Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 25 dic 2012Ho soggiornato una notte in questo albergo nel mio viaggio attraverso gli states e sono stata colpita piacevolmente dalla cortesia del personale in reception e dalla camera silenziosa, pulita, spaziosa e dotata di ogni comfort. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo direi! E nei dintorni abbiamo pure trovato un tipico locale texano dove abbiamo mangiato a meraviglia!

I am very disappointed because lack of communication I was not allowed my points to be added to my club membership. I booked 3 rooms for 2 nights my room did not get clean I had to go get clean towels empty my own trash can go get trash bags. I stayed at this hotel with my family and it was a wonderful experience the staff was nice the breakfast was okay and it was clean. Unfortunately she also must serve as a maintenance man as they don't seem to staff a maintenance man on weekends or extra help when they are booked to capacity. "Overall a decent experience"
It's not the best place we've ever stayed at for the price but overall we were pleased. It was clean. There was smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway but that's not really the hotel's fault, rather the guests who feel that they must smoke indoors (GROSS). The elevator is loud but does it's job. The tub in our room was slow to drain so that was gross […] standing in the shower with water up to my ankles, however we forgot to let the front desk know about it. Tub could use a little updating. Breakfast was okay. My fruit was gross and the eggs were a bit plasticky but my kids liked it. Sausage was the only edible food for me. My husband had the oatmeal and was pleased. I've had better breakfast at hotels at this price range, but it was free so I shouldn't complain. We chose this hotel over the others in walking distance due to the indoor pool. It was a little too cold for us but we enjoyed the hot tub, it wasn't too hot for my kiddos to enjoy for a short while. We appreciated the towels that were available in the pool area. There are about 6 hotels all within walking distance from each other, if it weren't for the indoor pool, we probably would have chosen one of the other hotels. Overall, we were pleased with our stay, there were no major problems, just little petty things that we are picky about. Location is good, the mall is walking distance, as well as a few restaurants. We had a small bday sleep over at this hotel and we really enjoyed it. It was comfortable and great for the occasion. The manager on duty--I wish I could remember her name--was so nice! She was super busy and running back and forth between fixing breakfast and working the front desk. The Country Inn was a pleasant surprise and a very good value for the DFW area. Among the surprises were: 24-hour coffee service with a choice of 3 blends, a 24-hour free breakfast area with variety rivaling a restaurant, an indoor pool and hot tub, and free wi-fi service with access to a printer. We found the hotel to be very clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice. The breakfast was good. The breakfast lady made my mom some scrambled eggs on a day they weren't on the menu and when we came down and saw them, she made some for us too. Price was good and they were renovating rooms while we were there. (meaning updating not that it bothered […] us.) the entrance was not well marked and somewhat hard to find at night, but once you knew where to turn, not too hard. Very upset that I made reservation month and half prior for smoking room and when checked in all smoking rooms were taken. Told they would move me the next day. Had to wait around all morning for room to be ready and then they didn't even help us move to new room. "Would choose a different hotel next time"
Hotel a little inconvenient to get to. We were 'upgraded' to a suite because they over-booked the type of room we requested (two queen beds, nonsmoking on 1st floor). Clerk said she didn't have any more rooms like what we requested. The "suite" (3rd floor) had a king bed with a fold out couch and a set of french doors between the two rooms. It was very […] small and the hallway smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. I went back downstairs and told the clerk this was not going to work; I wanted two queen beds away from the stinch of smoke. She (surprisingly) found a room on the 1st floor with 2 queen beds. . . exactly what I'd requested! Not sure why I didn't get this room to begin with! The rooms need to be updated...we had broken floor tile in the bathroom and rusted railing. The indoor pool is extremely small but served its purpose for the kids. I will stay in one of the other hotels in the area next time. I didn't like it that there was a room available exactly like we requested and we were told otherwise.
