The level of service at this Hyatt Place was OUTSTANDING! We were greeted by Phil at the front desk who was very personable. When we went to bring our luggage in, a luggage cart was not available. Phil immediately stepped-up and helped run all of our luggage back and forth to our room. He gave suggestions for dining in the area, as well as wonderful […] attractions. The hotel and it's amenities were very nice. The King bedroom/suite was amazing. It was very comfortable. There was a nice seating area in the room that had a corner couch/sofa. The minifridge had a decent amount of space as well. The staff were helpful and friendly and there was also 24/7 services for food within the hotel. Families with hockey players in a tournament and a zillion OSU Buckeye fans filled the hotel--a sea of scarlet and gray over the weekend. Everyone was in good humor, and the kids were well behaved. "Great Hotel!"
Our room and the service was wonderful! We walked into our room and saw a king size bed, huge flat screen TV, and a large wrap around sofa that pulls out into a bed. The room was very large and clean with plenty of towels and blankets. There was breakfast provided in the morning and it was lovely! Overall really enjoyed stay but would make a few suggestions. Toilet area/shower room way too small. Unclog shower drain, have low light setting or offer nightlights for guests to borrow for children, get more help for breakfast preps & improve pool area...Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

The room was very nice ...the bathroom was way too tight..you could hardly fit in the tub/stool area. A large person couldn't have maundered in that small of space. It was hard to shut the door.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com
