Ho soggiornato due notti nell'hotel e mi sono trovata benissimo. Il personale è molto gentile ed i servizi non mancano. Molto comodo il parcheggio gratuito, visto che la posizione dell'albergo è periferica, ma si trova in un punto strategico per vari spostamenti. La colazione è ricca, abbondante ed è tutto molto buono! Se ritornerò a Roma riprenderò in considerazione questo albergo per i miei spostamenti!!!

Stanze pulite, moderne e confortevole bensì la struttura sia un campeggio. La posizione non è male infatti dista soli 10 minuti dal centro...buon compromesso per chi cerca una vacanza da spendere tra città e relax.

La posizione dell'Hotel non è comoda, in quanto abbastanza distante dalla metro, soprattutto se si viaggia con i bambini. Buona risulta la pulizia delle camere e i servizi dell'hotel, come del resto la gentilezza e disponibilità del personale. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, ottimi sono i cornetti, il resto è discreto.

Situato a pochi chilometri a sud dal centro della città, il quartiere dell'EUR è stato costruito nel 1942 in occasione dell'Esposizione Universale di Roma, da cui prende il nome. L'altisonante architettura, che all'epoca intendeva glorificare il fascismo, ora ospita negozi, cinema, locali e mostre. Negli edifici di marmo hanno sede anche tre musei molto validi, tra i quali l'interessante Museo della Civiltà Romana.
mostra tutti gli hotel a RomaHotel consigliato. Pulito, ottimo servizio e ottima la colazione. Comodo per chi arriva in macchina perchė dispone di parcheggio custodito. Dispone inoltre di un servizio navetta per il centro e per l'aeroporto. Mezzi pubblici (bus, metro e trenino a mio parere un po' distanti da raggiungere a piedi).

Un albergo all'altezza delle nostre aspettative: ottimo 4 stelle, stanze ampie e pulitissime, personale veramente professionale ed attento alle nostre esigenze familiari con particolare riguardo ai nostri bimbi. Prezzo competitivo ed adeguato ai servizi. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel.
Hotel ideale per chi deve andare a Roma zona EUR o via Portuense per lavoro: ci si accede poco dopo aver lasciato il GRA. Naturalmente immagino sia poco comodo per chi deve andare in centro, anche se mi sembra ci sia un bus navetta. In alcuni punti occorrerebbe qualche intervento di ammodernamento, ma nel complesso vanta un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. L'hotel offre un buon rapporto qualita' prezzo e soprattutto stanze e letti grandi. La colazione all'americana lascia un po' a desiderare. Nella descrizione dell'hotel si dice di accettare animali di piccola taglia ma in realta' non e' cosi'.

This hotel was very nice. My wife and 2 kids stayed in it the night before a next morning departure. It was close to the airport and they offered a shuttle service @ 2.50 euro/person. I had the breakfast which offered a nice selection and was tasty. The complaints I read about the facility being outdated were not accurate as I thought it was very comfortable […] and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend the place to stay. "A hefty taxi ride!"
The reason I booked this hotel was that it was close to the airport. A woman at hotel.com tole me that the taxi ride to the airport would only cost 15-20 euros, she said she called the front desk of the hotel. Upon arrival, the front desk man told me that the taxi ride to the airport will be 40 euros and it has been the case all the time! Sure enough, […] I had to pay 40 euros, the most expensive taxi ride I ever had for a short distance of 11 Km! I don't know who to trust, hotel.com or the front desk? If you fly before 9am, the hotel does not have shuttle bus (7am to 9pm), remember, you are going to pay heavy taxi cost (I paid 60euros from train station to hotel and then 40 euros to airport)! "Good for business trip"
The location is far from city central, if not for business trip, I would not recommended. But overall the hotel maintain it's quality and service well. The breakfast is good, and have many options. I choose this hotel last year and this, for proximity to airport however the shuttle service from airport I had to wait almost 3 hours this year plus I had to pay this service from hotel to airport, different as last year. Overall despite of low season I found price has scalate more than 30 percent plus more taxes Thanks
"Not up to usual Holiday Inn standards"
The room we staye in had visible mold/grime stains wound the AC vent (wish I can post photos here). The staff was not at all helpful when asked about simple questions such as where to purchase metro tickets into the city. Actually she never even looked up from the service counter, so I'm not sure if she ever registered my question.

Very good staff and good access to airport. I did not like how dated the hotel room was. Green carpet, peeling wallpaper and '80s decor. It is in need of updating for me ! For an overnight on way out of town it is ok. I stayed here twice - when I arrived and again when leaving. The price was much higher on the second stay and I should have shopped around […] but I wanted the security of knowing the place and no surprises when trying to get out of town. Ideal for a short visit to Rome (if you are flying into Rome FCO). Shuttle to and from airport and Rome (near Bocca Veritas) and back. Although the train is cheaper - Muratella stop is only a couple of minutes walk and trains run every 1/2 hour. The area around the hotel is attractive although you probably won't go to this hotel to explore the locale. Hotel […] was comfortable clean and well appointed with good facilities. I wish I could give this hotel a better overall rating. It is advertised as a 4 star hotel in a business area; we used it for one vacation night. For a 4 star –you get pretty poor service. Breakfast not included; they asked payment per person so we didn't bother to check what was all about. Staff was not as friendly and helpful as in other hotels. The […] room was clean; with nice furniture and big beds (not that I care much about furniture in a hotel room). Bathroom was also clean; this is a plus. They advertise wireless internet all throughout the hotel; that’s if you pay for it. The only other hotel with no free internet was in Milan and it was a 3 star; we stayed in 6 other hotels during our trip and all had free internet for guests. Shuttle to the airport was not free either. The pool was closed when we arrived and it was opening late in the morning (after our departure), so no use for it. All in all if you go for vacation DO NOT choose this hotel as it is quite expensive and too far from the tourist area. This is a nice hotel, but far. It was a 40 euro cab ride (plus 1 euro per bag) to the airport. We took the free hotel shuttle from the airport (it runs about every 3 hours). Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Biggest advantage was having the Muratella metro stop nearby. It was a quick 5 minute walk. It was also convenient to take the metro to the airport for our return flight to the airport. The shuttle offered by the hotel was free only from the airport to the hotel. "Alright hotel-bad quality restaurant"
It is close to the airport so that was very convenient. But there are not many restaurants nearby and the in-house restaurant was bad. The utensils were not clean, glasses were smelling bad like they have not been cleaned properly.

We just stayed the one night in the Holiday Inn in Rome. The room was clean and air conditioned with plenty of space. Check in was quick and efficient. "Rome stopover before flight home"
Overall a great budget priced hotel with a swimming pool. This was my last night staying in Rome for my vacation in Italy. Restaurant at the hotel was priced a bit high but the only alternative for food is a pizzeria about 1 block away which served the worst pizza and pasta that I have ever eaten in Italy.

"Closer to airport, but not great service"
We stayed in this hotel for the close distance to the airport. We only saved 20 euros in the taxi ride to the airport, as if we had stayed in the center of Rome. I wouldn't stay here for a romantic get away or anything, but it was fine for what i needed, which was a place to rest my head and a close location to the Airport

Our room was too warm and the a/c wasn't working! I would give this hotel an 80% satisfaction rating.
Even though the hotel was very clean and the people were very pleasant to work with. I was very disappointed with the fact that it cost to use not only the wifi but to use the internet in the business lounge. I'm paying to stay there, there is not reason why this shouldn't be part of the package. Then to charge .35 a minute is just crazy.

We stayed twice at this hotel. On the first visit we had a room where the wall paper was peeling. In general the hotel was modern and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was nice but pricey.

"Good price, but EUR is a bit too far from sights"
First, the good part -- breakfast is included and it's fantastic. It's all you can eat with a free espresso bar. However, just as the title says, the EUR district is a bit too far from all the major sights in Rome. It takes over an hour to get to downtown from any hotel in EUR by public transportation. "WOULDNT STAY AGAIN."
THE WALLS ARE PAPER THIN. WE HEARD THE COUPLE NEXT DOOR TO US DOING THE "HANKY PANKY" THE WHOLE NIGHT. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS RUDE- THEY LAUGHED AND SMIRKED AS WE CHECKED OUT AT 6:30AM.
