"Comfortable and convinient"
The hotel was very modern, clean, comfortable and convenient. I was staying overnight on the way up from the Alps and need a place to rest. It is situated next to a shopping mall with restaurants and shops. Would not be my first choice if I was exploring the city, but as an overnight stop, it is perfect.
"good family hotel"
The holiday in is convenient if you have a car, easy parking and offers larger rooms to cater for the family. It is however a fair way from town - too far to walk. There is a big shopping centre next door but quality dining is a bit of an issue.

we stayed here for two nights as a stop over before travelling to switzerland it was very enjoyable stay and very easy to get to the town either by yr own car or by jumping on the bus the stop was just outside , there is a big supermarket next door so no need to go to town if u did not want to..The town of Dijon itself was very good lots of history […] and lots of shops loved it .......... "The Holiday Inn, Dijon - great for overnight stop"
We were a party of 7 adults and 4 children travelling to the Alps. This hotel was perfect for our overnight stay. Staff were very helpful, rooms spacious and comfortable. We ate in the shopping mall next door as we felt that 17 euros for breakfast was over the top. All in all a great stopover.

Great location for a stop-over. Short drive to vineyards & chateaus. Free parking and internet was great. Rooms large by Europe standards...regular Holiday Inn sized! Newer hotel where even locals put up their guests. Breakfast buffet was $18 Euro each, steep!
"Perfectly acceptable"
Comfortable, safe location (you need a car), attentive staff. However, I ate dinner in their restaurant (exhausted from the flight and then drive to Dijon and being a tourist there) and that was relatively disappointing for my first night in France. My fault though.

The hotel itself is very nice and clean and the view is nice from higher floors (we were on 6th). The only problem we found was the location. It is in the north of Dijon and far from the city center, so if you are in your way from South of France to Paris, it is not so great. There is a big shopping center linked to it, so we could get dinner there, […] but in the morning everything was closed and so we had to pay 17 Euros per person for breakfast (kids less than 12 years old are free), that was just normal like we got in other hotels for half this price. "Great for a stopover"
Stayed twice on the way to and from the south of France. The room was everything I'd expect from a Holiday Inn and the blackout curtains worked a treat! My only slight criticism if I had to be picky is that breakfast can be a bit chaotic as there is not much space, but the food was good, buffet-style

Je n’aurais jamais imaginé un Holiday Inn aussi salle et si mal entretenu et je ne vous parle pas des lits sois disant ‘King size’ …. Nous sommes déçu de chez déçu !!! Nous sommes plutôt client Novotel et nous avons voulu changer !!!! Mais nous aurions dû nous abstenir de ce changement… Nous sommes une famille avec 3 enfants.

"Hôtel Holiday Inn de Dijon"
A proximité immédiate d'un centre commercial. Cela permet d'avoir accès à un grand nombre de restaurants même le soir. Heureusement car le restaurant de l'hôtel est à un prix excessif. Le parking est surveillé et l'accueil très correct. Le petit déjeuner continental est très copieux et ne mérite pas les critiques de certains anciens clients. Ceci dit, […] passez par le site Hôtels.com pour la réservation car les prix sont beaucoup plus doux que sur place. "F&B wat minder maar hotel is zeker de moeite waard"
Het eten in het restaurant was goed maar redelijk prijzig. Mensen in de bediening spraken de Engelse taal niet goed genoeg waardoor er bij de bestelling verwarring ontstond en we bij het uitchecken nogmaals de rekening kregen terwijl we die de avond ervoor contant hadden betaald. Bij het ontbijt kwam het personeel zeer chaotisch over terwijl er slechts […] 5 tafels bezet waren. Meerdere malen moeten vragen om koffie en thee. "HOTEL NON RECOMMANDABLE"
Hotel excentré avec acces difficile obligation de changer de chambre entre les deux nuits car pas d'eau chaude le matin.... prestation petit déjeuner tres médiocre et service inexistant. A oublier, même pour une soirée étape.

Nous avons l'habitude des hôtels et celui-ci est très bien : service et acceuil de très bonne qualité ainsi qu'un très bon rapport qualité/prix pour la chambre (propreté, confort et espace). Endroit assez calme et bien situé.

"Rokers verboden, ontbijt niet doen"
Kamers en hotel prima. Service laat te wensen over. Roken is strik verboden, ook al heb je een rokers kamer geboekt en wordt uitgefoeterd door het personeel aan de receptie en schoonmaak. 20 EUR voor een ontbijt is aan de prijs (Niet inclusief), beter om naast de deur in het winkelcentrum te ontbijten. Goedkoper en beter.
"Séjour moyen"
Hotel calme et bruillant en meme temps car, l'établissement est collé au centre commercial, j'ai eu un incident mineur, coupure de climatisation et télévision mais l'hotelier na pu rien faire pour moi, a chaque fois que je l'appelais pour voir ce qu'il se passait (dysfonctionnement), il me repondais qu'il venais dans les 1O minutes, 4 fois de suite […] je n'ai vue personnes me sécourire, j' ai du touché l'électricité moi même ( dijoncteur) cela veut dire que s'il ya agression ou feux ou je ne sais pas quoi! le client se livrerais a lui-meme sans aide donc DANGER. j'ai payer l'hotel avec formule tout compris via le site "HOTEL.COM" mais à l'arrivé on me fais payer des frais supplémentaires (séjour!) bref il ya des choses à amélioré.... "Good place to stay"
We were travelling from south to north and Dijon was very well on the way. Hotel was very for us, good service and the shopping centre near was excellent.

We stayed there en route to Spain and everything was to our liking with this purpose in mind: Late arrival, a comfortable bed for all 4 of us in a clean and suffciently equipped family room, a decent breakfast and then back on the road. The only unsatisfactory aspect is that the hotel per July 2011 is located more or less in the middle of a building […] site since the local authorities are in the middle of infrastructure upgrade. This is however temporary so the surroundings will probably be OK soon. A big + for the large Carrefour located nearby which enabled us to easily restock food etc. for our further journey. "Très bons souvenirs en famille"
Hôtel situé en plein coeur d'une zone commerciale, à la Toison d'or, pour le 2ème samedi des soldes, c'était vraiment un bon emplacement (malgré les travaux pour le tramway) Même si nous n'étions pas venus pour ça, nous avons regretté ne pas être arrivés plus tôt pour profiter des magasins (plus de 100 !) et du parc aquatique : pas besoin de voiture […] ! L'accueil était parfait et la chambre correspondait à la photo, nous n'avons pas été déçus. Les enfants étaient également très contents pour leur premier séjour dans un hôtel ! Continua a leggere

Excellent hôtel, mais pour un 4*, bémol au petit déjeuner. Pour les buveur de thé, uniquement du Lipton Yellow quant aux croissants, un peu trop industriels.
"Überteuerte Preise im Restaurant"
Das Hotel liegt am Rand eines Einkaufzentrums in einer nichtssagenden Vorortumgebung. Deshalb haben wir im Hotelrestaurant gegessen. Die Preise sind für diese Hotel viel zu hoch und das vornehme Getue der Kellner entspricht überhaupt nicht dem Standart des Hotels. Auf unserem ganzen, vorangegangen Suedfrankreichurlaub haben wir zu zweit nirgends so […] teuer und schlecht gegessen wie hier. Tip: Besser ins angrenzende EKZ gehen, hier ebenfalls kleine Bistros vorhanden, die wie wir leider zu spät feststellten noch lange am Abend geöffnet sind. Continua a leggere

"Zeer goed hotel"
Wij gebruikten dit hotel op onze doorreis. Alles prima. Het ligt naast een heel groot winkelcentrum.

Het hotel werd door ons gebruikt als doorgangshotel naar Spanje. Het ligt net naast een subtropisch zwembad dat weliswaar hopeloos verouderd is maar toch nog kan dienst doen als opfrissertje na een lange autorit. De locatie is enkel geschikt voor doorgang.
