Breve guida di Hohenfelde
Il quartiere periferico Hohenfelde, sulla riva est dell'Alster, caratterizza l'affascinante canale di Kuhmühlenteich, con la chiesa di Santa Gertrude in stile neo gotico con i mattoni rossi, e l'enorme piscina Alsterschwimmhalle. Gran parte del quartiere fu distrutta durante la guerra, ma la storica Apotheke on Kuhmühle è sopravvissuta e molti altri edifici in stile liberty e gotico sono stati ristrutturati.

l'hotel è in una zona tranquilla..nn vicinissimo alla fermata della metro..in compenso ha a pochi metri di distanza la linea 6 che porta in centro ed è veloce e comodissima!! il personale è stato gentile e nonostante le nostre difficoltà con la lingua, ci ha aiutato a capire perfettamente !lo sceglierei di sicuroRecensioni obiettive degli ospiti Expedia

"Cordialità e disponibilità"
Il personale dell'hotel e' stato sempre molto disponibile e cortese fornendo tutte le indicazioni necessarie. I taxi stazionano spesso all'ingresso dell'hotel che si trova a pochissimi minuti dal centro storico e non sono assolutamente cari. Il servizio autobus N° 6 costa solo 1.30 euro fino alla Stazione Centrale e la fermata e'' a due passi. Il servizio […] di camera e' perfetto ed il ristorante di buona qualità. Da consigliare. "Nice no frills hotel, but a bit out of the center"
We stayed here during the Harbour birthday 2013 as all hotels closer to the center of town were about 300 Euro per night...The hotel is a basic no-frills hotel, although it is very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We found the staff very friendly and helpful as well, and the black out curtains and super soft beds are amazing! There were a few negatives […] though. 1. The cost for Wifi is rediculous! 20 Euro/day! 2. The pool area was not very nice and the hot tub was luke warm at best. 3. Its quite a walk to the Underground (10 minutes) and because its out of town it is necessary to take transit. Bottom line, if you can get something more central do it, but it is an ok hotel and is probably reasonably priced when you are there on a normal weekend. Generally hotel is as you wol expect fro a Crowne Plaza. Rooms good, bed comfortable and all in good condition. I would alway get a room overlooking the gardens as they are quieter then tose on th road. "Not so happy."
Pool is not operational with no notice. Rooms are small and AC did not work very well. Had problems with keys continuously needing to reactivated. the staff is totally unhelpful. they don't know anything and they don't intend to help at all. They don't seem to know / refuse to answer simple question like how a particular type of train ticket is used. They don't warn you in advance that the mini bar is computerized and you will be charged automatically when you remove any item from it. When I checked […] out, I had to stand in front of the reception for several minutes waiting for the two ladies behind the desk to finish off whatever they were doing with their computers before one of them had time to "entertain" me. We were very pleased with this hotel. We were welcomed by a very nice and friendly staff. The room was really nice and comfortable. Breakfast is served with a pretty big international buffet. "The hotel is fine."
The hotel is ok. Its situated nearby a bus station and it takes 10 min. to the city center. It is quiet, the entry is very appealing and the service is very good. We had some troubles with the room though, the aircondition did not work and still made sound from outside the room so i couldn't sleep. They tried to resolve the problem but it didn't help […] much, so i found a solution finally. The aircondition never worked (nor heating, nor cooling), in the bathroom the showercurtain had to be replaced as the former one smelledl which was done without problems. unfortunately the ventilation in the bathroom did not work (no windows) and it was quiet wet. the bathroom (toilet) was not completely clean. the room size is ok, the bathroom is bit small for 2 persons, but it works. service is very nice, breakfast was fantastic. "Not bad, would not recommend for children"
Not a bad hotel. Maybe not for children as the pool is very small (picture on the website is quite deceiving) and the people were not shy about showing their bodies, all of their body. The Crowne hotel is situated only 15 minutes walk from the main shoping areas of Hamburg and about 15 minutes from the main train station from which you can get a direct train to and from the airport (Green line S1 front three carriages) for 2.8 euros, they run evry 10 minutes. Despite the clumsy mistake at reception, the peace full night sleep and good breakfast made up for the error. The breakfast service was very attentive and overall set up is quite pleasant. Ein schönes Hotel mit einer sehr guten Lage. Bushaltestelle nur wenige Meter entfernt. Die Zimmer schon ein wenig älter, aber sehr sauber. Leider kann man das vom Wellnessbereich nicht sagen. Bei den Fitnessgeräten sollte man auch mal den Service holen. Unfallgefahr!! Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel, aber der Wellness-/Fitnessbereich lässt sehr zu wünschen […] übrig! 5月にベルリン、ブレーメンを経て当地に4泊しました。立地はもとより基本的にサービス内容はよいと思います。基本的にというのは、決してすべてが完全によかったというわけではないということを意味します。ドイツにいれば（ドイツだけではありませんけれど）、アジア人への差別を感じることは時々あります。クラウンプラザハンブルクでもそういうことがあったというだけです。特に利用客達にその色彩がありました。予約していたクイーンサイズのベッドの部屋は落ち着きがあり、清潔で気に入りました。1点、指摘したいことがあります。なぜかハンドタオルが補充されなかったことです。他のものはきちんと指示通り交換されていたのですが、1泊目に2枚あったハンドタオルは2泊目に2枚になり、3泊目と4泊目は0枚でした。部屋の鍵チェーン等が付い […] ていなくて、ドアに「必要なら申し出てください」と説明書きがあったので、チェックインしてすぐに、「フロントにドアに書いてあるとおり、セキュリティのため鍵チェーンがほしい」と言ったところ、フロントの女性スタッフは「私にはわからない」とまったく対応してくれませんでした。その時にホテルの質を見た気がしていたので、ハンドタオルのこともあえて申し出ることはしませんでしたが。 Continua a leggereRecensioni obiettive Hotels.com

Ett hotell som nog har varit väldigt fint en gång, men nu känns lite gammalt. Inget direkt fel i det förutom att det var förhållandevis dyrt med tanke på skick och service. Dessutom tog de betalt för turistskatt vid utcheckningen trots att det uttryckligen stod i bokningsbekräftelsen att den var inräknad i priset. Internet som alla hotell borde ha med […] i priset kostar 22€ per dygn vilket är på tok för dyrt, men å andra sidan verkar hotellet i första hand rikta sig mot företag och inte semesterresande. "Ich weiß nicht ob ich Pech hatte"
Unser Zimmer hatte nicht viel mit 4,5 Sternen zu tun. Haare in der Badewanne und im Bett, defekte Türgriffe, zerlegene Matratze, abgenutzter Teppich, verstopfter Waschbeckenabfluß und so weiter. Wir sind nicht pingelig aber für diese Kategorie schon fast unfasssbar.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

"Ruhige Lage"
Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war fast ausschließlich sehr freundlich, hilfreich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer/Bad war sauber und das Bett sehr gemütlich. Das Frühstück hätte meines Erachtens ein bisschen mehr Wurst- und Käseauswahl bieten dürfen und ich persönlich mochte den heißen Kakao nicht so gern (ist aber sehr Geschmacksfrage!). "Unser Lieblingshotel"
Als ehemalige Hamburger haben wir das erste mal in dem Hotel übernachtet, es entsprach vollkommen unseren Wünschen.Wir waren zur 130 Jahrfeier des Bürgervereins in der Stadt , in den Jahren zuvor gab es ja mit dem HUBV viele Begegnungen, daher hatten wir schon immer viel Kontakt zu Ihrem Hotel.Weiter so und TschüßRecensioni obiettive Hotels.com

"Zentral, nicht teuer und sehr sauber"
Wir waren als Paar für eine Übernachtung, da wir uns ROCKY - Das Musical angesehen haben. Die Zimmer und das Hotel sind sehr sauber, leider ein alter Teppichboden, dafür ein modernes Bad. Gutes und großes Frühstück, was kaum einen Wunsch offen lässt. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist im oberen Drittel. Die Rezeption war freundlich und kompetent.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com
