"Friendly excellent service"
I Stayed at this Hotel while a family member was in Frodert Hospital. Sign VERY small easy to miss. But hotel staff was super friendly room very quiet. Our room was not very clean in the bathtub/shower area. Comforter was clearly stained. They served a very complete healthy complimentary breakfast. "Price is right - amenities are rough"
Overall the price of this hotel is great!! However in this case, with great price comes a cost. The pool was not at all like the picture. It's a basic pool which is fine but the bottom was slippery and overall seemed cloudy - it felt like it hadn't been cleaned. When I ran my fingernail along the tile just above the water line I was able collect what […] I believe to be a mold of sorts under my nail. I brought my son specifically for the pool and we could only go in twice as I just couldn't get over the feeling of being in a moldy atmosphere and he has asthma. "Ramada Inn - Waukesha EXCELLENT!"
I had a wonderful experience at the Ramada Inn in Waukesha WI. The staff was very pleasant and gracious. The Front Desk staff were very efficient. The housekeeping staff were very friendly. The pool and hot tub are well maintained. And there were workers doing some repainting of rooms and they too were welcoming and kind on behalf of Ramada. I have […] stayed in 5 star hotels that didn't provide anything close to the hospitality that I received at this particular Ramada Inn. "Clean and average"
Nice price, good location, rooms were clean, nothing fancy for the price. I would stay at this place again.
was sick-tried to cancel and told that it was too late. put in 1970's room, nice bed and tv--decor and bathroom were not realy clean, hair on the tub, moldy tiles. Staff there was friendly. Not real accommodating. Needed toothbrush, they said that they would bring some to our room and never showed up. Will not likely stay there again.
Honestly, not much stands out about this hotel. I don't recall it being extremely comfortable nor very accommodating. It wasn't gawd awful-just I guess average. "Great hotel for the price"
Our stay was better than expected. Flat screen and comfy beds in the room, a decent pool and hot tub, and free breakfast every morning (including waffles!). The location is right off the interstate which is nice but it is somewhat hard to get to as you have to cross traffic and get onto some type of service road to get to the hotel. "Great accommodations, great price."
This was a very nice hotel and reasonably priced. The room was cleaned daily while we were there and supplies were replenished as needed. It had a coffee pot, hair dryer, iron/& board, plenty of pillows and amenities like shampoo, etc. There was also a washer/dryer located near the pool area. We stayed there for a week while we were visiting with family […] in the area. The only suggestion would be to have staff check and replenish supplies in the breakfast area more frequently. "Smokey Rooms"
We had booked 2 rooms for non-smoking. Upon arrival I was asked to sign an agreement stating that I would owe a $250 smoke cleaning fee if smoke was detected in our room. When I opened our (non-smoking) room, it was strong with smoke. I spoke with the desk attendant. She wrote me a letter stating that I would not owe the charge since the room already […] smelled that way. I was able to speak to the manager later. We stayed 3 nights with our window open and the outside air fan running. We were offered other rooms, but thought they would be the same. What happened to cleaning the room? "Poor Condition"
This hotel is in poor condition but would have still been acceptable for a quick stay except for the shower. It was gross! Mold on the curtain, water not draining. The shower was in bad shape because this had been happening for a very long time.

my fiance had to have back surgery and this seemed the better option then catchin a cab at 4am and for both cab rides it equaled on cab ride
"kind of dingy"
This place was acceptable but I'd certainly not stay here willingly again. It was humid, dingy and hot in the room. AC helped, but it had a funky stench. Like, too much cleaning product to clean up what I assume was a musky old carpet smell.

Overall this was a great hotel. The rooms were very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable. The pool room floor was a bit slipery when wet. Use caution.

this hotel is not new, but the service is great! the pool is small and the hot tub is also, but it was very clean and the kids loved it. Don't forget to get towels at the desk prior to jumping in- no towels in pool area. Rooms were very clean, bathrooms clean but could use updating. Breakfast is terrific! Great value..

A very nice hotel, Great beds. Very quite. A great place for young families.

I would never stay at this hotel again! The staff was rude and inconsiderate. After booking on hotels.com, they messed up our reservations and attempted to make us give the room back. The breakfast made all of us sick. There were cobwebs all over the room, mold in the room. the fridge was unclean and frosted over. HORRIBLE
"Great Stay"
Very friendly staff upon check in, was able to get direction to where I needed to go. Only issue was the room was not cleaned very well as there were wraper on the floor under the vanity, and in the closet area, pool was always crowded with unsupervised kids.

This hotel could use a make-over. There was rust on the door frame in the bathroom. It just needs to be updated.

the location of this hotel as a passer through is awful. Very difficult to find. Traveling with a child who enjoys the pool then it is worth staying there except the sauna was out of order. hot tub worked though. the pillows are huge, for those of us who prefer flatter pillows- bring your own. the mattress is no temperpedic! even my husband who refers […] to me as the princess & the pea type, complained about the quality of the mattress. good value though in spite of the diffucult location & the lack of quality eating choices. Horrible experience. Insects in the bed and no active response from the on-site staff. Terrible - I had to get out. Will never be able to stay at a Ramada again.

"basic hotel, not much to say"
Well...the hotel served its purpose I suppose. My daughter was scheduled for surgery the next day so we just needed a bed and pretty much that is what we got. There is a pool, and ice cold freezing pool. There is a hot tub, not a very clean hot tub (had some kind of green film around the tiles). "Terrible Ramada"
The service at this hotel was terrible. The rooms were tiny which also fit the size of the beds. We also got charged mystery charges from this hotel based on nothing. Their staff is incompetant and is no help when calling about those charges.

Booking a room at the Ramada was what I thought I was doing, however the hotel is more like Motel 6 then a Ramada. There was nothing wrong with the property as far as the hotel is concern, our stay was present and the conditions was acceptable.
