E' decisamente un motel! Si trova su una strada di grande scorrimento in un quartiere commerciale, dove fortunatamente, anche se non proprio vicino, c'è qualche grosso mall. Praticamente questo hotel non offre nessun servizio extra: non c'è personale per i bagagli, non c'è ristorante, non prenotano escursioni. Anche chiamare un taxi è un problema, per […] cui consiglio sempre di noleggiare un auto appena scesi all'aereoporto di Albunquerque! La camera come al solito, poco confortevole: nessun frigo bar, nessun bagno schiuma, la cassaforte inservibile e mai riparata nonostante le nostre ripetute insistenze. Albergo bello, piscina piccola, stanza molto grande e pulita. Molto lontano sia dal centro nuovo (downtown) sia dalla città vecchia (6-7miglia)

We thoroughly enjoyed this first class hotel.

The room was nice and quiet. This was nice. The pool could have been cleaner.

Friendly comfortable stay. Family was happy with stay

The hotel service was excellent, very helpfull employees, just the pool was very dirty, the water was not clear, it looked greyish with a weird smell. Did not enjoy it at all.

The Sheaton in ABQ uptown was a very enjoyable stay! The rooms were very comfortable and clean! Espeacially the beds! Loved the beds! The staff were very helpful also, and save the best for last, the hotel is very close to the Mall and shopping centers! Loved that a Lot! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and Will recommend this hotel, 100%!

Nice bar and comfortable atmosphere. Room is above average. Comfortable bed and adequate space. Extra $10 for internet is big turn off.

Second stay at the hotel and loved it. We got to check in early which was convienent. Thanks for a terrific stay.

This is the best hotel! The staff was way helpful super friendly and always willing to help. Our room was very clean and super comfortable. We will definetly stay here on all future trips from now on!

My overall stay at the hotel was great. The staff was eager to help us find a "delivery" food place that was still open at 11pm when we checked in. The only draw back was that it took 15 minutes for the water to heat up in the shower...and that was with the hot water turned all the way on. Would I stay here again, YES! Growing up in this area, I've been to this location lots of times under its various ownership....this time it met and exceeded my expectations and met and exceeded ALL Sheraton Standards!! I will stay here again as my choice in Alb!

clean, well manicured exterior, very modern lounge and common area. Beds could be a little more comfortable, but thats a personal preference. The rooms are spacious and quiet. Television selection could be a little better but again, personal preference. Overall a great place to stay for business or pleasure.

We stayed here for New Year's Eve and our car got broken into. They had no security cameras! After it happened they did not help clean up the broken glass that was all over the inside of the car or help tape up the broken window. They didn't even comp our room. BAD security and POOR customer services!

We have stayed there 4 or 5 times over the last couple of years. The staff is always very friendly and the accomodations have always been clean. The recent upgrades to the lobby are very nice.

First time I went here, perfect. Second time, room smelled so bad from smoke but i arrived late at night and didnt complain until morning. i had to leave window open all night from smell and the heater had a large fan on it so that kept my up. the cleaning lady must have dropped the cart twice because there were two loud noises that literally scared […] me silly in the morning. We weren't expecting much, Sheraton's can be pretty up and down I've found, but this was a great hotel, comfortable, well laid out, quiet. I will stay here again, had kids with me and they really enjoyed it too. It's close to a couple of malls but we didn't have time to shop.

Everything about the hotel was great except for the toliets you could hear them flushing though the whole floor.

Great Hotel .All the employee's and room are top notch. Will recommend to everyone.

The hotel location was great and located next to shopping and food. The hotel was clean although there were some major stain on the carpet floor. However part of the reason that I booked this hotel was for the indoor pool and they might as well not even have one. It was so cold that husband lost his breathe jumping in. We always enjoy our stay--comfortable bed and pillows and amenities are excellent. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

fNice hotel with nice amenities and well located. You hear too many things--people in the hall, flushing toilets in other rooms, etc.

Although I didn't have my dog with me on this trip, it's great staying here since it is pet friendly, and the remodel is still fresh and updated.

Stayed twice in this hotel, one on our way to California and one on the way back. Very comfortable bedings. I am trying to find a Sheration as my top hotel choice from now on.

Our experience was that everything was slightly off, and service was just good enough when you asked for it. No towels when we arrived in the evening, internet when you ask twice for the code, wrong kind of coffee filters for the coffee pot that was provided, broken whirlpool, though the pool was clean enough, restaurant but closed when we wanted to […] go, odd layout to the room, etc. It was not terrible and almost worth the discounted price if you need this location. We stayed for 2 nights around christmas time and enjoyed our stay here. The lady at the counter gave us a free upgrade & breakfast for joining the starwood hotels club. Overall I would rate the hotel in an average condition. The hotel has a nice inside pool; but needed to be asking for towels, and needed more attention from maintanance.The room's carpet needed to br washed, the shower had no water pressure and was clogging. The hotel was very nice for the price, BUT expect to be charged for everything, including $9.99 for Wi-Fi access, toll-free phone calls (after the first 60 minutes), local calls, continental breakfast was $9, water. There was no mini-fridge and no microwave. We arrived late after traveling all day. The staff was very accommodating and we were quickly checked in and shown to our room. The room was very clean, comfortable and much appreciated after the long day of driving. Convenient to I-40 and the surrounding area had lots of shopping/dining options. Highly recommend!

The hotel had great accommodations, was centrally located, ease of check-in and check-out. My grandchildren enjoyed the pool.

Only needed one night, but I wish I could stay longer. The entire room (even the bathroom) was clean. Service was great and they had a wonderful breakfast that wasn't too over priced. The hotel was also located in a good part of town with a Chipotle across the street and a Jason's Deli and Bravo's! just down the road. We enjoyed our stay so much that we joined Sheraton's starwood Preferred Guest Program. The Hotel was clean, comforatable and elegant. We will try to stay at Sheraton Hotels when possible.
