Ottimo servizio, prezzo conveniente (comprensivo di wifi e parcheggio), nel cuore di Georgetown.

La permanenza è stata molto piacevole, lo staff è molto cortese e le stanze molto pulite; si trova in una zona periferica ma in un quartiere residenziale tranquillo con una fermata della metro (Takoma) a pochi minuti a piedi oppure sempre dalla stazione metro il bus 52 ferma proprio difronte Motel 6. Il parcheggio è gratuito ed anche l'uso della postazione internet.

hotel comodo e perfetto per girare la città da piedi, a 2 passi dalla white house.

Overall, my stay was great; there were a lot of family's with children banging against the walls. I had to call the front desk a few times to complain.

Overall the hotel was very good. The shuttle to the metro was a great service and very reliable. The rooms were comfortable. The restaurant was alright, a little high priced for the quality and the breakfast was overpriced all together. The staff were friendly and helpful.

For the money, you can't beat it. Holiday Inns usually aren't as good as the "express" versions, but this was an exception. Friendly staff too. Would definitely recommend.

"Terrible"
I had a reservation for a saturday night after a football game. I was planning on having a late check in and called the hotel early in the afternoon to make sure that my room would be held, and I was assured that it would be. By the time I got to the hotel, I had to wait a half an hour to try and check in just to be told that my room was given away […] and that the hotel was full. Terrible service, highly disappointed. the room are small had five people stay in room an wasn't really no room to move around. the pool really don't look like computer image. or the front of hotel at night.
"Only if you get a bargain"
Needs maintenance and renovations. No fridge in room. Sounds of flushing toilets woke us up several times. Staff however was pretty friendly. Plenty of better and cheaper it seems hotels in the area.

We stay here every time we come to visit our daughter at UMD. It is a few miles up the street and the traffic can be a bit of a pain but it is always clean and reasonably priced. It is right off the highway from the airport- you can't be it.

Stayed here on a visit to DC. Didn't want to spend a fortune for a downtown DC hotel and pay for parking too. Immediately off the highway so it was easy to get to DC. Also very close to U Maryland so there were PLENTY of restaurants, shops, stores for anything you might need. Big bonus is that there is a Massage Envy location in the strip mall next […] door. I used the indoor pool and hot tub and both were enjoyable but don't expect a huge pool. Kids would definitely enjoy the pool as well. I enjoyed my stay and would DEFINITELY return here. "Couple of Issues"
Hotel was friendly, but sadly we encountered some issues: * Found someone else's old shoe in the room, housekeeping missed it * Light switch broken * Cockroach on wall on restaurant * A/C made terrible buzzing noise whenever it ran, making sleep very difficult (in room 2112). Not too good. :(

Outstanding hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Approximately 15 minutes from the Metro station with shuttle service available. We enjoyed the clean pool after long, hot days in Washington, D.C. "Overpriced"
Stayed here for a week for business. Overpriced for what it is. The rooms are nice inside but the property overall is less than modern, and lacking in amenities for the price. The wifi is free but *extremely* slow, and often unusable. The walls are paper-thin, which is particularly annoying since this property attracts a lot of families with young (often […] loud) kids. I was placed next to young people on a field trip. The young people did not get in until 11:00 p.m. and after a night of diffcultly sleep due to the opening and closing of doors, I was woke up at 9:00 a.m. by housekeeping entering my room. "A good experience overall"
GOOD: The hotel was clean and things were in place so there wasn't much to complain about that. It was conveniently located from my destination so that was nice and there were plenty of restaurants in the area to suit different tastes/needs. BAD: the attached restaurant has to have the WORST service I have ever had (ex: even though the restaurant was […] mostly empty it still took minutes before we were shown to our table; had to keep asking for stuff like condiments, bread etc.....things that should have been at the table). "Good value but limited pool hours"
Our primary reason for choosing this hotel was the indoor pool. We envisioned many hours of our spring break playing in the pool with our two young daughters. THE POOL WAS CLOSED FROM 10 AM UNTIL 5 PM. When it opened in the eveing, it was OVERCROWDED -- not legally, but 20 in the pool at one time is a bit much. The sign-in book won't show these numbers […] as many people don't sign-in, so perhaps management thinks the pool is underutilized. No mention of the limited pool hours on the website. The room was comfortable and we had plenty of room. The room was kept in great shape by housekeeping. And the hotel was quiet. The breakfast was nothing special -- watered down coffee and bland food. Kids ate free but we went to the local I-Hop the next morning. The receptionists were very friendly and chick-in was a breeze. Overall, a nice stay, but the pool was a big disappointment. "Nice Hotel, reasonably priced"
The location of this hotel is convenient to the Beltway and nearby Metro. There is a shuttle from the hotel to the Metro, which makes it easy for families to connect to the downtown fairly easily. Proximity to College Park and the U. of Maryland is excellent. The pool has a full-time lifeguard. The Asian man who was working while we were there was extremely […] professional, attentive and friendly. The breakfast deal attached to the higher price was NOT WORTH IT. It paid for up to $20 per room. At $10.95 for a very poor breakfast buffet for two adults, one teenager and a child, we paid over $15 per day plus tip. We decided to forego the second days' breakfast since the deal wasn't much of a deal and the food was bad. There are options closeby for better food. Despite the food issue, this is one nice hotel! "Just about ok"
stayed here for a couple of nights this week, overall below expectation for the price paid. Had requested a microvawe and fridge equipped room which i never got inspite of two calls to the front desk. The vending machine on all floors were out of bottled water ! "4TH Stay"
I have stayed at a few hotels in this area, The Holiday Inn is by far the best, clean hotel, friendly staff, resturant on site, below average pricing. Well worth 15 min xtra it takes to get there .
"Holiday Inn College Park - a shuttle ride to metro"
The hotel workers answered questions about the area when I called ahead of time. The hoetel is a little older. The double beds were a little small for our taste. The pool was a good temperature. The shuttle was usually ready for us - no wait to 10 minutes wait usually. Once we had to wait closer to 25 minutes to get picked up at the metro.
Stayed here to visit dc . Close to metro hotel has a shuttle to the metro. Make sure the hotel does not charge you! Got a bill from the hotel. But we went though hotels.com , manager fixed it right away. Pool for kids. The restaurant was ok for breakfast they have a buffet they told us kids eat free when with a adult but they have to eat off the kids […] menu. "Terrific Stay for UMD Parents"
What a bonus that we were situated right next to IKEA. Though in a busy throughfare nestled on the main drag and highways, noise was NOT an issue! Hotel was a good value for the location, quality and amenities.

"Holiday Inn - College Park, MD"
We had found this hotel online while searching for places to stay in/around Landover, MD. We were attending the Redkins/Eagles game. We fund the hotel to be very clean and the staff was hospitable and courteous. We were pleasantly surprised. There was a steakhouse on the premises which was not only reasonable, but the food was great too. The staff at […] the reastaurant was also very pleasant and helpful. With traffic, the hotel was located about 25 minutes from FedEx Field. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would reccomend to anyone visiting this area. Continua a leggere
"Wedding in Maryland."
We stayed at the Hotel because my oldest granddaughter was getting married Saturday, the Hotel was very convenient and clean which is very important to my family. We occupied three rooms for two days each.

I stayed in this hotel a few years before and must say that it is greatly improved. I chose it for its location (close proximity to the Hwy 95 and to the University of Maryland). Apparently it recently underwent renovations and I was pleasantly surprised by its comfort and amenities. Nice hotel overall!

"the best hotel staff ever"
During our stay a storm knocked out the power to the whole area. The hotel staff did everything in their power to make all their guest comfortable during this inconvience. Although we had to switch hotels when the power never came back on (off for 3 days) I would definitely go back and stay there again.

Inviting, clean, and surprisingly luxurious; we are so pleased that we booked at this location. Easy access to the highway and points of interest. Only regret was that we didn't stay long enough to enjoy the pool and exercise facility.
