Albergo non era quello che aspettavamo. Il secondo giorno ci avevano bloccato la porta e quando ero andata a vedere perchè, ci avevano risposto che il mio bambino di 5 anni faceva troppo rumore e di cercare di tenerlo quieto. Così sentendo ci siamo un bel pò disturbati e abbiamo cambiato albergo dopo la prima notte. we had a great time and will definitely go back again. The only thing I would like is an iphone docking station(so many hotels have them now, I expect to see them, they are a great plus and very convient). Definitely older hotel. Needs more outlets or accessibility to outlets. We travel with phones, iPads, E-readers and other devices that need charging. The rooms are recently updated. New TV, bedding and heaters. But not all rooms so be sure to ask. We stayed 2 nights and were comfortable enough to come back later in the week and stay 2 more. On our first stay the room was fully updated and very comfortable. On our second stay the room was "mostly" updated. the heater was the only part that was old. […] It worked very well, especially considering it was well below 0 outside. But it never turned off on its own. had to get up during the night to turn it off cause it was too hot then on again in the morning cause too cold. The first room the heater was new and had digital control. I will stay here again but I will ask for a fully updated room. Everything else was great from the breakfast to the staff. The hotel is not what I expected. it was clean and the staff were very polite. However the atmosphere was a bit shady. Not a place I would want to walk around at night by myself. the rooms were very clean, bed was extremely comfortable, shower water was nice and hot and the people working the front desk were extremely pleasant and helpful. i would refer this hotel to anybody. Thank you so much.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

"Awesome hotel"
This hotel was very well kept, and the staff was very friendly. I arrived pretty late to check in but they still had my room. There was no problem with the reservations that I had placed online. In the lobby they had a computer that you could use to access the internet and they even had a printer so you could print out anything you need free of charge […] while on your trip. The breakfast in the morning had a plethora of choices and was free of charge as well. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again if I was ever in the chicagoland area again.
