Mi sono fidato delle recensioni prima di scegliere questo hotel e devo dire che non sono rimasto deluso. La posizione è veramente ottima, vicino ad un grande centro commerciale all'aperto con vari negozi e ristoranti. L'atmosfera non è quella tipica dei grandi alberghi, ma più vicina a quella di un residence. Elevata la pulizia. Il servizio manutenzione, che abbiamo dovuto chiamare per un piccolo problema con il condizionatore, è rapido ed efficiente. Molto gradito il parcheggio gratis. Un po' scarsi i prodotti trovati nel bagno: abbiamo dovuto far richiesta dello shampoo.

Che bello! bed e breakfast veramente accogliente. Ambiente caldo e molto rilassante. Padroni di casa molto discreti ma disponibili e gentili. Park gratuito a un minuto. Colazione abbondante, snack e frutta a disposzione durante il giorno. Ottima biancheria da letto e da bagno. La camera Laguna beach è un pò piccola con letto queen,ma noi siamo stati benissimo. E' un bel quartiere ma decentrato meglio l'auto.

Molto gentili, camere un pò spartane ma pulite e spaziose. Colazione al piano terra ma "in piedi" o ai tavoli fuori se il tempo è ok. Park gratuito a due passi. Vicinissimo al Kodak . Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Tornerei sicuramente

I have very little good to say about this hotel. I expected more of any hotel, especially a Sheraton. I made a reservation for a room with four people and our closet of a bathroom had three towels. Neither phone in the room worked. The hotel entrance has a gate which will give you a ticket that must then be validated by the front desk. They didn't tell […] us that until we were trying to get out and I had to run back as my friends sat in the car at the gate. THERE IS NO HOT TUB, just FYI. "Great location and confort"
The bedroom was spacious. They have a pool, which did not use but its big and can do laps. Bed was comfortable,we used the AC and it was quiet.

Nice room overall but there was no table and chairs to sit in while in the room...the hotel opted to provide a desk and one office chair instead. Just for does who enjoy peace and quiet...yes you could hear the freeway and city noise but is there any hotel in LA where you would not hear that?

As I understood the fee was besides the daily rate, but if you don't park inside the facility there is nowhere else to park!! Obviously I missed the fine print!!! I don't think I'll be staying there again

The room was small but comfortable. I was grateful for the refrigerator in the room because I have a 2 year old with a ravenous milk habit! The must have been some repair work going on in the rooms above me though because all I could hear all day was thumping and banging and what sounded like hammering going on up there. Convenient location when we visit our Westside LA friends. Newly remodeled hotel was sharp. Newly remodeled mall across the street was high class. We had a bit of trouble controlling the room temperature.

"Decent Place"
There isn't anything special about this hotel really. The rooms are on the small side and the prices are a bit higher than what I expect from a hotel that really isn't much better than a decent motel. That said, there isn't anything wrong with it either except the smallish rooms. If I have another business meeting within a mile, I might stay here again, […] but I wouldn't search this place out. "Sheraton in Culver City"
It is very convenient. For many years we have used this location most of the time. However, there are times when we have to take a better price because this hotel's prices seem to increase more than it used to. We are always happy to come to this location. However, this time the bed was not as comfortable. I'm so used to your old beds but this one was […] like hay. Hope you go back to the old ones because we also hate the sleep number mattress. Everything else was great other than the mix up with the breakfast. The young lady at the desk told me continental breakfast was free. At least that's what I heard and no one bothered to tell us that it wasn't until we started eating. Well everyone is entitled to a mistake and otherwise she was extremely helpful. So, after all the years we have been coming here I think you are still one of our favorite places to stay and if the bathrooms were any larger we would probably move in! Merry Christmas! "Cordiality of staff commendable / room amenities."
Very clean and pretty aspect upon first opening door to room. Comfortable look of bed immediately offered a much-needed snug-as-a-bug in a rug good night's rest after a hectic week and necessity to get to the airport rather early the next morning. Overall, it was an okay stay. We were disappointed that there wasn't a shuttle to/from the airport and that the WIFI system was down a lot. After two days it was discovered that there was an electrical problem with a lamp in our room that kept shorting out the electricity and preventing us from using our breathing machines. "Service done wrong!"
I started by trying to check in early which we couldn't do (not a problem). I asked them to make sure we had the double queen beds we reserved since it was 2 guys splitting the cost and would not be able to return to check in until 11:00pm. When we came in at around 11:30 the girl at the desk seemed annoyed that we interrupted her phone call on the […] hotel phone and her texting on her cell phone. Ofcourse she said they gave our room away and only had a single queen. When I said that doesn't work she explained how roomy a queen is. We did ask for a rollaway but that's not what we paid for. When we got in our room the air conditioner didn't work and the windows wouldn't open. We found me another room at the double tree which is a much better hotel. Continua a leggere

I am disappointed to hear that when you came to check in late in the evening, we did not have any rooms with two bed available.I understand that we did have a room for you but not with two beds. The attitude of the Associate who checked you in that day was an unacceptable behavior and is never tolerated. Any personal phone calls or usage of a cell phone is not allowed during work hours. I am deeply sorry that this happen to you at all. We have investigated your concerns and have taken actions where appropiate. All of our guests are valued and important to our hotel. We take it personally when when our guest satisfaction standards are not conveyed to our guests. Once again,we are disappointed that we did not live up to your expectations. Please accept this letter as as gesture of goodwill and apology for your incoveniences.

This hotel is in a good location - right off the freeway. It's close to the airport and to Venice Beach. Universal Studios was a bit of a drive because of the traffic. My family stayed there for our trip to Los Angeles, since hotels in Hollywood or Beverly Hills were too expensive. We arrived at 1am for check-in but that was no problem. The wifi and […] the computer in the business centre were slow and unreliable. The front desk was okay with questions about directions or local attractions, but I wouldn't say helpful. The staff was excellent--very accommodating, very helpful and very polite. They printed out directions, made recommendations for meals and assisted with my laptop Internet problems. A fuse blew in our room and they sent maintenance up to fix it in minutes. "Old Hotel"
I was very disappointed with this hotel. It was more like a 2 to 2.5 star than a 3. It felt like they took a 2 star and thought they could upgrade it to a 3 by changing the bed. Everything else was old/run down, like the bathroom, windows, A/C, TV. The bathroom ceiling and walls had patches like it was being repaired. The phone wasn't plugged when I […] tried to call that the air conditioner wasn't working. The window was old that you could hear the freeway noise. It's parallel to the 405. My room key didn't work twice so had to wait to get replaced. I only stayed one night and felt cheated. The few positive is that Culver City is a cute small city with a nice street of restaurants, the hotel is near a new mall, and convenient to the 405 freeway. However I will not return to this hotel. "Decent Family-oriented Hotel"
For those of you working (like me) during your stay, there's a nice little neighborhood park two blocks away with a good running trail encircling the park, and stations for various calisthenics. Clearly preferred by the locals, had a good vibe. Pickle ball (like tennis, only smaller court) courts, big field, nice feel.
"Four Points worked"
This was a good hotel for what we needed. The only complaint my wife and I had was that it took about four swipes with the room card to get the door to unlock. Other than that we had a nice stay.
"Four Points by Sheraton, not so Sheraton"
First night I stayed here, ended up discovering the bed was wet and found a patch of wet pee still there underneath my bedsheet, i have to get up and took a shower again at midnight and couldn't sleep on that bed at all. Cleanliness is very poor in this case.

I had the 'do not disturb' sign on my door, but the housekeeper proceeded to knock on my door for about 5 minutes. I didn't feel well, but finally got up and went to the door. The housekeeper asked if I wanted my room cleaned. I told her that I didn't feel good and was trying to sleep - and that I had my do not disturb sign on my door, hoping to sleep […] and feel better in a couple of hours. "Excellent Location!"
Excellent location for what I needed to do! It gave me easy access to the 405 fwy, and that's what I was looking for! Although the room was a bit small - it was clean & the bed was very comfortable! If you're looking for a reasonable spot to get to Marina Del Rey & Venice Beach this is definitely it - Only $10 per nite for parking....that's not bad […] at all. The Staff was great! "Very disapointing"
I was very disappointed in my stay. While it was only one night the facilities were not up to working quality and the attention was dismal. The TV at night had a buzzing sound which made it impossible to watch. The sheets were scratchy. The blow dryer in the bathroom barely had any power and the air conditioning unit did not seem to be cold enough. […] My dining experience was terrible. It took forever for the wait staff to acknowledge our presence. We ordered a chicken fettuccine and a salmon salad. The pasta came in and the salmon salad was fishy and had rotten strawberries. I sent the salad back and asked for cheese for the pasta and asked for a soup. It took another 15 minutes to get the cheese and another 10 for the cold soup to arrive. At the end the waiter Edwin pressed me to serve me the salad. I had completely lost my appetite. At night the guests were in the hall drunk and making a raucous and after 15 minutes when I called the front desk I asked for someone to look into the matter I was responded with a curt " what do you want me to do" I will never stay at this place again Continua a leggere

"Great location and good value."
The facility was dated and the room was small. However, the hotel is in a great location, close to the Airport, Freeways and across the street from the Westfield Mall. There are ample dining choices at the Mall and a small strip mall just up the hill with additional dining choices. The $10 per day parking fee with easy in/out was reasonable for the […] area. "Four Points Culver City"
Very convenient location for what I had to do in LA - just a bummer there was no internet service at all (not in the rooms or the business office) so I was unable to do the computer-tasks I had scheduled for myself

Breakfast isn't worth having and paying 15 USD for it. Housekeeping knocks on your door though you put a sign.

My only disappointment was that I purchased a king, and when I arrived they told me i could only have a double. Just a "too-bad" for what you ordered reply from them too. "Four Points by Sheraton West Side"
This hotel is very convenient to my sister and brother in law's house in LA and I have stayed there a number of times. The rooms are small but clean. King size bed was comfy enough. $10 parking fee per day which didnt bother me too much since the rate was good. Not much to see in the surrounding neighborhood but close to freeway, Marina del Rey, Santa […] Monica, Venice Beach etc. There are some local places to eat nearby including Dinahs across the street, Starbucks etc. Free coffree in lobbey until 9am. My only complaint this last time was towel service. I asked for 4 bath towels each day (there were 2 of us in the room) and every day only 2 were delivered. I needed to call the front desk to request the other 2. One day we did not receive any hand towels, wash cloths or bath mat. Small complaint overall a good stay. Continua a leggere

My family's stay was pleasant. Everything was fine and the people were nice. The only thing that sucks is the fee for parking (all hotels in the area charge) and no microwave or fridge. However, the restaurant will heat whatever you have with no attitude. It's a good hotel for the price.

"Comfortable & Convenient hotel in W. LA"
I stayed for a week during work training near UCLA. I enjoyed being able to cross the street into the Westfield Shopping where they have a really good Dining Terrace. My only complaint that my room had a funky smell (like a sweaty person had just checked out) so I had to request extra cleaning to it. I did not bother with changing to another room. Four Points by Sheraton in Culver City is a great place to stay. The hotel is very close to the I-405, so it is very conveniently located. Plus, there is a great little dinner less than a half-mile away called Dinah's Family Restaurant.
"Perfect match for my needs!"
Busy trip to LA...Getty Villa Friday night, downtown LA Saturday morning; this hotel was perfect! Easy access to the 405, clean, modern, great staff, inexpensive food and drinks (the bartender was hilarious!), and the best price to value ratio I've ever experienced. I'll be back!
