AM.

"Days Inn- Reno, NV"
Cheap budget hotel. Way too close to freeway. Noise from freeway kept us up all night.

The Hotel itself was ok. A little overpriced . The other guests were allowed to bbq and create the biggest mess I have ever seen in the parking lot. The smell of crab, shrimp and trash the next day was overwhelming. Close access to down town despite all the construction. I would return but not as a first choice.

SO WE STAYED HERE FOR MY WEDDING NIGHT AND THE BED WAS SO CONFORTABLE AND THE SHEETS SO SOFT. MY CHILDREN GOT TO WATCH CARTOON AND PLAY OUTSIDE. THE MAINTANANCE WOMEN THERE WERE VERY POLITE AND EVERYTHING I ASKED FOR THEY GAVE ME. IF I EVER GO TO RENO AGAIN I WILL STAY THERE PLUS IT IS RIGHT OFF THE FREEWAY .
"Lumpy Beds and Loud Parties"
My husband and I stayed for just one night...and that was one night too many. At very first glance, the room looked alright. But as we were unpacking, more and more things came to light, such as: it makes absolutely no sense to provide a coffee maker and coffee - yet no coffee pot. There was a condom on the floor next to one of the beds that had been […] hidden by the bedspread. Thank goodness it was unopened and still in the packaging. The beds were both so incredibly lumpy it was impossible to sleep. And yes...the noise from the freeway was loud...but the people throwing the wild party all night out on the balcony and in front of our door were much louder. We will never stay here again. "Don't stay here"
It was a non-smoking room that wreaked of smoke, bloodstain on the sheet and when I mentioned it to the clerk, it was "oh well!" I told her I could tell she didn't care and she didn't. The bed was comfortable but the whole stay was discouraging and people were lingering outside. I didn't feel safe.

The neighborhood looked run down and the carpet was crusty. I think whoever does their carpet cleaning leaves a lot of soap in the carpet which of course attracts a lot of dirt...

"disappointed"
the hotel was dingy and the carpet frayed. The walls were in poor condition, there was not a refrigerator or a ice machine any where to be found. I would not recommend it to anyone. The check in staff were nice and quick.

"Nice place to stay"
We decided at the last minute to go to Reno with the family, and this was the most inexpensive place and closest to downtown that we found. We weren't expecting much, and were pleasantly suprised. It is nothing fancy, just a clean, safe, quiet place to stay. It's close enough to downtown to walk(about 15 minutes), but far enough away from all the craziness […] and NOISE. "Price was cheap BUT"
free breakfast...ha.....just cinnamon rolls and coffee no cold cereal or milk. orange juice didn't taste good. They put us next to freeway so it was very noisy.

"Old and run down"
Hotel is right next to the freeway....easy to get to. However...it has seen much better days. Only one ice machine worked out of four available, the hallways were very dingy and dirty, and the water in the shower was lukewarm at best. They advertise a "breakfast buffet" But it was little more then some stale pastries and warm coffee. Staff was friendly […] though. Reasonably clean. Better than other low price motels. Continental breakfast was skimpy. Nice to have the use of an elevator. I would stay here again.

The room STUNK, it smelled like it was just sprayed with a cheap air freshener to make it a NO SMOKING room. The entry door area was filty -foot prints/etc on both inside and outside. No mini fridge (room disc stated mini fridge in room), TV very poor, could not really watch it static/snow. 2- cheap loves of bread (white/wheat) put out out for breakfast […] with some sorry looking danishish, no milk/juice. Not fancy or updated, but for the price it met my needs. The bed was okay, the room was okay, the desk service was okay, the continental breakfast was nothing to write home about, but the tea was there and the coffee was there and there were danishes and toast.

because the location is very near the highway, so it is very noisy in the room. And my room there is something wrong with the water outlet, after you have a bath, it is full of water in the bath. You should wait for a whole night untill it get out. Other things are fine.
Hotel was convienent to where we needed to be. We were on the side closest to the freeway and it was LOUD! No microwave or fridge as in other days inns. Breakfast was also a little smaller than at other days inns.

"Not What They Advertise"
The hotel is not good for the price. When i booked this hotel, i called hotels.com and specifically asked 2 rooms with 2 queen beds in each room. I confirm this also via email and a day before my check to verify if i indeed have 2 queen beds. We arrived and the room amenities were good for the price e.g. with refrigerator, microwave, safe etc but their […] beds were small. I looks like a full size bed and not a queen size. I was very dissappointed. In addition, there were dirt and trash just the side and under the bed. I didn't feel that the room was sanitized and clean enough. "Don't stay here! But please Read!"
We checked in on new year's eve and was given room 223. It was cold out and out door (when closed) had a 1.5 inch gap in the jam, letting all the cold air in; additionally the heater was from the turn of the century and didn't work at all. Then they moved us to room 333 where everything was fine until we wanted to clean up/take a shower. Guess what? […] NO hot water. Maintinance couldn't fix it, front desk attributed it to all the hot water being used by other guests. So we waited 3 hours; still icy cold. After that they unlocked another guests room and told us to shower in there!!! Then at checkout they had the nerve to charge us a $20 fee for loosing a door key. Tryed to get a refund, comp, or discount, but they stonewalled me, total B.S. Continua a leggere
"It's a totally basic, well broken in hotel."
It's exactly what you'd expect it to be. It's not like you walk into the room and think, wow, this is a great hotel! That said, everything was in working order, the bed was more or less comfortable. I thought the pillows were flat and hard, but my girlfriend didn't mind them. Shower water pressure was decent. The provided soap was crap, but that's […] normal.
