The hotel is one of the worst places I have stayed in and I travel a lot. Hallways smelled and room smelled of mold and mildew. Carpets where disgusting and have not been cleaned for a long time. The location was perfect in relation to the business I had to take care of in nearby Bealeton. There were plenty of places to eat and shop along Broadview. The staff was friendly, informative and efficient; though, the hotel itself had just a couple of repair issues. Can not get over stench of smoke while walkin through hallways. A pretty crummy place but depending on what you plan on using it for and how much you're paying it can be a decent value. Definitely not a place you want to be in other than taking a shower and sleeping, did have a fridge and a safe which was nice.

Surprisingly unpleasant. non-smoking room was in a hotel that was smoke filled; heating was poor and ice cold when we walked in, and even with the heater on full alll night, it did not heat up much. We were not told to keep key cards in their envelopes and away from cell phones so we had to go to the office late on a cold night to get them reactivated. Also the WiFi (the reason we chose this motel) was a weak signal. The atmosphere overall was a little on the shabby side.

I was very satisfied with this hotel. We were staying one night in Warrenton, VA. The hotel was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. Was okay, have stayed before, and will stay again. They have some plumbing issues with regards to the slow drains in the tub and sink. First night there was no toliet paper, oversight I am sure. Otherwise a nice stay. Great location close to store, and places to eat!

The two women working the front desk were very hospitable. Unfortunately that was the only nice thing I have to say about my stay. The comforter was... intimidating to say the least. It was covered in cigarette burns but the room was non-smoking. Up next, the smell of the hotel was like smack in the face. We stay in hotels all the time and NEVER complain. In fact we usually think that the people who complain on these reviews are over-dramatic brats. That said, this hotel and staff needs to step their game up! We left one night earlier than we paid for because we didnt want to deal with the staff anymore. The cleaning staff stood outside our door, having […] a LOUD, profanity laced conversation yelling up and down the hall before I got up (before 8am) to ask them to be respectful of the fact that we had a 6yr old. They were apologetic and quieted down, but c'mon! Why do you need to be asked to not swear yell?! My daughter was all upset because she said she saw a mouse when she got up to go to the bathroom. If we weren't so tired we would have left. Check in took forever and its usually super fast with expedia. I asked the front desk about WIFI she didn't really give me a straight answer. The hotel is full of construction workers and i guess they are regulars because every carpet was full of dirt. I had to wear shoes in the rooms because the carpet was […] so dirty. Front Desk was very nice and helpful. Our room was clean, except for the carpeting which was a bit scary. I wore my flip flops in the room to be safe. Bathroom was clean and nice, fridge worked without making to much noise. Hallways were a bit warm, but I discovered the dryers for the linen were also on the same floor and most likely contributed to […] that. well i asked 4 different times if there was parking for a car trailer because we were coming for Dukefest was told yes everytime we get there and there wasnt had to park in burger king's lot...rooms were some what clean still had hair on the sheets and bedspread had yellow stain and smelled of urine " thank goodness i always take my own bedding" there […] was pet hair on carpet by the wall...but it was close to where we were going..as we were taken our belongings to our truck on check out day my husband grabbed the banister and it fell off the wall. We arrived at 2 are room was not ready, we went to lunch came back room still not ready, told the front desk people I have to have a room I need to be showered and dressed to leave by 4:30 it is now after 3. They gave me another room which I was suppose to have a smoking room this was non smoking, no ash trays. Air conditioner was leaking on the floor […] the rug was wet on my side of the bed. The hotel was not bad except for the fact that their housekeeping does not know how to do their job. Our room had dirt on the floor from the last people who used the room and all housekeeping did was make the bed. When I complained I was told all rooms were booked. And housekeeping never came and cleaned the room the whole weekend we were there.

The air conditioning at this hotel was very poor. We stayed on a day that was over 95 degrees and they had not turned the air conditioning on it the room all day. We had to leave the room for 30 minutes just to allow the air conditioning to somewhat cool the room in order to make it bearable.

The lady up front when we arrived was in a god awful mood. She answered the phones yelling. She received personal calls while I tried checking in. She was talking about personal matters and yelling that the boss man was there and not happy. After finally getting our room, we witnessed the bossman. He was helpful finding out room. Hotel is located in a nice area right down the street from civilization. Conveinent for travel to other major cities. Hotel staff was a little off-putting (looks-wise), but they were polite and helpful. This is not your average Howard Johnson- here a room is a room. You will not get the "cozy closeness of home" like at some others.
