Overall it was a good experience, the service was excellent and the cleanliness of my room was great. I was not happy with the pool being out of service and certain areas of the hotel smelled like cat urine.
The hotel was excellent. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. i was even picked up from the airport after hours due to a delayed flight. Everyone was great. If you're ever in this ares you must stay here . I rate this hotel to be a 10 and 1/2. Not the best i ever stayed in but made me fel like i was the best.!!!!
"Little Rock Holiday Inn"
This hotel is very well located. Checked in at 2:00AM with no trouble. The room was nice aswell as the staff. However, the vending machines were not stocked at all. The one that was.. did not work (maybe that's why it was still stocked). Also the toliets lacked flush power which can be "awkward" when your rooming with others. "NO WAY - I wouldn’t go back"
There is NO WAY this hotel deserves anything above a 2 star rating. It is OLD and not well maintained. Elevators are SLOW, door latch screws, loose, ice machine noisy and apparently has a bug problem considering the conversation I overheard between the manager and bug man. I booked a King, non-smoking and got a two double bed, smoking room. They changed […] it, but I still had to go back and forth to the front desk to get the issue resolved. NOT WORTH IT ! We where told on check in that our credit card was denied. So we payed cash, which left us short for vacation. 2 weeks after returning home we get our credit card statement and the charge is on the card. Hopefully a phone call to Holiday in took care of it, we will find out next month. We allso found a large bug in our bathroom
"Surly Little Rock Hotel"
The hotel itself was adequate although we found the thin pillows and out-of-order vending machine annoying, we were disappointed in the reception desk personnel who were surly. We requested advice on local restaurants and received two suggestions--reluctantly given. "Hotel in North Little Rock"
The first elevator we tried to use wouldn't work, the door wouldn't open up on the floor after we had started moving up. Very scared. Then the second day the other elevator did the same thing. When we got back to the Hotel the second night, we parked by the side door, because it was pouring down rain, and our key wouldn't work. Easy off/on from I-40. Nice room, comfortable bed, cice fitness facility. Restaurant wasn't much.

Very disapointed in this location. Hotel in dire need of renovation. Staff is bored and unfriendly. Restaurant is expensive and the food quality is questionable. The only one worst than this is Motel 6. Stay away from Holiday Inn Little Rock, AK.
"Good Place to Stop on I-40"
We booked our stay as a quick overnight stop during a car trip and the hotel worked very well at a suitable price for that purpose.

Hotel was easy to get to, staff was very nice. The attached restaurant and bar was very convienent. The pool was closed, so if you want to swim, call first. Also, if you want to use the fridge in your room, plug it in. The AC worked but the fan cycled on and off as well so initial start up was noticable but not too bad. "No air conditioning"
The hotel was a litle awkward trying to find the entrance to get to the parking lot. The first two attempts we ended back on the interstate. Overall the hotel was nice and the kids enjoyed the pool. However, the room air conditioner stopped working and we reported it to the front desk, but it never got any attention. We asked about it again in the […] morning when we went to breakfast and the desk clerk said we were checking out today anyways. I told her we were checking out at noon and it was hot in the room. She said she would have maintenance look at it. This never happened. We go to North Little Rock occasionaly to go to the concerts at Verizon Arena. We chose this hotel for the pool so the kids could go swimming. We will not choose this hotel on our next trip, due to lack of response to fix the air conditioner in our room. Continua a leggere
"Holiday Inn North Little Rock"
Room was clean, comfortable and, best of all, very quiet. Convenient to the interstate. Breakfast buffet was very good. Very good value for the price. Will definitely stay here again. Only downside is that there are no other restaurants (besides the hotel restaurant) close to the hotel.

The room seemed pretty average until you got to the bathroom; it was very small and cramped. The soap ledge in the shower contained an old dried out cake of soap from a previous guest. The cable was of poor quality (the signal seemed weak or spliced). We got in kind of late so decided to eat at the hotel restaurant which was a total disaster. "not bad"
They had freshly baked cookies when we arrived. A beautiful aquarium in the lobby. Free Internet access. Just a normal Holiday Inn experience.

"Clean and Comfortable"
Room and the whole hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice. Only downfall was the hotel had no kind of breakfast...had a restaurant next door but not a cereal/fruit/muffin option

Hotel and service were very good. Having a decent restuarant and bar was very convenient. A good club with dancing was an outstanding addition to the evening. The parking facility was a nightmare. Parking on a differant level and to pack our luggage down stairs because the loading and unloading was only large enough to accomadate two cars and there […] were already four stuffed in so you couldn't get to the parking area.
