Nice hotel but not what I was expecting, it was far from where I was trying to go.

The room was comfortable and quiet. Clean enough but not up to the standards I remeber Ramada for 20 or 30 years ago. I'd stay there again. Breakfast was a full and very good one, included with the room.

This hotel is ok but the room is small, bathroom is tiny,lack of space to put your belongings.musty smell when you get off the elevator going to your room. This is ok when you cant find any hotels available in the surrounding.

This room had a bloody hand print in room wall. When I called down the front desk was very unhelpful.

weary clean and friendly hotel they nice for me only problem that bad too small 2 twin bed but they sad 2 quine bed suite. l call them they sad you right but this is our room :)))

This hotel says it has ywo queen sized beds in room...they were only double. I called for more towels and a wake up call at about 9 pm......neither happened. I had to call again in the morning for towels( they finally came) , but the wake up call never happened. as it turns out, we were already awake due to the noise of all of the trains traveling thru […] Reno and blowing their horns...all night long. Also, the "Buffet Breakfast" is non- existant. You need to order each meal in the restaurant. We had two adults and one child, and were not given a voucher for the child for breakfast. the service was horrific. We stated that we only had 40 minutes to eat with the waitress when she finally showed up. they had no whip cream for the hot chocolate. Our food took 40 minutes to get to us and when it did, our omlettes were over done. The "hash browns" were replaced with cut up french fries...and we were not told nor were we given a choice of anything else. when we complained to "Charlie", she just said that "Mario always makes the best omlettes." No apology or offer to make it right. We walked out hungry and angry. I will never stay here again and do not recommend this hotel/restaurant to anyone. even the gambling was cheesy. Not a good stay. This is the first hotel I've ever stayed in that did not have ANY information about the hotel - no check-out time, menu, dining options, or availability of other services. I found the fitness room by accident! When I asked at the desk, the clerk said they were changing the information and hadn't gotten the new ones out. To which I responded, "Why not […] leave the old ones, then?" No answer. There was a couch/hide-a-bed in the room, but I couldn't see the TV from it. I had to re-arrange the room to see the TV from the couch and not just the bed! Room was clean and very quiet, even directly opposite the elevator. we really enjoyed the breakfast. The waitress was very pleasant and very accommodating. The price of the room was also affordable.

The area around was a little "shady" but the shuttle driver, the people at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. The waitress in the coffee shop was amazing, she had about ten tables and although the wait was long she kept a very positive attitude and tried to make a bad situation better. We were impressed with her.

When we showed up, there were 40-50 Latino's in the lobby from ages 8-50 running around and there was music in a meeting room or ball room. For a casino hotel, I guess I can understand, but why was everyone wandering outside the dance party. There were cops on stand by....A little unusual. We ended up on the 7th floor and couldn't hear a thing.

They stay was not a great one = the food down stairs was the worst

next time I'm in Reno I'll BE staying at the Ramada inn.room service was good .Free breakfast was great.coffee machine and iron in room were a plus.

This hotel from start to finish was a huge bust for our recent trip to Reno. On the website it said that it was within walking distance to the big casino's when it clearly was not. I thought that would be OK because we were saving a few dollars anyways. When we got there it was mayhem because of some softball thing happening that weekend. I had to literally […] fight a woman for a dolly to bring up our luggage to the room. There was no one there to organize traffic or help in that manner. There is only one bank of elevators (who I don't even know if they have been inspected in the last 20 years or not) but they were extremely disgusting to even stand in even for a short period of time. One of the elevators broke so we were only left with 2 elevators for all the things happening in the Reno area (the Rodeo was also in town). It was like herding cattle. We get into our room and it is at at least 90 degrees in there. We leave the air conditioning on to try and cool the place down but it takes us leaving it on for a day to get the room to a comfortable temperature. The floor looks dirty and there are lights that wont even turn on. The remote control for the TV was broken. Our bed was almost just sitting on the ground with the hardest mattress I have ever laid on in my life. There was literally no padding on the mattress at all. The ice machine on our floor was broken. We had our room serviced and we came back from breakfast without any towels in the room. They said it was because they ran out of towels. How do you run out of towels without saying anything to us? We were ready to shower and get ready for our day and all of a sudden, there's no towels anywhere! It was ridiculous that we should even have to ask for this. Our complimentary breakfast was a joke. We only used one day's coupon because we were so unhappy with our service. We waited to be seated for at least 10 minutes before anyone even looked at us. Ok for my stay... Needs to improve on vendon and ice machines!!!

This hotel wasn't terrible, but the room was a bit small especially the bathroom and the floor dipped in the middle which was a bit strange since we were on the 3rd floor, so when you walked from one end of the room to the other, you felt like you were goining in and out of a pit, the hotel definitely looked it's age, but it was reasonably priced for […] what it was. Location is ok if you don't have to be where the action is. Could have stayed elsewhere better with the price I paid.

OLD, NEEDS REMODELING. VERY, VERY, SMOKEY. MANY CIGARETTE BURNS IN ROOM, AND WAS NON-SMOKING ROOM. IT WAS CLEAN, JUST VERY OLD AND NOT GOOD NEIGHBORHOOD. THE HEATER WAS DISCONNECTED AND IT GOT VERY COLD.

This hotel's management needs training on how to retain first time customers who stay here. If customer service was improved and the management staff adhered to customer's needs than customers are more likely to repeat their stay. The concern is about the experience I had with the management staff who did not understand how important it was for me to […] have the items I had requested on my reservation. He blatantly said the items that are requested cannot be guaranteed. I was traveling with my 2 month old infant that is why I requested the refrigerator and the microwave. I would not have spent time on the phone reserving the hotel stay if these items were not guaranteed. I personally called the hotel, and so did the hotels.com representative to make sure the items would be available upon my arrival. We were looking for a place to lay our heads for just one night as we drove through Reno. The hotels.com price was within our budget so we booked it. The room was nice and tidy and clean. The wireless Internet never did work. The TV has the strangest control and was not very user friendly and 25% of the channels were digital choppy and froze a lot. The […] area around our room was very quiet and breakfast the next morning in the hotel restaurant was a great price and very enjoyable. We will probably stay here again. Continua a leggere

The beds and pillows at the hotel were rock hard. We actually stayed in Reno an additional two nights but moved to another hotel in order to get decent sleep. The view from the room was awesome. It's always fun to stay eleven stories up.

The parking lot was scary at best, lots of drifters, homeless, and drunks. I was concerned about leaving my car parked there all night, and my children and I quickly got to our car and into it when leaving the hotel. The inside of the hotel was clean, the rooms were clean and adequate. The movie channels were horrible nothing on at all on all the channels […] offered. The bathroom appeared nice but the tub was pretty gross, the bottom (where you stand) seemed to be coming apart and there was visible mold! The showerhead sprayed everywhere soaking the whole bathroom, and I would not bathe my daughter in the tub. The free breakfast actually turned out to be an 8 dollar voucher, and although there were 3 of us in my family, we were only given 2 vouchers. The food and service were great, just not the way it was advertised "Free Breakfast Buffett". I think all the hotels in Reno are pretty seedy, this one was adequate but not my top choice. From the moment we pulled into the parking lot, we felt this was going to be the only time we would stay there; and when we walked up to the counter, our instincts were confirmed. From the rude representative at the counter, to the mold in the corners of the room, to the bed that was old and gross, to the questionable smell; we knew we'd spend most […] of our time outside of the Ramada, and get out as soon as possible in the morning. It was only b/c our normal hotel was booked, we tried another. Normally, Ramada's are a mid-range hotel, but I've stayed at "motels" that were much cleaner and nicer than this place. This place should be shut down. Just know, if you choose this place, travel in pairs... it's shaddy too. I would rather sleep in a keno lounge than stay there again. Continua a leggere

I was surprised that the faucet in the bathtub had a chip out of it and some of the faucet in the sink was pulled away from the porcelin? All in all it was fine at times a slight smell of smoke from the casino?

The outside of the hotel is vintage, but we were pleasantly surprised when we went to our room. It was very comfortable and very clean, and looked recently remodeled.

The room was decent and we were happy with the value, although, the pool was closed before it was supposed to be so the front desk had to send someone over to open it. Also the pool was very cold. It did not feel heated at all, and there were no towels down at the pool, so my husband and son had to go to the front desk to get towels (after they had […] jumped in the pool). Also the alarm clock in our room did not seem to be working. I ended up unplugging it because I couldn't figure out how to reset it or turn off the old alarm. Continua a leggere

The bedrooms were beautiful but small. The bathrooms large. There was an ironing board and hairdryer in every room. The staff were friendly. We asked the receptionist to call us a cab to go downtown on the second day, and it was there in 2 minutes. The only thing that gave me pause was at night, the other players in the casino seemed rough, and I wondered […] how safe I was as a woman alone going up to her room late at night. There was a lot of noise coming from the neighboring rooms from the aforementioned clientele. So that made me nervous. During the day that wasn't an issue. Plus, we worried about our car in the parking lot at night, as the surrounding neighborhood seemed of lower economic status. But it was very well lit, all night, and our car was fine. This is an old hotel which hasn't been remodeled in years. Even though rooms are non-smoking, they have the vague odor of old smoke. The air-conditioning is non on a thermostat, so it's hard to keep the rooms at the temperature you want, without constantly turning the fan off and on. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The room was perfect for the price. Not far from downtown.

The hotel room was very nice, especially for the price paid. It looks exactly like the pictures on this site. The beds were comfortable and I loved the duvet! I didn't smell any smoke, but then again I was on the top floor.

Not in a good neighbor hood. Saw several fights in the parking lot. The casino was tiny, old, and grungy. The hotel lobby was fine. Room was quiet but needed a lot of work. Bed was saggy and hard as a rock. Plumbing needed serious work. For the price I was expecting much better accommodations. I would not stay there again at any price.
