We needed a place to stay for two nights for my sister's wedding and it met our needs really well. The room was larger and more spacious than I had suspected and it was very clean. My kids enjoyed it but I do wish they had more for them to do. Unless you come in the summer when the outdoor pool is open, there is really nothing for them to do at the […] hotel or in close proximity. I also would have liked two queens rather than two fulls. After arriving home I realize I had left my special pillow at the hotel. This pillow was given to me by my oldest grandson 19 years ago and I have never travel out of State or Country without it. I used it to brace my leg and somehow forgot to pull it out from under the covers. The room was clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the staff were pleasant and helpful.

We came to hotel for hockey tourn. and we needed to bring our puppy due to spinal injury. Hotel said online animal friendly. We were unsure because we wanted a clean room. Staff was very friendly and helpful...........room was very clean and comfortable. Quite surroundings. Easy access to all places I wanted to go to. Will definitely stay there again when I am in Bensalem. I am a smoker so it was very nice to have some rooms where it was permitted....thanks :)

Typical H,Inn hotel... met all expectations.

The small bar had a great staff that went above and beyone what one would expect. They made you feel like family and went the extra mile. The weekend staff of the 13th and 14th were especially good. My thanks

Walls are thin so you can hear the people in the room next to you when you are quiet in your room. And we think it was the heater but every time it would come on it was so loud it would come on for like 5 minutes and then stop. very weird.

I have to say the place was very nice and clean and the people are nice too I will go back again when I'm in the area . keep up the good work.

The overall cleanliness of the room was good. the beds were very uncomfortable. pillows were way too small for the size of the bed and there was only one extra pillow for the pull out bed. there wasn't any extra blankets for the pull out bed either. bathroom was kind of small but served it purpose. not sure why hotels insist on only providing 3 bath […] towels for a room with 4 guests, but out of the 5 nights we were there, only 1 time we didn't have to ask for an extra towel. This was a very nice Holiday Inn, with especially good rates. The staff was courteous and helped my boyfriend and I arrange for a cab to pick us up to take us to a wedding a couple of miles away. Not the most scenic or convenient location, but it was clean and updated and an overall pleasant stay.

arrived on a holiday w/e so it was relatively quiet. room was clean but grounds need to be better cared for . used the fitness room and it worked well. could be a bit pricey for their surrounding competition is noticeably less but hey......you get what you pay for right ?

The people who work there are all friendly, helpful, and very polite. Definetely will be back in the future!

The Hotel Staff was very friendly, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Great location! We were on a girls weekend and would definetly stay here again.

IRENE was coming, we didn't want to stay in NJ and see what could happen, so we (my 2 sisters, my daughter, me and our dog) packed a few things and moved to the Holiday Inn in Bensalem. The service was wonderful, room very clean and neat, good location, everything good! During the night they sent us a letter giving us a update to the hurricane, advising […] us to charge our cell because we would lose power which we didn't. You should see how many pets (mostly dogs) were there!, and it didn't compromise the cleaniness of the place. I want to thank the Holiday Inn for being a nice place to see that monstrous storm passing by in such a nice and calm atmosphere!! I am sure my dog Cookie appreciated, too! Continua a leggere

Great hotel for the price. Clean, fairly modern and easy to get to. Very good choice for families wanting to visit Sesame Place. Pool was large and a top destination for my kids in the evening. Highly recommended.

This was not the nicest hotel we've seen. The lobby and rooms looked older and in need of a facelift. The hallways smelled like old food at times. The room smelled like the carpets had been shampooed just minutes before we walked in. It was very strong and didn't go away over the 2 nights we were there. But overall, the room seemed clean. The hotel is a 15 minute ride to Sesame Place. It's in a busy area near shopping centers and food places. The rooms were decent and comfortable. The pool area was nice but couldn't enjoy it because it was always full of men drinking beer, maybe due to the location it becomes a truck stop... don't know just guessing. Overall the experience was fine.

Our one reason for choosing this hotel was the claim of the free hot continental breakfast. Overall the price per night was to high for the quality of the room/bathroom. We also had ants in our room. This hotel is great to stay at. The rooms are very clean and big. The pool is so great it big clean and they even have a baby pool. Very close to sesame Place so it prefect to stay at. Next time we go there this is the hotel I will stay at!!

Nice enough hotel, just a super strong fabreeze chemical spray smell in our room that couldn't be aired out at all. We were only staying one night, so we just 'sucked it up' as they say. They did offer us a chance to switch rooms several hours later, but by then our toddler was asleep.

We LOVE this hotel! It's incredibly clean, has a great breakfast, wonderful pool, very helpful staff and is in a great spot - close to 95 and far enough away from Philly to let you relax.

Hotel is very clean and the staff is SUPER nice. The restaurant was decent but no complimentary breakfast :( I would stay here again on our trip to Sesame Place.

This hotel is pretty nice for the price we paid. The only complain I have is that the bed is not really that comfortable, but over all we did enjoy our stay

Close to Sesame Place and many restaurants. The pool was nice and the kiddie pool was an added bonus. We only stayed one night but the hotel was clean and the staff was helpful/friendly. Our only complaint was that there was no elevator so we had to make several trips up the steps with all our bags and small children.

The hotel was nice. The rooms were nice sized, clean, and the facility looked newer and kept up to date. We didn't use the pool but it looked large. It is in a bit of an out of the way location without much nearby, but there was a dunkin donuts in the parking lot which was sufficient for us.

The bad was very uncomfortable, but the room otherwise met our expectation. It would have been nice if a continental breakfast would be built in the price. We had to either pay for a sit down breakfast in the hotel or find a place to eat outside the hotel. There was some work done on the roof while we were there. We arrived on a Thursday night and unknown to us shortly after a severe thunderstorm/tornado went through the area. The front desk staff was pleasant, but a bit busy for the time we arrived. hotel was nice and restaurant served good food, problem with wedding party and noise that kept us up all night. Hotel did not stop the noise. Customer service manager was very accomodating and understanding with my complaint. Will stay there again.

Good hotel for work. Hotel restaurant serves a good breakfast. Not a cheap continental cereal and juice bar. Rooms are well decorated and comfortable but need new flat screen LCD TVs to complete the package. Close to mall and casino.I would stay again.

The property met expectations. It is an older property but is maintained at a high level. TV, frig, microwave were all in good shape. Beds were fine and the WI-FI was exceptional. Good value for the market.
