"Buona sistemazione se automuniti"
L'hotel non è precisamente in centro (dista circa 6 miglia da downtown Spokane) ma è pulito e confortevole; la mia camera, molto grande, disponeva addirittura di Jacuzzi. Horrible customer service & horrible experience! They gave our room away; we had already paid for our reservation in advance, they gave us keys and we walked in on someone sleeping. This is my second stay here for business. Four nights. The staff is professional, courteous and helpful. I lost a key in the room and realized it after leaving town. The desk clerk went up right away after I called, found it and put it in the mail for me. I felt safe and comfortable leaving some valuable electronic equipment with the front desk for […] safe keeping. "Not really suites, smells of smoke"
I have stayed at Ramadas in the past and found them to be reasonably priced and generally in good condition, however that wasn't the case here. The hotel advertises itself as having "mini suites" though these are in NO WAY suites -- there is a tiny love seat in place of a chair, but that's the ONLY difference...it's just a regular hotel room, and not […] a very nice one at that. The good things I can say about this hotel: it's in a decent location if you're staying in the North side of Spokane, it's close to a grocery store and a Target as well as a number of decent restaurants, and its pool and hot tub are in reasonable shape. The not so good things: the whole place smelled of smoke, especially the 3rd floor and the stairwells, the rooms were small and were not clean (hair in the tub, stains on the towels), there was a coffee maker but no coffee or tea, they only cleaned our room once during our 3 day stay and that only after having to call the front desk to ask for service, and the hotel was generally pretty noisy and just had a lower-end feel to virtually everything. Most of the other reviews were accurate. Older hotel, needs updating, walls were thin. But the overworked staff did everything they could and then some to make sure our stay was enjoyable. There is nothing worse than a dirty tub in a hotel bathroom. I was shopping all day and needed a relaxing soak in the tub. When I turned the water off there were black hairs floating everywhere.
