il mio soggiorno nell'hotel airport inn e stato buono, siamo stati prelevati dall'aeroporto che e molto vicino all'hotel e poi riportati alla fine del soggiorno. e in periferia di salt lake city ma come esci dal'albergo c'e la fermata del bus 550 che ti porta in centro e in stazione. ho avuto difficoltà con la lingua perche nessuno oarlava italiano ma mi e stato utile per imparare almeno qualche parola..... hotel molto pulito e utilizzo della piscina che trovi nella holl sottostante. camera grande con letti a due piazze comodi, tutto sommato accettabile se uno non e un tipo sofisticato quindi lo consiglio sia per la qualità che per il prezzo.

Servizio di navetta gratuito da e per aereoporto. Appena arrivi chiami l'hotel dai telefoni gratuiti dell'aereoporto e in 10 minuti ti vengono a prendere.Ottimo

"Comodo per la vicinanza all'aeroporto di LAX"
Assenza della navetta per l'aeroporto, ma senvizio autobus molto vicino. Parcheggio gratuito e sorvegliato con videocamera. Frequentato da clientela rumorosa. Internet gratis alla lolbby, wireless funziona male. Comodo per la vicinaza all'aeroporto, a circa 18 km dallla Wlak of frames, a circa 18Km da Santa Monica. "Royal Garden Inn - Salt Lake City"
Free shuttle from the airport a definite plus. Hotel staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the downtown Salt Lake City sites. Very reasonably prices and the room was clean and quiet.
"Experience"
When we first got to our room the light in the bathroom was not working, then later in the evening the guest that were in the room above us were very loud and the only thing the night clerk would suggest was changing our room- it was 2 in the morning and this was not going to work for us. It was not until 4 in tthe morning that the guest had a big fight […] and finally left. "Great value"
The hotel was within walking distance of the Salt Palace, Temple Square, Energy Solutions events center, etc. It was a very good value for my business travel. I was particularly pleased that Wifi and parking was included--unlike some hotels that only provide these services for extra fees.

"poor service"
i was not at all satisfied with the service of this hotel. I checked in late at night after a long trip. When I got to my room, I had to call as the curtain was goofed up and I couldn't get it to close all the way. The next day discovered half of the stations on the tv didn't work well. Lots of little irirtating things. I won't stay here again.

"Good spot, reasonable rates, good location"
A little older hotel, which is good. My favorite hotel in Salt Lake City. Bigger than average rooms, large breakfast area - not crammed like some newer places, good food. Not 5 star, but who cares, great value for your buck without the frills I don't ever use. This was my 3rd stay, and not my last. Good pool, decent beds, no complaints. "Had higher hopes"
There were stains on the chair and the front desk person was not at all nice about anything once she knew we were not staying. Noises all around - loud.

Room was clean, but mattress was very hard. Had difficulty sleeping due to hard mattress.

This is most definitely a "last resort / no other option" property in SLC. The room was in poor repair, smelled musty and not fresh, as if it hadn't been properly cleaned after a water leak or accidental spill. Heat & A/C didn't work. Bed was not comfortable. "ROYAL Garden Inn - book with caution"
This property is in desperate need of renovation. Room condition in general is run down and not welcoming. Heating/AC didn't work, so a rather dodgy portable heater and extra blankets were provided. Not much 'good' to say, except maybe "the parking lot was nice."
The hotel was advertised with a microwave, fridge, hairdryer and iron in every room along with free internet. We had NO fridge, NO microwave, No iron or hairdryer and NO internet. When I complained or asked about those items the clerk was rude. Housekeeping never came unless we asked them to. I had to go to the front desk in order to get toilet paper! "not 2 blocks from the convention center"
As I recall they advertised to be 2 blocks from the convention center. Not. More like 4 1/2. Mold in the shower, hotel lobby was nasty dirty, indoor/outdoor carpeting outside was worn & torn. "You get what you pay for"
The first room had a strong mildew smell. They quickly gave me a second room it was fine. I don't mind staying in hotels like this when I travel by myself, but I wouldn't stay here if I had family or co-workers with me. On a good note, the breakfast was better than I expected.

Hotel with excellent price. Personnel is very friendly and helpful. Quiet at night. Breakfast not overwhelming, but okay. Free Parking. Hotel is located within walking distance to city center, temple and convention center.
I spent 3 days here. Ill be honest, I was nervous at first based on the negative reviews I read, but went ahead with my stay anyway because it was inexpensive. I can honestly say I was pleasantly surprised. Its about a block and a half from TRAX, which was a blessing because I used public transportation during my stay. Convenient also were plenty of […] local restaurants within walking distance. Check-in was a breeze and the lady at the desk was nice. I arrived at the SLC airport at 12:45pm and was allowed to check in with no problem before the usual 3pm check in time. Big plus for me because I didnt want to lug around a suitcase. I booked a non-smoking king size bed room. It was clean when I entered and it included a rather comfy chair/ottoman combination, so I wasnt stuck sitting on the bed the entire time. Yeah, the decor was a bit dated, but it was doable. Being a woman alone in an unfamiliar city, I did not once have any cause for alarm about my safety while staying here. I should note that the pool was not open yet for the season, so I did not utilize it. I also did not utilize the breakfast either, so I cant comment on how that was. My only complaint was that the hotel did not notify me beforehand when they had to shut off the water to the entire building I was in to repair another room's plumbing problem. Notification would have been appreciated. All in all, I had an enjoyable stay and didnt go broke doing it. Id stay here again. Continua a leggere
"Terrible"
Not far from downtown so it was an easy walk, but there was no A/C, no fan. Asked for a fan and they brought it to us. Could hear the upstairs people most of the night. Always ask for top floor if you stay here. Bathroom counter cracked, faucet ready to come out of wall in shower. Beds hard.....breakfast terrible.

"Metropolitan Inn"
From the vet beginning the power was out, so we sat outside & waited a while. Finally I pulled up my confirmation email & the clerk let us in. We had to turn the shower on to heat the room. The breakfast is far under par. Way way far. The room had half of what a Super 8 does and the Royal Garden Inn located right by them puts them to shame. "Excellent location for skiing utah resorts"
Handy to all interstates leading to all ski resorts and right next door is a sports shop selling discount lift tickets. Clean and comfortable with satisfactory daily breakfast, internet and great price. will be back next year, as I was last year.

We were very disappointed in the room. Every door had black finger prints on it. The ceiling in the bathroom was coming down. One of the tissue holders was broken & laying on the back of the toilet. The drawer handle on the nightstand between the beds was covered with something nasty and sticky. The room was very small for 2 beds, a table & two chairs. […] Very crowded! My friend and I were happy with the location, but the room itself was very lacking. The check-in was a joke and there was no parking, at all! The concierge wasnt at all helpful about suggesting other places to park. He was very rude. The tiles were falling off of the wall in the shower and there was mold on the walls and someone (perhaps even a few […] guests ago) had muddy hands and had literally smudged the entire bathroom wall. "Royal Garden Inn Hotel in Salt Lake City , Utah"
The first room we were assigned was in poor condition. The reading lights did not work. The AC unit made lots of noise when running. The ceiling where the vent was looked like there had been water damage many times over the years and badly repaired. The toilet seat was broken. The room just looked old and smelled musty. So I decided to ask for another […] room and the clerk at the front desk was very accomodating. We moved to another room closer to the main lobby and it was in better shape. The only thing was the fan on the AC unit did not work. The heater was fine. The walls are paper thin so we heard T.V's all around us and I could even hear the man next door snoring. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. The main problem was that the water would not stay warm long enough for even a very quick shower. The breakfast was not very good either. Some fruit or yogurt would have been good.

Hotel needs to be upgraded. Breakfast area wasn't the cleanliness and the food selections were very low. For example, there were no meat sand fresh fruits.
"Royal Garden-Don't go for the pool/spa"
The hotel was nice in the fact that you could sleep there but the showers were cool, not hot and there wasn't a hot tub that was usable. Knowing the pool/hot tub were out of use, due to season or otherwise it might have changed our choice in hotel. I'm glad that I didn't pay that much for this due to the breakfast was all carbs and no fruit and there […] was not hot tub and the shower was not a hot one either. The one front desk person seemed not real willing to help either. She kind of acted like I was bothering her with my question. Just a little bit of friendliness is all I ask. the personal was very nice, they checked me in very fast with a smile, the breakfast was good, our room was clean. I would stay there again when I am in town.

I was skeptical when booking this hotel after reading the prior reviews. I am also skeptical to write to good of a revevue as I don't want the place to become to popular. Overall it was clean.
